Christian Lester: I am a regular customer at Lush in Swindon, and I have been served on a number of occasions including today by the lovely Ruby. She always provides amazing customer service, she is always smiling and welcoming when customers come in to the store, and she is extremely knowledgeable about the Lush products and ethos. She is a real asset to the company.
Arwyn Fletcher: Today in lush me and my friend were served by Maisie and she was super lovely. She was kind and slayed her outfit! Best service I had all day.
Hannah Dolman (HD): Amazing customer service! Harvey in particular was really helpful and knowledgeable, patiently answering my numerous questions about haircare/skincare products and demonstrating how to use them. I ended up grabbing some gorgeous leave in conditioner and was given a sample of another product so I can try out at home before investing in a full size one. Would deffo reccomend the store, staff like Harvey really make the experience a positive one!
flo: Harvey was an ANGEL!! walked in and had the best customer service ever - he gave brilliant advice on the specific hair products to try and gave samples of the products I was going to buy to make sure they were right for me!! will deffo be going back thank you so much Harvey!

Kit Brunton (PuddyGeeks): Great store in general, good selection and helpful staff. Particularly want to say that Harvey is amazing! He has been really knowledgeable on multiple visits, but on my most recent shop he spent time assisting me to sample products in order to meet my skincare needs. He gave fantastic advice on products that had worked for him personally, but also on alternatives when he found that I couldn’t use the same due to allergies. Took the time to demonstrate how to use things and test whether or not I had an allergic reaction. Harvey is an absolute asset to this store and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Harvey!
Luke Dossitt: Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming into the store. This one person “Harvey”, they were exceptional in all parts of customer service: informative, helpful, polite, respectful and an all round kind person. They showed us around the store and interested me and my partner in the Sticky Toffee Pudding, shower gel, scrub etc which we highly recommend. Fantastic store with a highly recommended employee needed recognition. Well done!
