Epicare Health Pharmacy: what do users think?
Jeff Watts: Highly professional service from beginning to end!!!
Aston Bishop: Had a blood test done here. Jo was great, kept me calm while I was anxious and was very friendly overall. Results came back incredibly quickly. Overall great experience.
Sophia Knifton: This is a great pharmacy. Very professional and friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and understand your medication. I’m so glad I made the switch to this pharmacy, I have great trust in their advice and opinion, would highly recommend.
Sarah Gale: I had my QuantiFERON-TB GOLD test here and it was brilliant! I am very difficult to get blood out of but they got all the blood in one go with very little pain! The staff are extremely kind and polite. They made me feel comfortable and it was such an easy and smooth process. Normally I would have to go to London to get this test so Swindon was much closer! All it took was one email and a phone call and they were happy to do this blood test! Thank you so much!
KAREN COULTHARD: Jo in the Commercial Rd branch was extremely helpful. She went above & beyond to get me my medication when I had only two of my blood pressure tablets left. Other chemists dismissed my worries but Jo was absolutely a star. I have now made this chemist by chosen one for all my medication when I need them. Thank you Jo once again for all you have did for me..
Chris Wilkinson: A very impressive experience. Removal of ear wax was carried out in a very clean and tidy environment. The practitioner Mr Bidev Thapa explained the procedure clearly and I was at all times comfortable through the process. This is a quick and easy way to clear unwanted wax from your ears and I would, without hesitation, highly recommend this clinic.
Marshall Leopold: My wife had a very badly blocked ear, and she was able to book an appointment the next day. The booking service was efficient and the subsequent treatment was excellent. Everything was explained and the blockages removed swiftly and successfully.
Kirsten Shepherd: Friendly team, I attended for a blood test. Appointment was easy to make and prompt
ashok sundararajas: Great service from Mr.Thapa and Mr.Chopra. The explanations given before and after Otoscopy were clear and concise for my 11 year old child. I would definitely recommend Epicare to my friends who wish to have any Phrama and Otoscopy Ear consultation needs. Thanks
Laila Rhodes: so useful to have a location to have private blood tests done by a friendly, local phlebotomist. I will continue to use them.
Ian Tanner: Very easy to navigate . No problem in getting booked up for my family, thank you
Vismaya Ashok Kumar: I went to Epicare to get my blood test done. Jo was friendly, patient and quick with the whole procedure. Very happy with the service. Went there again to get my vaccination done. Will definitely recommend.
Barry Till: A Pharmacy that is much needed in Swindon. I had a great deal of trouble finding anywhere that did travel vaccinations. After much searching I found Epicare Health Pharmacy and they did them all. I had all my vaccinations here. You discuss with the pharmacist your destinations etc online and they prepare the vaccinations, book you to have them, even order in ones they don't have in stock and then call you when they arrive. Fabulous attentive and friendly service. I definitely recommend them . They are now also a yellow fever vax centre - possibly the only one in Swindon. Anil, the pharmacist is a lovely guy, so helpful and accommodating.
Paul Trueman: Really great service. Professional and affordable. Couldn't recommend enough
Anthony Pascarella: Excellent service
keith lakey: Fantastic service thank you so much.Asim accommodated my need for earwax removal at short notice and went above and beyond to save me having to travel again for a second appointment. The process was well explained and painless and certainly improved my hearing! Thanks again
nimish kulkarni: Very good experience with our travel vaccines. Very organised, informative and accomodating. Thanks Anil and Asim, much appreciated.
Comrade Nuisance: It used to be the best pharmacy in Swindon. Since being taken over it is still pretty good but my latest couple of visits have been disappointing with pharmacy staff unaware of or unwilling to follow necessary protocols- no safety concern but didn't help my stress levels. One of my prescription items as well as my dispensary label had another label with someone else's name and address!
Dan Horton: Contacted Epicare for a handfull of vaccines that i needed as other highstreet pharmacy's could not facilitate my needs, Epicare managed to get me seen quickly and at a very competative price. Will definitely be using Epicare again.
sylvia adams: Brilliant service, never any problems
Ian Cockman: It's okay,

New College Swindon, Queen's Drive Campus: what do users think?
