Fiona Elliott: Great fun had by all
Charles Rooks: Tried to book online however unable to do so. Arrived and only able to play 1 game.
Matheus De souza: Increadable plsce, absolutely grrate to spend time with known people. Staff members are so nice and really know how to help someone as quick as possiable. This place really deserves a 5star rating
pigandstan: Much improved, more up to date
Matthew Horwood: The bowling and arcade was great, but they need a lot more staff. A wait of over half an hour for drinks is nuts
Alison Bolton: Very fun place for the family to visit.
Ankit Singh: Good place to visit
Sian Scott: Fun for all the family.
SLART ARTIST: Always a fun time here, really joyous and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are super friendly too. Having a video games arcade is a giant bonus!
Pawel K: It's a great place to go to with family or friends and have fun. Everyone enjoys playing bowling, snooker or some other games designed especially for children.
Fari Anderson: 👌🏿 Excellent loved it
jon gisicki: Really good experience with the children. Loved the interactive scoring methods with the selfie mode for each individual with the automated bumpers available to those that needed them. Was strange not requiring to put on bowling shoes.. But made it easier for the children. We will go again
Beverly Heap: Big problem with unattended children in the next lane constantly walking in front of our lane . No adults in attendance so had to report it ourselves. Kinda spoilt our own game.
Lady Betty Goncalves: Great experience friendly environment
Mrs Can: Dirty, smelly and a scam.. a lot of the machines don't even work but they are still switched on so you put your money in 🙄
kj kj: Very rude staff! Didn’t even respond to email complaint! Maybe look at employing adults with manners rather than kids with none!

Freedog Swindon: what do users think?
DJ L8Z: We took our two sons here but I'm pretty sure as adults we had even more fun! Really good place- plenty of space and activities to choose from. Definitely recommend. Cheeky that they charge extra for socks though but not that expensive really at 3.25 a pair will return with socks!
Carl Maris: Very child friendly
Bartlomiej Rup: I am very disappointed because it was very dirty!Dust could be collected with a shovel!Urine on the bathroom floor was everywhere! people walked in socks there and then jumped on trampolines! I didn't take a photo of the toilet so no one would accuse me of photographing someone in this place. My parents were sitting on a dirty sofa and the table looked like the picture, terrible!I was ashamed to invite guests to such a place. They didn't want to drink coffee because the dirt terrified them.Manager ignores customers!
Val West: My grandchildren love freedog
Restoring Minds UK: Nothing for little ones after 11 am
Sophie Clare: First visit to Freedog, my daughter loved it! Will definitely be back.
C KM: Freedog is an amazing place for kids and adults to burn off lots of energy by bouncing around! The foam pit is such good fun! Just a shame they're removing the trampolines. I hope the new layout will be just as much fun and value for money.
Andrea Poole: My granddaughter loved it thank you good team workers
Lindsey Mason: Good park, kids had fun. Bit disappointed that we thought we'd paid for 10:30 till 12 but session didn't start till 11. Wish we'd known this prior to going so we weren't trying to keep excited kids waiting for 30 mins. Also can't bring your own trampoline socks from previous parks as they want you to wear their own branded pair at £3.25 which adds up quickly if you take a few kids. Also take a hoodie, it was freezing
Jeremy McDonald: Clip and climb a number of the walls were out of order. Toilets disgusting. Staff looked bored. Otherwise OK.
Colin Brown: Absolute shambles, joined group 20 minutes after started assured children would get 1.5hrs, sat through video, got 50 minutes at best, confronted staff, all children, no adults to speak to.As I can't reply below, we were booked on the 1430 session but your staff booked them on the earlier one and said they'd get the same time, to which they didn't. When asked for an explanation you disappeared and no one returned for 10 minutes
Sam: Loads of space to bounce, super helpful staff. Will definitely go again.
