This is where we differ, as we are all "neuro-biologically informed" therapists. going beyond our counselling training and devoting spare time to studying Neuroscience, so we can have a deeper understanding of the brain and help our clients better.

Neuroscience is a vast field that combines knowledge from many different areas, including physiology, psychology, physics, and medicine. It's a constantly evolving field that's still in its early stages, but the more we learn about the brain, the better equipped we are to help people navigate their mental health.

Using innovative Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy, I help clients process and relieve traumatic memories, allowing for positive cognition and behavioural change.

Having achieved my certificate in supervision in 2017, training with Robin Shohet (author of the Seven Eyed Model of Supervision) and Joan Wilmot at CTSD London, I now offer supervision to individuals and groups.