Kathy Holland: Magnificent, big, airy and super clean
Shalbie Woodward: Brilliant
Jazz Garner: Parking is an issue if your collecting someone,
Jack Davies: DONT EXPECT ANY REPLY OR COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE THERE . MIS INFORMING MY WIFE AND CHILD
Jesus “ya boi” Christ: I am fully clothed
Ben Edgson: Senior bosses need to give their heads a wobble. Avoid at all costs
Jemima Marcos: Never study in this college. My experience was very bad.I went here to study from Philippines and when I enrolled here they said that they couldn’t see my grades so they put me in entry level 3 functional skills in both maths and English at age 18. Now I passed my entry level 3 maths and I was put to level 1 so my teacher put me on an exam but when I went in the exam room my name wasn’t there. I asked my teacher if she forgot to put my name but she told me she even double checked it and she put my name in the register the teacher talked to the people who organises the exam and they said I couldn’t have an exam because my name isn’t there which is very unfair to me because that’s the only chance I can go to GCSE’s. They never did anything about it and they keep saying I belonged to entry level 3 that’s why I couldn’t have an exam but my teacher put me to level 1. They keep refusing it and they don’t want to admit their mistake. Now my future is broken because of this college. Even the staff are so rude and blames their mistake to a student.
Claire: Enquired about a course several weeks ago, received the response that "I am looking into it." Then heard nothing more. Very poor and I wonder how much revenue is being lost through poor responses to enquiries. Several other FE and HE organisations replied quicker and comprehensively.
Darren Drinkwater: Just picking up my daughter
Andy. Jenkin: Open day staff are very helpful and friendly
Laura Horandi: I was meant to complete a distance learning course through New College Swindon and ended up having to pay for it. I had absolutely no contact from my so called tutor at all and I was just left to it. When I received the invoice I tried to contact to discuss options but heard absolutely nothing. Do not use for distance learning they set you up to fail before you even start and then take your money
Dupon Golam Mostafa: Best place to study
Pete Heads: knackered
Bozga Viorelia: I choose Swindon College for my IELTS exam, and I'm not sorry for it. Lovely staff, nice parking for my car, all ok.
Fantastic_Salem: New college is the best, better than younger education systems ever.
Carlos Euliarte: Nice a clean. Lots of social distance signs. One way system in place.
Lee Hancock: Brilliant place
Steven Hawkins: Like that we can still go in to do our course it is much better than trying to do it over zoom or teams. Well thought out measures for covid safety
F Pits: Excellent learning establishment covering a wide variety of subjects
Jazz: it alright
Joshua Cook: Better hope all your course teachers dont resign or you will have to teach yourself for 2 years

Avicenna Pharmacy Swindon: what do users think?
Kevin Gullen: Opening hours on web site are wrong. They are closed at lunchtime. I walked there for 30 mins and the shutter was down. Both google and the company web site says open all day as I checked before I left.
Dan Ezio: Brilliant service; fast, professional and courteous. They've been able to get my prescription in the next day, something I've struggled to do with other pharmacies for 8 weeks. All the best to you and thank you for the genuine help!
Yavuz: I was there this morning to collect my daughter's prescription. It Tooks more than 20 minutes just to collect 2 items. Despite the fact that it was not crowded, it is understandable sometimes it takes more time than usual. But I was about to drop my daughter to her art class. I asked 3 times to collect the items later. But all pharmacist said was it would be ready in a minute. All in all, they made me wait and she was late to class. I found it utterly ridiculous.
Mbalenhle Dube: It's pharmacy. 😎 cool
Scott Lester: Was away on holiday and needed medication sent to another pharmacy, sorted within minutes 5 stars plus
Katy Palmer: The staff are very nice and friendly, the shops quite small. No problem
M H (Nugg1977): By time the young lad booked me in, I was in and out within 10mins. Excellent service 👍
Pinky Boo: Generally okWith covid vaccines and the 1 in 1 out queues - ridiculous!! Waiting in the cold for repeat prescriptions for over 20 mins is not acceptable.
Andy. Jenkin: Great staff happy to help you
chegu ajak: 🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍😍😍😍✔️✔️✔️👌Recognized by #cheguajak🇲🇾
Ronald Bolger: 10 out of 10.
Heather Birdas: Had my covid vaccine today. Greeted at the door by very polite, kind and professional member of staff. The nurse was lovely. Overall amazing. Thank You very much.