Rogue Racing: Amazing food tasty slushies and great fun
Sam Walley: One guys fitting loads of kids on a busy Saturday is ridiculous, this is a massive waste of time. Climb it self seemed fine
Drew Farwell-Grenville: We have visited here twice now the 1st time in Dec in 2022 and then Feb 2023Our first visit was amazing it was clean.Staff were polite.February 2nd visit was a different experience the toilets were very dirty, and the soft play toys were really bad that we decided to leave early.I have always been told if the toilets are at a high grade of cleaning then the kitchen should be top notch, but I doubt it on this case.Lockers doors are broken or don't work properly so take yourself 1 or 2 padlocks as you could use the cage lockers instead.Sorry for the 2 star but it's looking a bit tried.
James: We took our daughter for her birthday along with some friends. They really enjoyed it.There were varying climbing challenges for them to try and the clipping and unclipping of ropes was super easy.
Alan AB: Great for the kids! The pizzas were incredible, but I must say......what is the issue with using other branded Trampoline socks? Why MUST you wear Freedog socks and have to pay additional charges?Apart from that, lovely stuff!
Hannah Gleaves: Visited this past weekend with my 2 children. They had fun however, the centre was absolutely freezing, colder than outside! After an hour of bouncing myself and my children were still cold especially feet as the floors are cold concrete. This unfortunately made it less enjoyable than it could have been. Also found one member of staff unfriendly, and rather than watching the children stood there chatting to another member of staff for the entire session.
Yolanda Owen: Children really enjoyed the bounce. I must remember to wear more layers next time, it was freezing inside.
Paul Brown: booked the free bounce session for me and my two children ages 7 and 14, i booked for 10.30 date..saturday 21/01/23, on website advised to get there for 10 to give time for booking in. Did not get seen until 10.45 for safety briefing!!!!.....the place was freezing, i know its cold but there were heaters in building not being used. as we sat waiting to go in a member of staff came over and rudely told us we can not go in with socks we have on,( link centre trampaline park socks), so theyve had nearly £30 off me and now they want their branded socks used at yet more cost to me, do tescos ask you to use their bags only!!!!....the staff through out our visit were totally non interested in their job, very dissapionted, save your money and go to Link Centre as theres much more to do there. and the staff give a dam!!!....aviod.....
Claire Whiting: Awesome place! More than enough in terms of space and facility. Special shout out to Mark who went above and beyond to retrieve my son's earpod!! Staff friendly and not too busy to stop and answer questions for newbies. Well done Freedog Swindon.. excellent NYE adventure.

Bounce-R-Us: what do users think?
Nicola Parker: Hired a bouncy castle, with assault course for my sons 5th birthday party and all of the children thoroughly enjoyed it! It kept them entertained the whole time and the service was amazing too! Alan is a friendly guy, and was even early to the venue! Would definitely recommend and use again!
Amelia Shorter: Hired a dinosaur bouncy castle for my sons birthday. Alan arrived early, set up was really quick and his communication in the lead up to the party was prompt. I’d 100% hire again.
Hannah Fruen: Absolutely amazing experience with Alan and his Team. Ordered bouncy castle for my little boys Birthday, couldn’t of been happier arrived on time, went out his way to help get into he right position for the party! Thanks to you all again
Blaine Stewart: We booked for a BBQ party. Allan was willing to let us keep the Bounce house later, with a later drop off time. However, on the day of the party, I called Allan the owner after they were 2-hrs late to show up. Asked if the late time could be applied to the pick up time or if we could organize an early pick up the next morning to accommodate his next day job. His job started at 0300, and I Said I would get up early or help in whatever way possible. He disagreed, would not accommodate even the original pick up time, told me this reservation was cancelled and hung up. I did receive my deposit back. I tried to text and call to let him know I’d still take the original pick up time, even if it showed up later; he would not answer nor return calls. When I spoke to other companies, they said this was “typical Allan”Unprofessional and unreliable. Use at your peril.Note: review reflects facts and comments from the owner below and is factually accurate.
