ReGenerate Swindon: what do users think?
Vito Mazzotta: Great Store
D Frazer: Buy at good price. Sell at good price
Paul Simmons: ZACH WHO WORKS THERE IS HELPFUL AND EVEN WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A PRODUCT I PURCHASED HE WAS HELPFUL AND GAVE ME A COMPLETE REFUND... WHETHER YOU BUY, SELL OR PAWN HERE THEY TREAT YOU WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT
Jim Bob: Good second hand place for electrics, nice staff.
Danny Tyrrell: Really good shop got some PS4 games super cheap but they took ages to process the games and payment because one of the games didn't have a price on it
AK TV: I received great service from the store… Mr. Jack (Manager) is the BEST 👍🏼
Craig Howe: Nice friendly store, staff were easy to approach.
George Jeans: Absolutely fantastic service. I phoned direct as instructed to Swindon to ask questions. They phoned me back twice or more. Answered my questions very honestly. Item arrived much quicker than expected very well packed. Very highly recommended.

British Heart Foundation Furniture & Electrical: what do users think?
Kathryn Graham: The gentleman we dealt with today when my son was buying a TV unit was really helpful even giving my son directions to get back to the shop to collect it because of road closures. A good value item and a lovely member of staff Thank you
Lucy Hargreaves: Drivers refused to take mattress and then refused to take the bed frame as well saying they had to be sold together…even though I had the option to have just a frame collected on the website. It’s a shame when you try to give something to charity to help a good cause and we are now just going to have to take to the tip and dump it. Won’t be bothering to donate again
Match Box: ***Manager Obnoxious & Disrespectful Behavior***This is not the first time I am buying things from British Heart Foundation, never has this happened before.Went to the store to get a refund the manager behaved in the most obnoxious way he could, in trying to forbe me away from processing the returns for the refund.Extremely disrespectful in saying telling me not to come again to store, as if he owns the store. When asked if he is the owner then giving the reason that he doesn't like to deal with the awkward customers. When I told him Ill make a formal complain hoping for an apology and leaving on a good note, he aggravated things and said "YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT "I think he any how should not be dealing with customers in this case since it would make people feel being treated disrespectfully with no dignity especially in cases of a returning a item and hope he finds something else he likes doing. With the experience I had with him, I would now think now twice if I would have to donate anything to the charity for a good cause and think thrice if I have to buy something from the charity in future. At no point in doing charity should be at the cost of being treated disrespectfully & losing dignity.
Ian Bateman: I guess they want new mint furniture to sell. I have just been told that my donation is not good enough. Not sure what they expect from a 5 year old sofa. I personally would expect a bit of wear. There are no rips. The driver didn't look interested when he walked in even before looking.I thought by donating to charity if they sold it at all it would be profit.
Satish Chour: Wide range of furnitures, really friendly staff. We moved from India to the UK and were looking for furnitures and no one in the city delivers on the same day. But here we got it delivered same day and got really good discounts on the already discounted price. We got a brand new mattress(delivered same day), a lounge/arm chair and a cute red lounge chair for our daughter along with a double bed frame. All for a good cause.
Richard Bergman: My partner booked to have some furniture collected as we wanted to give it to a good cause rather than the tip. Drivers came to collect it and were rude from the off, saying "no good" as soon as they saw the items which had some minor scratch marks. Website states the furniture has to be 'saleable', not mint condition. BFH really should be clear about what they will and won't accept. To add insult to the situation, the driver suggested we just "dump" the furniture. Nice to know that BHF's drivers are encouraging people to add to the flytipping in Swindon!
Mervyn Gundlach: Didn't have what I was looking for but has a lot of household furniture so worth a look.
Alex Henderson: You can find some real furniture gems in here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. You can pick up your purchases yourself around the back of the building or pay for delivery. I've done both and had a good experience each time. Oh and donate to this place if you can!
Andy Gregory: It's ok but would check out other places like Facebook because it's not cheap in there
Claire Hicks: Purchase a three piece suite paid £25.00 for it to be delivered on Saturday the 17/07/21 between twelve and four they were a no show rang the shop quite a few times no answer not impressed happy to take your money but not a good service at delivering your furniture which is a shame as I've always donated to the heart Foundation
Lauren: The sofas we bought are fantastic quality and were a reasonable price; we are really pleased that the money has gone to a good cause. However, the customer service in this store is terrible. We arranged to have our new sofas delivered to our house and our old sofas collected at the same time between 8am and 2pm. The drivers dropped off the new ones but refused to take the old ones as collection "wasn't on the docket". I rang the store and they said there was nothing they could do for two days. Eventually they agreed to collect them the next day and assured me it would be before 11.30am as they had made the original error. No sign at 11.20am the next day so I rang and they said delivery before 11.30am "hadn't been put on the docket", and they would be delivered by 1pm now. The drivers arrived at 2.55pm. The involved staff member and Assistant Manager made little effort to rectify their multiple errors and the Assistant Manager accused me of lying about the arrangements made. One mistake is human error, two is incompetence, three is unacceptable and a blatant disregard for good customer service. The staff that dealt with us in this store were dishonest from start to finish. I will continue to support the charity but will not be recommending or using this store again.