Claire Joint: My daughter came in for her vaccine today, she was extremely nervous because she has serious allergies. Couldn’t have asked for two kinder, more compassionate ladies than the ladies that dealt with her and it was so appreciated. Wasn’t sure about booking the vaccine at a pharmacy but it ended up being absolutely the best decision for us. Thank you so much for putting her at ease, taking the time to make sure she was comfortable and being so caring.
Sefanaia Naceva: Well organised as I went in for my vaccination
Rahul Dev: Lovely pharmacy
Dee Joell: Went here for my first and second dose of the Astrazenaco vaccine. Both times the staff were very profressional and kind. The 2nd time the staff saw that I was really anxious and they started talking and joking with me which calmed me down immensely. Explained everything thoroughly. I was only waiting for about 5 mins before I was called in. Overall great experience.
Matilda Stickels: Booked in for a covid vaccination via the NHS website, it was postponed a few hours beforehand and was told it would be on an alternative date. Phoned up several times before the alternative date only to be told they would phone me with further details but I received no communication at all. Now I find out they've cancelled all covid vaccinations and to re-book on the NHS website which means I will now get the vaccination over a month after I'd first booked it. I am not sure why they are listed on the NHS website when they can't actually carry out their obligations. This is my first experience with this pharmacy but based on my experience, it will definitely be my last.
Titus TV: Twice in 3 days cancelled jab appointments and let you know just before your appointment when you're there.Disgusting service.
Hilary “Hilly” H: Whenever I have been to this pharmacy I have found the staff to be so kind, caring and helpful. My experience has been that even if they are busy they will go out of their way to help and it seems like nothing is too much trouble.
Niki Bartoszewska: Had my Covid vaccine here today. Very efficient process, taking less than 5 minutesStaff were incredibly friendly amd professionals too. Thank you

ASDA Pharmacy: what do users think?
Kyle Iles: Never answers the phone. Multiple attempt throughout the day, to save turning up to stand in a ridiculously long queue to be told you don’t have the prescription. Even if you do, I’ve often been told that you don’t have any dispensers so I’ll have to wait days. Get it sent back to the SPINE and another pharmacy get it done in minutes (Morrisons and Homeground - both were brilliant).I’ve been calling for an hour straight to test their theory about keep trying (according to their replies) and still no answer. How long do you think is reasonable to keep trying. They must have the phone turned down so they can’t hear it… hearing the phone non stop ringing would give you no choice but to answer, I can’t imagine you’d want to ignore that all day!
Chantelle Grace: Takes 30 minutes to sort one prescription out. That is a bit long to ask people to wait when it's 630pm, not like it's rush hour as such
Kelly Hughes: Everytime you to here, even if the prescription was handed in a week ago. They say 15 minute wait. The member of staff who opened on Friday was extremely rude. 10 minutes late opening, rocked up on her phone and seems annoyed there was a queue of people. Said my medication wasn't there so I phoned the doctor who confirmed yes it is there so now I have to go back yet again to try receive my important medication which I have now been three days without. Terrible customer service.
Jacque Lynch: Went to collect prescription 2 days after sent to them. Waited over 30mins to be told they don't have the medication. Staff unhelpful and frankly rather rude. Now have to find somewhere else to get prescription.Definitely won't use again. Need to train staff in customer service.
Louise Moss: Worse and worse each month! Waiting at 7.40pm for a prescription that’s been with them for a week, get the shutter closed right up to where I’m standing, assistant serves 4 people around me after taking my name. To be fair is the level of service I think all customers have come to expect having waited in the queue with many like minded people for an hour on a previous visit and a further 20 minutes after asking for my prescription for nothing to be ready at all for me!! Staff are rude and clearly don’t want to be there, have witnessed them being rude and impatient with customers asking questions. Ringing ahead on other occasions (if the phone is answered, which is rare) to be told your prescription is ready to collect and reassured that it is picked and ready you would assume you may be spared the horrendous wait times and customer service? Incorrect, it appears the standard answer is ‘yes it’s ready to collect’ but does not mean that at all. One star is generous, couldn’t possibly get much worse could it? We will see next month!
Allen Coutts: Told to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. After 20 minutes then get told out of stock. NO Replacement or when in stock. Phoned next day 3 times no reply. Disgusting
Ghada Elnajjar: Asda pharmacy orbital Swindon need productivity check of the staff, how long the prescriptions will be aside without any one work on them.