MJ Glaysher: We hired the new dinosaur obstacle course, it's brilliant! Kids absolutely loved it.The team turned up on time, set up and collected brilliantly, they were friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely use again! Thanks!
Lewis: Kids had a wonderful surprise on Easter Sunday morning. They loved it and the misses got an egg too! Thank you.
Rachel Cooper: Great company, efficient from the first communication, informative on different items they hire great safety measures and best all of so much fun had by all will definitely be hiring from them again!
Bethany Fry: Excellent range of services and really well priced, would 100% recommend :)
lauren watts: Hassle free, perfect addition to a children’s birthday party! easy booking, great communication. would recommend 👍🏻
Addil Ghafar: Booked a bouncy and cancelled 48 hrs later but over a week before the event and so well within T&Cs. It’s taken nearly a month of emails and unreturned voicemails and finally a suggestion to take to Trading Standards to get my money back. Even then, Alan suggested he would only refund £30 (not sure how he’s doing his maths). Anyway, after suggesting contacting trading standards, a full refund was issued within minutes. No apology or explanation as to why it took so long. Terrible service and would certainly avoid doing business with Alan
Andy Cross: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessAbsolutely can't fault. Right from the the initial enquiry though to the day of hire, Alan was friendly, professional and accomodating with all the arrangements. The Disco Bouncy Castle was awesome and the kids loved it - but not as much as the adults! If I need anything for a party again (which I'm sure I will) I know where to go.
Jason Nicholls: Awesome people awesome equipment all the family had fun thank you
Andrew Pointon: We hired a bouncy castle and assault course for a wedding. Bounce R Us were originally very responsive and delivered on time. However, they delivered a smaller assault course than ordered, which was £30 cheaper. They did not refund the difference. The assault course was then unplugged and blew its fuses when switched back on, rendering it useless for the entire day. It is worth noting that the cables were left trailing through a public area where they posed an obvious trip hazard.Although disappointing, we recognise that these things happen and electrical items can sometimes fail. What is so unsatisfactory is that Alan did not reach out to us even when he knew about the issue for the day. He did not offer any money back, including for supplying the smaller, cheaper assault course. He then failed to respond to my text messages. He has since responded on WhatsApp but still has not apologised, refunded us the difference for the cheaper assault course delivered, nor offered any compensation for the failure of the course. The bouncy castle was delivered as promised and the children had a great time on it.
Conor Mcastocker: Alan was brilliant. The bouncy castle was very clean and I had great confidence that he follows the covid cleaning rules. My kids loved it so much we kept it for the whole weekend S we didn't want the fun to end.We are going to hire again in the school summer holidays.
Sarah McSweeney: Excellent communication, great value for money & friendly staff. We hired the Snow Globe for our Christmas fayre & everyone loved it!
Toni Bailey: absolute brilliant service arrived on time friendly and just an amazing company. It wouldn't fit where I wanted it to go but the man went out of his way to put it somewhere else for us.
Rebecca Johnson: Excellent service and staff. Friendly and fun. Iv used them 3 times now and will always use them for my garden parties. Very trustworthy.
T Cook: We hired a bouncy castle recently for a wedding party, this company was fantastic. They arrived on time for both the drop off and pick up. The quality of the castle was good, both the kids and the adults enjoyed it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Darren Smith: Absolutely disgusted by this company, my wife ordered a bouncy castle for our son's birthday party online. Comes to the day of the party, guy turns up, takes one look in the garden from the back door and just says 'well that's not going to fit' then turns around and leaves. Ask him if we get any money back and been told no. So paid full price for a castle hire we didn't even get! Can understand not getting full refund as they would have kept it aside for us but still think we deserve half our money back!
Sally Freeland-Jackson: I have used bounce R us for the last 5 years, for my daughters parties, and even my granddaughters frozen party, they are so professional and friendly, they make you feel great, and at ease, they sort everything for you, nothing is to much trouble. And I would not go anywhere else. So if you are thinking of having an event. Then bounce r us is the company to use.
