Beth Swift: We rented a property through Nationwide property lettings for around 2 1/2 years and they were great throughout. If we had any issues they were quickly sorted. All the staff, and outside contractors they use, were so helpful, friendly and professional. Even when our landlord sadly decided to sell the property, NPL were very supportive and made us feel like valued tenants. We were sad to leave them. I’d happily rent through them again.

During our tenancy Jenny was very warm and helpful at sorting anything we needed and was extremely helpful when we were looking to move out ensuring we had considered everything. Even with a 3 year old, we managed to get our full deposit back by keeping on top of the housework and being careful.The only reason I can't give 5 out of 5 is that there was an issue with reoccurring damp and the only response from Gary was to use Damp spray, which we spent a small fortune on to keep the damp under control.Putting this issue to one side I would however highly recommend Nationwide Letting especially Jenny.