Ewa Gnutek: Shocking, 3 people just stand and chatting nit working, lots of people waiting, no service !
tim smith: Dog has IBD. Tried buying some buscopan for him. Authorised and safe dosage calculated by a vet as per his body weight. As I was paying I jokingly said it was for the dog. Refused to sell it to me. Perhaps Asda shop boy thinks they develop separate drugs for dogs. Interesting that someone so retarded works in a chemists. Rhymes with ducking shunts.
Jacob Crisp: Just ok
eddie weir: Doesn't stay open to 8pm. Closed early. Went back next day and, guess what, they close from 1:30 to 2:00 pm each day. Grossly inefficient organisation
Claire Hicks: Absolutely one of the worse pharmacy in Swindon so slow winded need more staff will find somewhere else to do my prescription from now on
Christopher French: 6 visits to get medication which I was told that had been given to me. A complaint to a manager got this resolved within 30 minutes and they found the meds that they told me I'd been given! I will never use the service again! Many thanks to Chris, the manager who sorted this disgusting service out for me.
Christina Tudor: Absolutely awful pharmacy, stood waiting for service for over 30 mins with a screaming baby. Being totally ignored. Also they lie over the phone. Asked about a prescription which was in fact there after all.Avoid
Carol S: Do they ever answer the phone? Or is it just me?
Ahmed Al Rawi: I changed to asda pharmacy because I thought they had longer opening hours, alas that does not compensate for the horrible service and the lack of professionalism. In the past four (4) months they have made four (4) mistakes ( missing items) , and the wait time is never less than (30) minutes. So I’m going back to Taw hill pharmacy.
john Anderson: Still slow and shocking service was left standing for 20 minutes with a queue building behind me at 19.17hrs. Totally ignored by 2 attendants. Customer service rubbish
Gary Wallage: Over 25 minutes on the phone (over 60 individual call entries) (ringing not hold) to just ask if an out of stock prescription item (due today) was in.Plan is to save unwell people travelling needlessly to collect a drug that may not be there!!!
Anne-Marie Couchman: I have had dealings with this Pharmacy for nearly 10 years and can honestly say I have always been dealt courteously, cheerfully and efficiently on every occasion, both in store and via telephone. I have had my flu vaxx hear every year, so no more standing in the rain outside the surgery for hours in the pouring rain. Well done to all the staff who have helped me throughout these years.
Sheelagh Wells: Unreliable opening times. I showed up for 08:00 and was told the pharmacist is not in yet and regularly runs late. Waited until about 8:15 but had to go to work so left as they were still not there. Don’t bother using this unreliable service
Marie Mundy: always friendly and helpful

ASDA Pharmacy: what do users think?
Quaser Rafiq: Absolutely useless! Attended on 2 occasions for 2 basic items of medicine which was needed urgently at that time. Favourite line “we’re out of stock” with a 2.2* rating on google guess I’m not the only one who thinks this outlet is a sham!!!
Sam Williams: I've been calling for a hour to see if my medication is there instead of walking down there as I have a chest infection so thought it would be easier to call no one is picking up
Debbie Matthews: Why do they never pick up the phone. Been trying for nearly 2hours. Absolute disgrace that's why I am changing pharmacy, worse customer service ever.
Bonnie Cook: Not enough staff working. Waiting time too long. I need to pick up my medication unless I won't be queue that long.
Hellen: Never have medication in stock! Emergency medication which is life or death!! Send u round places like a headless chicken. Avoid!!!!
Deanna Young: Medication wasn't ready to collect even though my doctors said it was. Lady at reception said am I desperate for it.. obviously? Otherwise I wouldn't be here! What a joke. This place needs shutting down.
Helen Nassoro: Friendly helpful staff but they dont sell bandages! A basic in first aid I wouls say.
Ewa Gesicka: Very helpful staff. I rang yesterday with enquiry and a female pharmacist was very friendly and helpful.
john Anderson: Terribly slow service prescription received by staff yesterday and despite this it was mot ready at 17.30 today asked my name 7 times and I waited 35 minutes really bad customer service
S AK: Please expect non-availability of medicines mostly. Partly Empty shelves and helpless staff. It’s a namesake pharmacy.Avoid it and disappointment.