Luke Seago: What a fantastic company!! I was let down by a company as they cancelled on me last minute I was gutted. Then having phoned around I was lucky enough to find this brilliant company who dropped me off a bigger castle and for a better price would happily recommend to anyone!!

Swindon Marriott Hotel: what do users think?
Radha Neti: Perfect if you are visiting Cotswold. AONB is 30 minutes away. It has a cool restaurant with nice selection. Breakfast has several options, so everybody has something to choose. Staff is very helpful. Clean rooms. Also has Gym and Swimming pool. Definitely recommend to friends and family.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kiran Oddiraju: Enjoyed our two nights stay at the Delta hotel by Marriott. The best part was the swimming pool and gym facilities and the breakfast. The staff are amazing, always smiling and polite. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, the smoked Salmon was the highlight. Plenty of parking spaces available here. There were so many varieties to choose from including fresh fruit. Overall I would rate 5/5 for the stay and service.
Valerie Lowes: Rooms need updating and housekeeping standards were quite poor. However, reception and restaurant staff offered excellent customer service. Good breakfast.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Marius CHIRITA: Not necessarily bad hotel, but quite old and you can see the age all over inside the rooms. However rooms are big and the bed are comfortable. Very good and polite staff at the reception and bar/restaurant. The indoor pool was closed due to some works.
Mike Hindson-Evans: A solid four. Easy access and good carpark. Comfortable rooms, good bar and a very acceptable restaurant. This was not our first stay and we shall definitely be back.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Lesley R Evans: Once the feather free room was put right it was a goodRooms: Good size but shower shield needs to be larger. Bed was comfortable Overall a good stay.Food & drinks: Good selectionof food and drink. Service was excellent worth a visit
P Thompson: Friendly staff, nice room, restaurant & pub well-appointed. Air conditioned, which is a must during warmer months. Breakfast buffet well worth the price. Had a special request for foam pillows (default is feather) and staff bent over backwards to accommodate. Thank you!
Pladmir Vutin: Mid
Ethics Gradient: Fantastic customer service on check-in from a lovely woman called Valley. Walls are a little thin and the decor a touch dated but clean and smart and well priced. Free parking a bonus and the restaurant breakfast was good. I would definitely return in the future.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Paul Harrison: Did the job and staff were very pleasantRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Alexander Stewart: Newly refurbished lobby, looked nice. The rooms and corridors haven't been updated but they're nice.Paid £80 for the night and it was a reasonable value.Walkability: Can walk to town from here
Dean Cockburn: Room fine no problem at all, breakfast amazing really good. However the clientele that is has staying there at this moment ruins this hotel, my three nights were ruined by noisey rude immigrants I called reception to politely have a word as I was working long 12 hour days but unfortunately they could not control them I would love to say I slept for longer than 2 hours but I genuinely would be lying. I will not even think about staying here again until this issue is sorted.
david curtis: Hotel was great, food great, staff great. However be warned this hotel is over run with migrants awaiting asylum. So the British tax payer pays full price whilst these lot get everything for free. Be warned it’s crawling with immigrants 24th Jan 2023.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Sharon White: Friendly attentive staff .. perfect locationGreat breakfast buffetRooms: Clean and comfyFood & drinks: Great selection
Lyn Bourne: Great rooms nut restaurant service very slow and too many errors. Shame.Rooms: Good layout with bath. Water not as hot as could be.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
martin crompton: Special occasion for the wife, spent the extra money and went for a suite, a lot of money for us. On check in we got the Marlborough Suite on the 4th floor, I'm not going to say anything about the residents on the 4th floor, but there was a security guard posted on the floor, and what looked like an eviction from the roon opposite when we got back to the room. We had kids on go carts in the corridor, kids playing football, etc. Not what we expected! The room itself was nice, a few things that you don't expect when paying for a Suite, only 1 bathrobe, extra fans not working, back missing from TV remote, 1st World problems I know, but more is expected of the Marriot.Health club is not as good as it looks in the pictures, cracked tiles, only 3 loungers. We had dinner on site, food was good, but the tables were not Marriot standard, scuffed, marked, battered, just throw a table cloth on!Breakfast was good, lots of choice.Biggest plus point was the staff, a really great group of people and a credit to the brand.

