Joe Salter: It's the best pet shop in and around Swindon. They always have an amazing selection of birds and all you need to keep them happy. I keep birds myself and the guys there are happy to answer questions and really know their stuff. I have seen budgies etc. in chain pet shops in the area looking really unhealthy and ill - I wouldn't go anywhere else than Paradise Pets for animals.

Timmmeh: This is a great independent pet shop catering for all sizes and types of pet.Anything you want... if they don't have it they will be able to order it for you.Great range of stock and knowledgeable staff.There is a separate building with small pet and bird food and items.

RWBReviewer: Phil and his daughter are so very knowledgeable about the pet food they sell.Phil spent nearly half an hour with me discussing the ever changing ingredients in the 'known,major' brands.Subsequently I changed my giant breed dog's kibble which sorted the minor issues he'd been having.If I'd gone down the vet route, there would inevitably have been blood tests, meds etc to get to the same point. Not to mention the cost.Anyway, thanks again Phil; you, your team and Pet Shed are brilliant 👏

A lovely girl who I didn't catch the name of but I know she's 19 helped us find him a brand new collar. A halti for training to help stop pulling and some brand new toys. We just want to say thank you. I'm sorry we didn't catch your name but hopefully you'll recognise this through our dogs name toro as you said it was unique!

MJN Air: Great range of dog beds here and the prices are competitive compared to many other pet stores.Lots of choice with dog treats but they still don't have some of the brands I like.The opening times are really extensive and the staff are always smiling and friendly.You can still use the loyalty scheme even if you forget your card too.

Lois Balmer: Exemplary customer service given by Taylor today when I called to request an ad hoc check up for behavioural concerns for my 13 month old pup. I already had a routine vaccination & health check in 2 weeks time; Taylor offered a next day appointment rolling the vaccination into the appointment saving another visit. Her empathy with my concerns was reassuring & her telephone manner was spot on. I’ve been using Drove Vet for 3 years & can highly recommend the quality of care for all the appointments I’ve had previously - but today Taylor really shone bright for Drove!