Kristian Jones: Went in to buy head lice treatment for my daughter. Was advised to go for one treatment, went shopping in Asda and after my wife checked the box saw it it didn't do what asked for. Tried to return the item fully sealed after only 5 mins of been out the store. Wouldn't refund or exchange for the correct treatment. Out of principle we went elsewhere. Very poor and an error caused by the advice given!
Madalina Butnaru: Prescriptions are never ready when they should be. You get there, they ask 1000 times your name, address, DOB, and after 3 of them check you in the system, they will eventually find your MUCH NEEDED prescription. So many times were people who just left the queues..on top of the fact they're not good, they are also rude. 🤔
Sarah Robinson: Very rude staff. Went for a private prescription the staff member who I will not name was very rude and stand offish. We took the prescription and said we will go to the asda at the orbital where you are treated with kindness. Will not be going here again
ig168: Open at 7am it said. Safe for me to go and collect my drugs from Pharmacy. Sadly not. I am still sitting in the car park waiting at 7:40. Queues building and, since I am shielding and need the drugs, I am now concerned. May not take the risk.
Martin Russell: This isn't the first time this has happened, I am on regular medication for a condition which makes it diffcult to walk. There is a particular Medication that I need and the last couple of times they haven't had it in stock, yet they could get it in next day... Why can't they order the medication in when they are making up the perscription?? Looking to move to a different Pharmacy...
Robin Perrott: Although I don't live nearby, I have visited the Pharmacy several times over the past few years, and have always found the staff (very) polite and helpful - including yesterday in an emergency. Despite the pressure they were obviously under.
Andy Tingay (Tings): I found this place to be conveniently positioned.
Lego Creations: It's very good but some of the staf are rood at times.

Jhoots Pharmacy: what do users think?
Restoring Minds UK: Much better now under new management!
Paula James: The staff at the Victoria Road branch are so helpful and go above and beyond to provide me with a consistently good service. Between me and the person I care for I visit there most weeks and make use of the pharmacist's advice as well as their dispensing. I rarely find items are out of stock, and since they started closing for lunch 1pm-2pm there is no more guessing when the pharmacist may have 'popped out'. The staff are warm and friendly and keen to offer good service.I do miss the wider range of items Lloyds offered but I'm used to that now.
Allison Brook: I went to collect my prescription on Saturday and found they were closed. Went back today, (Monday) at 4.30pm and was told as the pharmacist wasn't there I couldnt collect the item. However I could stand outside and they would deliver it to me outside the front door! Apparently they can only dispense prescriptions between the hours of 11 to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm. As I work full time I will not be able to use their services in the future.
Salma EA: Very small pharmacy with limited options and not all the necessary is available
David Sinclair: Changeover from Lloyd's to Jhoots ar Curie Ave Swindon is a complete nightmare for customers. The planning for the refit leaves too much undone. 2 weeks without the shop and very difficult to collect prescriptions is unacceptable in this day and age. Please sort this out urgently. Your customers will vote with their feet. It is a great detriment to Old Town Surgery too
Vidhan Chandra: Extremely disappointed with the services. They took complete payment saying to collect medicines on evening. When I was there on evening medicine was not there then they said they will call when it's available. I didn't receive any call till I called them back. Next day when I was there to collect medicines at sharp 12:58 PM they said it's lunch time and it's now closed. There are no options to give 0 star else I could have given that.
Stacey annemarie Mcmullen: The pharmacist is wonderful, always on time with medication, never had a problem .
sam strong: Best pharmacy about! So lovely in there, great staff! Very knowledgeable.
Sri Raja Sekhar Yellajoshula: This is no longer Lloyd’s pharmacy
D ezra: Customer of 15 years, fantastic customer service.
Robert Aldus: Very friendly and knowledgeable
Stephen Offord: Excellent chemist good staff
John Lister: Excellent service - over 10 years!!!
Peter Durnford: Service is fantastic, unfortunately the website says open 24 hours on a Saturday, after calling the pharmacy they told me that they are in actual fact, closed! This would have been 5 stars had Saturday opening been correct.

Boots: what do users think?
Jan Petro: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!I needed to collect one medication for my 4 yo child and they were the only pharmacy having it in stock. However, they refused to issue it to me as they are there only for the hospital. Hence if you have a prescription from your GP it won't help you here. This pharmacy is BOOTS and not a private or proprietary pharmacy, exclusive for the hospital. You are there for us for patients without favoriting who gets the medication and who not. Or we should understand it as a new form of racism???!!!YOU ARE PAID FROM OUR TAXES!!!SHAME ON YOU AND THESE DIRTY PRACTICES!!!