Alexandra House: what do users think?
Kam Sehemby: Front of house excellent on my check in sat down for dinner waited quite a well until I made eye contact with the server ordered food and drink good wait again then food turns up no drink on once I told the server regards not getting my drink he apologised and went to get it whilst I could see it sat on the bar for a good period of time, food was OK chips well over done. Nobody came to ask if I needed any condiments or even any sweet after I finished my main so I just walked away to my room. Morning came went to make a coffee and found used sachets plus no milk in the box which I had taken for granted silly me. Overall disappointed good job my company paid for my stay.
Gabriela Pop: Very nice place, overall. :)Rooms: Large clean roomsFood & drinks: Breakfast is absolutely great. Rest of the menu is a bit limited, but fine otherwise. Very good prices.
Serhan Salih: Staff - fantastic individuals, maybe a touch too busy for the number of guests, but generally really lovely.Location - depending on your goals, it's just green space. Walking around would be ideal if you are willing to do so; otherwise, it is a little out of place for local businesses and other necessities.Accommodation - This place has clearly been well-invested in, since everything but the rooms is new, clean. With a gym, pool, and eating and drinking area, however it loses some stars the moment you open your door. My bathroom was filthy, with black mould in the shower, old bathrooms, dusty rooms and ants in the sheets that looked and felt ancient. My room had broken lights that flickered during the night when I turned them off. Extremely
Annabel Rutherford: Hotel was lovely and set in a peaceful area. The staff were lovely and welcoming, alway greeted with a smile. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very peaceful stay. The facilities were great and the pool area was clean. The breakfast was hot and had plenty of choice however could have done with a hot vegetarian option aside from egg e.g. a vegetarian sausage. Would definitely recommend and would return again.
K: Really well looked after hotel with great facilities.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More
Barry Irving: A bit out of the way. I fell in the shower and cut my leg. Phoned down for a plaster. I came down 20 min later and got one myself. Not good when I hurt myself on the premises. Rooms are nice and the serving staff leave you alone to eat.Safety: Watch the bath mats as have slipped two nights in a row.
Stefan: Very friendly staff, great amenities, plenty of parking, hot water and good heating, decent rooms (could do with an update)Rooms: Decent looking, very spacious thoughFood & drinks: Breakfast: Small variety of food, but in abundance. Kids friendly
kvg151: Excellent service very friendly staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Dave Clint: Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was not that comfortable and you rolled to the middle. In the bathroom the frame around the door is in need of replacement as paint coming off.The food was lovely in the restaurantThe swimming pool was lovely
Christopher Dainton: Tremendous value for what is on offer with pool and spa and set very close to M4 and nearby countryside.Rooms: Large spacious room, very clean, tea, coffee and biscuits. Very comfortable bed.Walkability: Set in large grounds so plenty of dog walking space and very dog friendly. Dog litter bin also provided. Our dog seemed to enjoy it all.Food & drinks: Meal was served nice and hot and very enjoyable
Jack Varley: Do not understand how this is a 4 star hotel. Our room was covered in marks and stains on the wall. There was hair in the shower. It was a real let down. Fortunately it was only for a nights stay. The bed is not comfortable. Sat at the bar the following morning for half an hour. Nobody near to serve me a coffee. Only thing keeping this hotel is the gym is alright and pool is good. Otherwise extremely dissapointed. Won’t be back
Amy Brownlie: I stayed here as I was doing the veterinary physiotherapy course held at the hotel. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, non of them come close to how friendly, cheerful & helpful the staff are at Alexander hotel. Every single one of the staff we spoke to were just lovely and a perfect example of excellent customer service making your stay stress free.I had my dog staying with me and not one member of staff walked past us without saying hello to her. A lot of dog friendly hotels do not make your dog feel welcome. In the room there was a dog bowl of water & a bowl of dog treats which I thought was a wonderful touch, along with a little dog blanket. The room was very clean & had everything we needed in it. We enjoyed a few lovely walks around the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. The food was delicious and the service was spot on.I have to return over the next few months for my course and I am very much looking forward to coming back.I would highly recommend to anyone and especially dog owners.
