As a slow and unconfident runner, I was a little nervous booking a gait analysis appointment, but I was instantly put at ease. Liam was extremely knowledgeable, genuine and friendly, and made the process of finding new running trainers an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend them enough!

Rianne Costello: Visited Run yesterday to get a new pair of road runners having recently gotten back into running after several years. We were greeted so warmly by Liam and Tracey and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to try several pairs on and have my gait analysis carried out, following some simple proprioceptive tests. Liam’s knowledge is fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation about all things running and nutrition. Very grateful for the time that they both took in helping advise my mum on what she should seek in a good pair of walking shoes to support her nerve damaged foot. ruby osland: Highly recommend Liam for a gait analysis. Being new to running, I was apprehensive about going to the appointment but Liam was extremely reassuring and thorough. The room was private which eased any worries. Liam didn't rush the appointment and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The trainers that Liam recommended have been great and supportive.

Richard Pearson: Absolutely fantastic experience! Liam and Tracey were very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. The process was very thorough and I was allowed as much time as needed on the running machine, the videos highlighted the flaws with my current trainers but at no point was there a hard sell on buying from the shop. I bought a pair of trail trainers at a reasonable price whilst I was there on the basis that Liam is an expert in this field and his advise has proved to be absolutely spot on!