J. M. Andrews: Very slow and rude. Charged me for an inhaler, 45 minutes later told me they didnt have one in stock and that i couldnt use the prescription to go to another pharmacy. Said it was a hospital only prescription and that if i wanted an inhaler id have to get another prescription with a GP. Rolled eyes at me when I explain that I *needed* an inhaler TODAY.Eventually gave me this battered box with a very clearly not clean inhaler inside.
Adrian Oxenham: Great Chemist. Very polite and friendly, especially with the amount of people they have passing through. The hospital messed up my prescriptions and had no idea. Thanks to the chemist who had their own records saved the day.Thank you.
The Southwest Man: Now on its own in the car park of the GW HospitalThe pharmacy serves all customers who have been seen by the doctor and can pick up there prescribed medication.
Alan Pooles: We tried ringing the number shown on here several times to check the prescription was ready as we livex15 miles away the number is no longer in use!!!There is another on website which is in use and was answered. Very very busy as always had to wait 10 minutes to be asked forward, the checking procedure was thorough enough
M M: Lady sighed when I told her to look through the boxes and find the medication she allegedly ordered 5 days ago. She said she could't find any after a few seconds, but first wasted 5mins to look for my prescription. Looks like the attitude and of service is nonexistent in this place, also continuity in taking meds with this pharmacy is unlikely. Stay well away from this place. Management- get them trained! She deserves a slap to wake up or simply need to be replaced by a young person .
Cherie Ireland: Very helpful and polite
Billa Roo: Staff here seriously need to be retrained/better trained and/or change of management...why, you ask?? Myself and 2 other people waiting for our prescriptions at nearly 6pm (it closes at 7:30pm), they tell us it will take 15-20 mins (why, I have no idea, but fine). While we wait, the staff continue to package prescriptions for patients who ARE NOT THERE - and place those prescriptions into boxes ready to be collected. Guess what...nobody is there to collect them, and nobody comes in to collect them...mystery? No. They are clearly working through lists of daily prescriptions, probably to be collected tomorrow, or LATER... I KINDLY tell them that I have to leave and collect another time if the prescription won't be ready in the next few minutes - and, without even asking their colleagues who are fulfilling prescriptions, they magically know the answer already "it will take another 15-20 minutes" - this prescription consists of 1 box - they just need to put it in a bag, print off a sticker, and DONE) - they then continue to ignore us, and continue to package up prescriptions for people WHO ARE NOT THERE, putting them into the boxes in front of our frustrated faces. I then leave, telling them I will have to collect another time - I was in a super rush. Shouldn't they prioritise patients who are actually waiting? My reasoning is that they will have to pause the work on their daily lists at some point ANYWAY...right? So why continue with the lists, making patients wait longer and longer, delaying the pausing of their daily lists...rather than just pause their list, serve the patient(s) waiting, then come back to their lists again?!? What's the difference?! Come on guys, sort it out - looks like this is a common trend at Boots GWH - stop systematically causing patients to wait longer than they need to.
Ricky Furze: My wife went today with our 3 year old son who is potentially ADHD and the clinic had not sent over her prescription for anticoagulants as promised. By the time she got back from clinic with another prescription she waited 40 minutes in the pharmacy for her injections, at which point our sons behaviour deteriorated rapidly and she could no longer stay to pick up the prescription. The staff would have seen that she was finding it difficult, and in pain from multiple DVTs (she also has several chronic illnesses and severe anxiety) but didn’t make any attempt to make this easier for her. She doesn’t have enough fuel to return now and will have to non-comply with treatment. It is frustrating as I have to work in the day and we get no help that there seems to be these barriers to accessing medication.
Anthony La Porte: Had quite a wait to submit a Hospital prescription though once handed over was filled reasonably quickly
Fergusons Friday: Awful experience.. advertised as a pharmacy but only accept hospital prescriptions.. !!! and original prescription was for 56 and they would only issue 30..