John Wood: Gym has been updated recently, and the pool has had an update too, so all in all, it's not too bad. The realy bonus is the 25% discount you get on food and drink for being a gym member! The conference rooms are ad you'd expect, nothing much to add really.Looking to hire one of the large events rooms for a party later this year, so will update.Food & drinks: The food is pretty standard, but still very nice and well cooked. Pizza isn't a Chigaco Town done in the microwave, it's a real fresh dough pizza. The chops were also nice, veg well done and side of chips was crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside - perfect!
Ahhaahha D: David was brilliant even tho we came quite late he was so helpful got us and extra duvet and gave us a a charger looked after us thanks for the hospitality ❤️❤️Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Laura Cook: We booked for a romantic 2-night stay but only stayed one night. This does not have the facilities, atmosphere or service of a 4-star hotel so we were rather disappointed.First impressions were okay and staff were nice but we were told off the bat that the hot tub was out of order. Our room had no telephone or ironing board and there were cobwebs so we were offered an alternative room, which we accepted (why they would advertise 24-hour room service but put guests in the rooms where telephones were 'under maintenance' was beyond us). Our new room was better but still rather shabby and dingy, the water pressure and temperature was dodgy, and it was difficult to flush the toilet.Since we'd come all that way (2-hour trip), we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. We had a drink at the bar (nice service there) then had dinner at the restaurant, but when my partner's food came out there was a hair on his plate - yuck! My food was average at best. They were happy not to charge us for his meal at least. The bed was comfortable but there was a bit of noise (dogs in other rooms barking) and it wasn't the romantic atmosphere we had hoped for. My partner tried to call for room service several times that evening (as he was starving hungry!) but no one answered. In the morning, breakfast was average. We didn't feel comfortable staying another night so cut our trip short - they were happy to refund us the cost of bed and breakfast on the second night and the staff were helpful overall, but it was not the 4-star experience we were promised at all. We would not go back.
Malcolm Slatet: Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with family had a great time so invited my son and his daughters up tried ringing two days before no answer day before no answer morning before no answer got to hotel kids love to swim not allowed before 9am bad move so Sunday was a waist of time so no not worth the money so will be looking some where else in the town very disappointed
Mitchell Murphy: Hotel staff stole our the desert from our take away order caught them eating it infront or my 8 year old daught know she didnt get hers and still tried to deny finaly admitted it but did nothing to make it up for it realy poor quality mattress but good facilities

The rooms are clean and tidy.Very good breakfast, with a lot of choices, including the continental one.We arrived late one day for breakfast, and the staff was very helpful and understanding by providing us with the morning food which we missed. They even put some smiley faces on our napkins, which definitely shows that they made an effort - much appreciated!!The water in the pool was warm, and amenities ready to use.A good experience and a good choice to stay for when you visit Swindon.
Kirsty Dale: The staff here are amazing, really friendly and helpful.Really convenient location for getting around.I have now stayed multiple times and will continue to go back as I know it's a great hotel.
D Frazer: Loads of atmosphere. Clean cheerful and a very nice bit of Swindon. Staff have got solid professional smiles suppose they are friendly. Nice bar. Nice food and a mega breakfast buffet.
Fat Sealionz: Great value for the amenities (pool, gym, good restaurant opening times). Busy hotel which is always a good sign. Friendly staff. Room was clean with some modern touches (shower was eco friendly and looked new). The building is dated with basic school style windows but had a great sleep, feed and swim. Will definitely be staying here again on my trip.