KKK: Hardworking teams in the store & delivery 👍👍. It was a smooth sofa delivery & old sofa taken. Thank you British Heart Foundation ♥️
G J: The website states that when you book a collection someone is supposed to get in touch with you within 3 days prior collection. No one has contacted me until I've sent another e-mail. When the drivers showed up to pick up the wardrobe they didn't wanted to take it as it had few scratches. When I informed them this information should be stated on the website, with arrogance they replied that I should ask about those things before booking a collection. Really poor service.
Ian Hone: Called this store to donate a piece of bedroom furniture. Can't pick it up for 2 weeks despite advertising 'fast local pick up'.
Steve Dawson: I rang, with details of several items of furniture which we wanted to donate to charity. Because the first item didn’t meet their regulations, they cut the call. I wouldn’t even do that to cold sellers.
Kevin Doran: I purchased a New Seville Black 5 drawer chest of drawers from them on the 16/02/19. It was already assembled as they didn't have one in stock, I also purchased the Wardrobe. When the furniture was delivered the chest of drawers had been damaged. I took a phone of the damage and phoned the store and spoke to Mike. He told me I would have to come into the store and show the photo, this I did. While there I spoke to Tim the store supervisor, I showed him the photo and also sent it to him. They told me they would order me a new one and have it delivered. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have since spoken to Tim who said he would phone the store and get someone to phone me, received no call back. Phoned the store and left a message for Mike to call me, no call back. Eventually spoke to Mike today and he told me the Assistant Manager was dealing with it. Customer service is absolutely terrible in this store. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone if they are buying new furniture. Its cheaper and free delivery on Ebay. I appreciate it's a charity, but come on, I bought new furniture not second hand. Could have bought it on Ebay as it is cheaper, but I wanted to support the charity. I never will again.
Karol B Janicki: Open up your eyes to the wonderful.bargains to be had .extremely efficient hard working team proficient .Well done Thank you.
Ray Hinson: Fantastic bargains, great slection of goods and services. Worth a visit.
Emily B: New items are frequently added and there are plenty of secondhand furniture items in good condition for reasonable prices.
Andy Tingay (Tings): I have found some good deals here. Worth a look.

VITO & SONS: what do users think?
James Rogers: Offered me a great price compared to other stores in swindon for some unwanted/scrap gold. Very polite and professional. I Will definitely do business here again.
Daniel Ludlow: Friendly service, can’t fault it
Callum Hughes-Anderson: Been using Vito and Sons for years. Brought everything from Jewellery, Electronics, Books to Records. Always friendly, honest and happy to help. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Colin Adams: Vito and sons are a very friendly ran business, I have used them for years without any problems.Always my first port of call when buying or selling.
Daniel McDonough: Great service when trading in some goods, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Garreth Page: Don't take any high end watches to these guys they haven't a clue about watches I took a watch in to sell that cost me £3,000 and they offered me £200 for it ended up taking it elsewhere and got £1,250 for it
L B: I shopped all over Swindon today to get the best price for some broken gold earrings I had saved up over the years. I can say out of all the places I called, Vito's were polite, conscientious and by FAR the best in Swindon! They gave me an amazing price compared to anywhere else in town and I've never shopped there before but I would make it my first and only destination if I ever have anything I need to buy or sell! The customer services are 5 star, lovely staff and very quick service. They do sell a wife range of other products there too, well worth a look. Thanks Vito&Sons

Cash Converters: what do users think?
wayne smith: Good place.
Ian Wahoo: Don't bother going there unless the sellable item was free to you because you'll loose money and your pride .
Steven Male: Bought my hi fi here took 6 weeks to complete the different components I wanted but staff superb and kept amplifier I wanted out back which was my last bit and called me to say they had it great prices
Mustafa Ali: Sold me a 2nd hand controller for ps4 only to find out when I get back to London it has stick drift way told I would need to go back to Swindon to change 150 mile trip simple don't sell faulty goods
Gem Jade: Regularly go into store and the staff are always welcoming. Tim and Chris are always very helpful and offer the best customer service.
Tuff Traveller: Couldn't even get into the place as there isn't any wheelchair access. So can't really review it further than that.
John Wickers: First of all since it's a pawn shop you can't expect top price, they need to make profit. So I walked in not having high expectations. I had a S21 Ultra 5G brand new, never been turned on, with the plastic wrap on it. Don't need the phone so I asked how much I can get for it. It's a £1200 phone in pretty much any store. So I got an offer of £300. I walked out laughing and entertained.
Gemma andArron: Always good service. Staff go above and beyond, especially Tim. 5*
bob builder: Really love this shop .The staff are some of best i have come across and they really look after me .Sold ten ps5 games and a gold chain and they gave me the best price in town with hardly any fuss or hassle . Will be back soon
Ant Z: I sold four of my switch games and they all worth £40 but I only got £40 for all four games what a rip off I won't go there again.