Bev Walsh: Extremely rude and patronising staff work here, we will not be returning for any prescriptions issued here. Avoid using and try somewhere else, anywhere else! A bit of staff training wouldn't go amiss, particularly customer service. Shame that one star is the minimum rating, they don't even deserve that.
molly apps: the blonde lady guessing the manager is so sarcastic very unhelpful the 2 normal ladies who serve me are lovely and always wanting to help but the lady's I encountered today was so awful wouldn't find a way to work with me just wanted to push/palm me off aside so she could go sit back down... Lazy Women.when I told her I wouldn't be eating today if we couldn't find a way to sort it out (I have an eating disorder so me not eating as a big effect) she replied "okay thank you" the most sarcastic I've been spoken to since starting working at the great western hospital and walked away which was gutting to see our pharmacists have no compassion or empathy for others. avoid this boots at all costs is hands down the worst staffed boots I have ever visited in my whole 25 years off life.if your wondering why your sales are going down and the customer satisfactions is disappointing maybe look the the people you are employing maybe employ people who care and want to help people :)
Abbie Poole: Always busy as its on the hospital site but the staff have always been polite and helpful everytime.
Matt Andrews: I honestly believe Boots take a percentage of parking costs, why else would I take so long to prepare a prescription!I can see the doctor in a third of the time it takes the pharmacy to place 2 tubes of medication into a bag. Waited there for 50 today,. Admitted that is way better than my "personal best" which was in excess of TWO hours. On that occasion, after 50 minutes I went for a walk around Coate Water, brought lunch in the cafe there, walked back to the pharmacy and still it wasn't ready!!
glogine o: Very rude staff, don't know what happened to all the bubbling girls that were stationed there, instead the new customer service rep are rude and appear frustrated. Thank God for super drugs who has similar products ,if not even better. Had to abandon my items at the self check out till as I had enough of being spoken to rudely. Been shopping at boots longer than the new customer rep.Had a fab experience at super drugs.Bye boots
Ken Lever: Dr’s prescribed medication changed due to not being in stock, 3 days later more meds prescribed and told by stroppy assistant that it would be 4 to 5 days before they would receive it although my follow up appointment was in 2 days.
J.J.C.S (MaccaMagic): This pharmacy sucks! Dreadful service. Avoid!
Chris Robinson: I had a methotrexeate order i had tried to prepare a phone call from the pharmacy, I missed the call . Silly , I tried the chemist, Boots , several times , 8 times I tried , I wasn't getting anywhere? Once there a mobile, but the person keep turning around I was frustrated .
Roy Butcher: Parking for pharmacy non existent
Ruth Mc: This pharmacy should be much bigger and better run. My prescription was incorrect with missing doses and with no instructions on the dosage. However was not the only one as someone else in the waiting area were given the incorrect amount of medication also. I was told a 20 minute wait but was waiting close to an hour and a half as were most people waiting.I wish it was an option to use another pharmacy for prescriptions from the hospital instead of having to use this pharmacy only. Majority of pharmacy's and pharmacy staff in Swindon are so helpful, honest and polite and do not make mistakes on medication. Then again this pharmacy would not be used at all if this was the case. They were busy but has been much more busy in the past without these issues. This could easily be much better managed. One of the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude when i had mentioned i had been waiting almost an hour and told me to sit down they would call my name out when ready then shouted me to move with no apologies or manners. She spoke to everyone like this and seemed to spend most of her time doing nothing but faffing about .There was another pharmacy member of staff who i feel sorry for as she was trying to be helpful and polite and ended up having to resolve the rude member of staff mistake and miscommunication of information with multiple patients and myself.

Hawthorn Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy: what do users think?
maria inacio: Excellent service and staffThank you 😊
Ben: Absolutely disgusting service. Waiting nearly an hour even though there was just one person in front of me.This needs to be managed properly, someone is getting paid a high salary for not doing their job properly. Their staff needs to be reviewed or trained up to a higher standard.
Emma: Never going back in here. £5.99 for 30g Metanium nappy cream orrrr every other place literally sells this for £3!!! Same size as well. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE ANOTHER PHARMACY!!!
Michelle Weller: So helpful and really blown away by the genuine care.Moved pharmacies after horrific care at boots orbital..
mark sabat: Friendly staff, always welcome you with a smile. If they haven’t the medicine in stock they do their upmost to have it ordered in ASAP.