Muzammil Ovi Khan: The service is good out there.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
David Tindal: The hotel was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent. I ordered bar food one evening, which was uninspiring. The hotel is close to a main trunk road, so easy to get to, but a fair way out of the town centre of Swindon.Rooms: My twin room was clean and spacious and everything worked wellNearby activities: Coates Water Park is just the other side of the dual carriageway from the hotel. The hotel felt a long walk from the town centre.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Swindon: what do users think?
Hen Hail: Charming
Tom Hlaing: Lobby area is nice, does make a difference when you arrive. Booked a rate which included dinner and breakfast for two nights. My room was large, most things worked and it was clean but was quite dated in furniture and the bathroom, along with a not so good air con systemDownside was the kitchen. Id booked a dinner included rate so had to eat there. It’s ironic as the quality of the food is very good, food looks like a proper chef has given though to the way it .But my issues were it took almost 50 mins for my starter to come out in an evening where the place wasn’t busy. Then another 20, after asking to rush my main. Star training seems an issue as at breakfast it was a little chaotic.Usually I would have walked out after enquiring the serving time, but I’d already paid!!
Pierson Stratford: Nice hotel, with very good service. breakfast staff and bar staff both very attentive and efficientRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kefas MD: Always attending for professional seminars/workshops so can't really comment on the rooms. Convenient location, pleasant staff, clean environment and delightful lunch.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Peter Johnson: Altogether a " tired " hotel requiring a bringing up to date make over. However the food was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. Good position besides M4 , ideal for stopover on route to West Country.Rooms: The rooms were tired, our bed was broken, shower dripped all of the time and no lock on bathroom door. Not a luxurious hotel but adequate for an overnight stay if you are not fussyNearby activities: None that I could see except a Gregg,s and Costa. Too close to Motorway junction to walk anywhereWalkability: See above, busy road network nearby, not suitable for walkersFood & drinks: One good point, excellent food, good choice for both breakfast and dinner, well cooked and served by friendly and courtesy staff. However drinks high priced.
Roxanna Ivan: Great place!
Mr Brent: Do not stay at this hotel if you value a good nights sleep.Sadly this hotel has become overrun with refugees that don’t understand how to be quiet and respectful to guests, loud banging and tv on max volume till 2.30am in the morning. They also have children running around the corridors and outside so be careful of your valuables in your car as I caught a kid looking in my car.
Federico Gianfranceschi: All'arrivo ti offrono un biscotto caldo molto buono, è la prima volta che mi succede. Sorpresa gradita.
Keith Baker: Will be using this hotel again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Kid-friendly …More
jim dolman: I stay in hotels 35-40 weeks of the year for events and have done for the past 7 years the mattress in this hotel was by far the worst from any hotel brand. Springs sticking up and so noisy. As we arrived late and was only for one night we just slept on top of the duvet as the air conditioning is universally set either hot or cold, that night I drew the hot setting. I did tell the lady on reception but she showed as much interest as my 13 year old when I tell her to do homework and continued to text on her phone. Whilst I do recommend the Hilton brand and so far all the other hotels don’t stay at Swindon
Stephen Mariadas: Supposed to be an upmarket/premium Hilton. Found it to be dated and poorly managed. Experienced lack of customer service at reception and rooms were not serviced (despite chasing this at 16:30)Rooms: Reasonable for the price. TVs dated ....lack of air con controls...Food & drinks: Pretty good but not excellent
Damien Wang: I was a bit worried when viewing those negative google reviews. But I had very positive experience during my stay during 2023 Easter holiday. The receptionist provided excellent service including registering my car plate number, sending food menu to my room, and etc. As I’m having the gold membership and they have prepared to upgrade my room before my arrival. The bed is bit old sometime makes some noise but overall experience is very good.Food & drinks: Very good food!
K Lock: Lovely place excellent conference rooms good facilities and great staff. I didnt stay overnight though.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, High-tech …More
