I only ever see Carl to treat any injuries on my visits back to the UK, his professionalism and knowledge of the body is unique. Within one session, he has identified the issue, treated it and provided me with stretches and strengthening techniques to self-manage the issue going forward. Angela Hayday: Carly’s Pilates classes are excellent, she takes time to understand your needs so she can offer variations on the same exercise. This makes the class feel very personalised. Hamish Milner: I could not recommend the Carl Todd clinic more! I have been treated by a number of the team there and found them all to be brilliant whenever I have required treatment and help!Most recently I suffered an innocuous sports shoulder trauma that was giving me real pain, restricted movement and as a result trouble sleeping. Following thorough consultancy from doctors and private medical care, including having multiple MRI’s and X-rays on the shoulder, I was advised surgery was going to be required to rectify the issue. Given I was hoping to avoid surgery at a young age I sought a further opinion from the team at the clinic. I was treated and given a full rehab plan and having followed that I regained movement and have been able to strengthen the joint up again. I have been fully able to continue my sports as before and have suffered no pain or issues since - most importantly though I avoided surgery! Am extremely grateful to the team and my only regret on that instance was not going to see them sooner!!

She goes beyond the pilates to support birth preparation and is also great at fostering community amongst the people attending the classes.I have been lucky to have straightforward births with both of my children and both times the midwives have commented on my strength and control. I believe this is 100% down to Angela and her classes and I'm so thankful for them and for the friend who recommended them to me!

It is also mentally strengtening to feel you're preparing your body for labour and postnatal recovery.

Angela is highly experienced and knowledgeable and her classes are always varied and enjoyable. She is a very positive, supportive person and encourages people to reach their individual goals in a realistic way. Although specialising in pre and post natal pilates, her 'standard' Pilates classes are also excellent and suitable for all - male or female, old or young. I am delighted that Angela is now running group sessions via Zoom and would encourage anyone to try them.

Hawthorn House: Just got back from a magical week in Greece on the Pilates retreat. It was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone who would like to reset. The Pilates classes were so good Gill and Lauren are just brilliant. I really did enjoy Richards meditation sessions and have now got some great information that I will keep in my back pocket.I have to also mention Maria who was our cook for the week. She was, however so much more than that I really did enjoy the time I spent with her and sampling all her delicious dishes.So a massive thank you to Wiltshire Pilates and all of your wonderful guests for making my week one that I will never forget xx

Helen Weller: I've recently returned from Wiltshire Pilates Cretan Dreams 7day Pilates retreat. WOW! What a wonderful experience. Pilates classes twice a day under the olive trees in beautiful Sfakia. The lessons were varied and adaptable - you could do as little or much as you felt like. There were options to take part in HIIT classes and other activities, plus time to explore or just relax on the beach. Jill and her team made sure the group was relaxed, fun and inclusive and you could join in or take a break from the group as you wished. The food was excellent, as was the accommodation. I've met some wonderful people and come home relaxed and significantly fitter than I was a week ago! Thanks Jill & Lauren for all your hard work and calm planning. Helen xxx

jane marley: I can recommend Wiltshire Pilates very highly as a safe way to exercise. There are a variety of classes in a variety of locations. I have been to the classes of many of the teachers and they are all good and swopping classes can be useful to learn more. I have been very impressed with the way Wiltshire Pilates has rapidly reacted to the Covid-19 pandemic initially in the classes and then by providing classes on Zoom.

S Bagnall: Without being able to get to regular classes, this online Pilates experience is an excellent physical and mental workout to keep me breathing properly as well as giving attention to my immune system during this virus lockdown - while attending to the workout my body needs to keep supple, fit, able to non-stop garden, bend and stretch - everything Pilates usually does. An amazing facility to do a group class with individual monitoring added in.

Home Gmail 2: It is lovely to be able to carry on with our classes at from home, having the guidance of the Instructors to correct us long the way and it certainly seems to be working well. Thank you to the team for setting it up so well on Zoom. Heaven knows when we will be able to go back to meeting in the “Real World. At the rate things are moving, it won’t be anytime soon! Hilary L: Attending Bone Health Pilates classes - I feel completely safe in Jill's hands, every move is explained clearly and not only do we learn about correct exercises and alignment for good bone health, we also get some bone health education as we go along. Jill's extensive knowledge, experience, care and personal attention during class and online classes is very reassuring. I can't recommend these classes highly enough. The sessions are extremely helpful and very enjoyable.

my junk: I really appreciate how quickly you've got up and running with an app no-one had heard of before all this! In *some* ways it's better than coming to classes, because I can join the ones that you would have held in places not so local to me that I wouldn't have normally signed up for. I wonder if, when we go back to normal, you could offer classes that you hold on zoom at the same time as the in-person ones, for more distant people?
