When I contacted Zosia she said from looking at her records she did not have my follow up session in the diary which she said she would normally book at the first appointment and it’s usually completed within 12 weeks of the first appointment.As this was not done she did offer me a 6 month follow up session usually costing £75 for £50 as a gesture of goodwill.These are not cheap at £300 - £350 and I do feel very disappointed that this follow appt was missed. Zosia sent me a copy of the form I had signed which clearly states the ‘perfection’ appointment is required within 12 weeks or it may result in the loss of your free visit which clearly happened to me.Zosia is a lovely lady and I was very pleased with my eyebrows but very disappointed that my follow up appointment was not completed. I just wanted to write this review which I feel is fair to make other people aware that they need to make sure they make this appointment at the same time as their first one as it’s an appointment that really is required.

Liani Curtis: I came across Zosia's Facebook page when looking for eyebrow services near Wroughton. I had been following her work for a while and decided to book in. I didn't have a clue about eyebrows and had never had anything done before. I first attended a free consultation, which I thought I was going to have to cancel, but when I rang up she was very understanding and offered to do the consultation later that day instead. She informed me what she thought would work for me and explained the process and I initially booked in for the signiture brow and lash lift. Later I booked in for the powder brows, and again everything was explained thoroughly to me, zosia is so friendly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, I was really pleased with the results of each of my appointments, very professional and informative, over all top service! Have booked in again for lashes and I will be going back again!

My eyebrows pre treatment were super uneven and one was really patchy which drove me mad and now they are beautifully shaped twins!Zos thoroughly explained the process so I knew what to expect esch step of the way and took her time mapping out the brow shape to something I was happy with. Her great aftercare instructions meant my freshly done brows healed beautifully and barely needed any work for the second, perfection visit.I've previously had a lash lift with Zos too and she clearly masters any craft she puts her mind to so I would be happy to recommend her for any of the treatments she offers as I know you'd be in very safe and capable hands.