Garreth Page: Took a bike in what is worth £1,500 pounds to see. How much they would give me for it I was offered £40 pounds what a joke.
willy power: Some staff are friendly and helpful, some are not helpful at all. Sold my iPad on buy back, when I got it back I had no battery and someone had been messing with it, not impressed!
Revd Father Dr. Paris Haines (Community Priest): Some items OVER PRICED!
Noel Manning: Customer service is excellent item arrived following day by special delivery and was bubble wrapped. Tim was really helpful and friendly
Paul Warwick: Always good service, helpful and friendly staff.
Tracy Stanley: Very disappointing I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there they are rude I put my s10 on buy back only took a little loan from them I asked if they could just keep for couple days till my wages went in and he was noooo but very rude about it so lost my phone now he's got it up for stupid price and he decided who he lets extend and who dont
Chris Paris-Haines: Great customer service. Accept most items as long as they work and are not damaged. Test thoroughly to try and accept items you want to sell pay cash on the day you sell (unlike CeX). Have bought goods from there which work well and have stood the test of time. Highly recommend this store. Staff also knowledgeable.
Brian Edwards: Always pop into cash converters to see what's about. Have brought quite a few good bits from there over the past few years
Stuart Newland: Great team and service having sold music equipment and different devices over the past couple of years. The staff are always friendly and helpful and offer good valuations on products which have been well looked after.
mark ellis: Placed a laptop on buy back, time was up on a Thursday, could not get to the shop, repeatedly phoned, but no answer, sat waiting for the shop to open on Friday morning, Guy laughed at me said the price had gone up £70. never been back since. desperate times require desperate measures, if your not desperate stay away.
Macaulay Boulton: Do NOT use cash converters for trade in, they offered me £40 for my Xbox 360 collection that's worth over £500 and called me a liar and shouted at me when I was civil, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Sue Ryder: what do users think?
Zoe Mallia: Also emailed to Head Office:I would like to notify someone of bullying I witnessed in one of your stores yesterday. This is relating to your store in Old Town, Swindon. There was a lady behind the till, she clearly had some degree of learning difficulty and she was being very friendly, chatting with the customers when they were making their purchases. At the other end of the store, near rhe window, there were two ladies, an Indian lady (I think the manager) and another young lady, quite short with brown hair who were dressing the window. The Indian lady was mimicking pretty much everything the young woman behind the till had to say. She was visibly distressed by this but was trying to be brave and continue to do her job (which is probably voluntary). The short woman with brown hair was laughing at the Indian lady's jokes and they were both involving customers, some of whom just left the shop, others started to make fun of the poor girl too. I am incredibly shocked by this and I suggest that someone gives this store a complete shake down. This is discrimination on the grounds of her disability by a senior member of staff and I witnessed it after only ever having set foot in the store once in my entire life. Please do something about this situation. From a concerned member of the public.
Jim Bob: Friendly and well priced
Mike Enright: Excellent large store loads of stuff to look at. Well presented tidy establishment.Staff are very helpful and friendly, defernetly recommend a visit.
Derek Mack: Really kind and friendly staff with value for money and goes to a very good cause
Margaret Heath: Very interesting
George Grimmer: Better than avarge charity shop. Customer service is good.
Mary Briggs: Excellent value and a worthy cause
JezandClaudia Drake: Quick service via Gumtree, item reserved for me as requested before payment was taken. Open on a Sunday.
Kev P: An aladdins cave full of an eclectic mix of furniture, clothes and bric a brac.
Victoria Burton: I just visited this shop with my little boy asleep in his buggy. I regularly support all of the charity shops in Old Town and will continue to do so.Sadly, today, the woman who was behind the till was, I feel, incredibly rude. There was a lady buying something at the till and I needed to get round behind her, but couldn’t fit the buggy in behind. I said, “Excuse me, please. Can I be a pain and just...” and the woman behind the till put her hand up palm towards me to stop me talking. I said, “Please...” and she just shook her head again.I struggled to twist my buggy around and walked back the way I came having to touch things by the side. I said, “I just wanted to get by and you just put your hand up at me! I will just leave this way then.” She shouted down the shop at me that she was sorry and didn’t know etc. but she hadn’t even given me a chance.I’ve got home and I feel really quite upset. I wouldn’t ever think about being so rude as to put up my hand to a customer and I am considering making a complaint to the charity. I might seem melodramatic, but I don’t think it’s acceptable, particularly for a charity shop worker, to behave like this.
Martha Dixon: New items most days , but more importantly staff are very helpful !

Cancer Research UK: what do users think?
Chris Matthews: One of the best charity in Swindon. Well done cancer research Swindon!
Amy Marlow: The staff in this shop are always so helpful. I find on Havelock street this is usually the best for quality of items and there is a good variety of high street and the occasional upper market item (I’ve found Whistles before). If there is something that you are looking for specifically, then ask the staff because their knowledge of their stock - even not the stock on the floor - is amazing.