Diane Webb: As always Hawthorne Pharmacy quality service10/10
Jessica Derbyshire: This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to . Staff are very helpful and polite. They always have the medication you need and not having to wait the next day to pick them up . Waiting time 5-10 minutes. Excellent service
tony w: Very helpful staff and counter pharmacists.
Katie Hodgkinson: Good service, always timely even when they are busy. Staff efficient
Cecelia Lewis: Excellent!
Elizabeth Veitch: Fantastic staff
Z Davis (Rendrag): Thank you to the kind pharmsit that assisted me on News years day (evening). I was extremely worried that I would not be able to get medication or help my son needed on News Years day, however although he was very busy he worked efficiently to serve and advise the people comming to the pharmacy in turn, as well as dealing with the prescriptions been sent through to him. I would like him to know how much we appreciated this.
Kayley Brock-Hoskins: Get yourself a regular pharmist!! These people saved my life today. I was a tricky customer they went above and beyond to ensure I had my meds today. I would've been in a&e without thier help today..... best service ever!!
Joy Godwin: Absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, very helpful, really on the ball
Chelsea Parker: Really good pharmacist. Nice place.
Justin Penney: Excellent pharmacy, knowledgeable staff and a fast, efficient service.
Beverley Dunn: you need to up date your opening times for Saturdays my partner was left with no pills this weekend because it says your open till 4 when you shut at 12 thought i could pick them up after work at 1 but no you was shut till Monday
Nicola Marshall: Says they open at 8.30, this is twice now I have been here before work to get my prescription and they don't open on time which in turn makes me late for work! If it says 8.30 opening then don't open at 8.40/8.45!!
Simon Green: I find there service OK and friendly but have noticed when it gets to 5.45 6 they stop answering the phone i have been phoning them and driving there at the same time and got there and the shop was empty but wouldn't answer the phone like they was rushed off there feet with customs I was shocked when I got there its a shame
Jeremy: We switched to these guys after my elderly mother had been let down repeatedly by one just down the road from her. I live quite a way away so we need to use one that can deliver and will deal with her queries directly over the phone (rather than rely on online etc). They've been fantastic and have on several occasions sorted out issues we've created(!) with her various prescriptions and the delivery service has been utterly reliable too. Highly recommended.
Nick: Use them for all my Prescriptions now. Fast and reliable. A total opposite to Lloyds pharmacy.

Home Ground Pharmacy: what do users think?
Nikki Shaw: I looked up the opening hours and it says 5am and confirmed by phone a week ago. I went there at 7:30 this morning and it was still shuttered, so the opening hours are definitely wrong! Service has declined quite a bit over the last few months - long wait times, no one answers the phone, not told if something is out of stock until you go to collect it!
Laura Cole: With the arrival of a delightful new pharmacist Homeground has won me back. Our family attended travel clinic earlier this week and were met with a knowledgable, helpful and kind pharmacist who was wonderful with my asd child and in no way pushy or rushed us. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you
Sharon Ang: Very caring and professional lady pharmacist !

Hollie gee: Very helpful and friendly staff! Would highly recommend.
Cheron Biggs: Every time I have dealings with this pharmacy it ends badly this time I had an urgent prescription sent there because they open at 5amAt 5am 6am 6.30 am my husband went to collect my urgent medicationA dispensing assistant was there but no pharmacist the dispensing assistant apologised and said he would bring it to meAt 12 I still had not received my urgent prescription I called they said I would get my urgent medication after 2.30 this medication was to stop kidney failure and bleedingGreat service but typical of this pharmacy I would ever use here by choice I travel from my local area to other pharmacy to get my monthly repeat prescriptions and they don't have stock you always have to go back to collect a balance they are slow cold and unapproachable they don't even carry aspirin which many people have as blood thinnersA ridiculous waste of nhs funding.Since my last post I have avoided this place like the plague even though big banners say UNDER NEW MANAGEMENTBut today 25th Jan 2023 I had to go there at 1.58 yes I checked the time when I asked to see the pharmacist and was told they were on break and I asked when they would be back and was told with a shoulder shrug don't know maybe 3 - 3.30 they have not improved neither had the attitude of the 2 girls behind the counter who seemed to resent the fact that I asked for the pharmacistIt will be along time before I go back again I can assure you I had to drive to gorse hill to find a pharmacist as morrisons chemist was also closed didn't think of asdaDon't go to homeground if you can avoid it
