Grace Nabus: The location, the grounds, it's gorgeous.... There's so much beautiful space outside. Lovely garden... It's so peaceful and relaxingThe breakfast is also very good and good value.The rooms that we had are the basic standard double rooms . It's very clean and has good use of space, although for larger people, they might need more space and need to upgrade to a bigger room . The bathroom is large though and nice and cleanThe bed is comfortable and also large.There's a lot of parking space .Hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and is just next door to Stanton park.

R H: 5* service from the Delta Marriott in Swindon. I booked in for a spontaneous stay and with just x1 day notice, the hotel staff left a wonderful treat in the room free of charge! Full use of pool, sauna and steam included - towels all provided. Buffet full breakfast was delightful, and they made omelettes on demand too. Discounted rate on parking - just £5 a night! 10/10, would highly recommend!
Ali Sutcliffe: We booked a spa day. The spa staff were excellent- welcoming and polite. We enjoyed welcome drink and great treatments. The private room was rather tired looking and could do with a makeover as was very dated and didn’t feel very ‘fresh’. The food was ok, although not all dishes on the menu ended up being available which was a shame.The pool was clean and quiet and the sauna was fab. Sadly the steam room wasn’t working and we weren’t told. There wasn’t even a sign up to say it was not working so I presume staff hadn’t even noticed it wasn’t working which is worrying!All in all it was ok. The treatments were the highlight.

John Davenport: So far so good. Just arrived and all looks well. Quiet and carm is my first impression with hedges and grass verges well trimmed. Site has a outdoor pool. Little cold today but maybe if the sun comes out..inside pool on the other hand looks warm and inviting.. Caravans are good, with clean and tidy felicity's...with around 200 caravans on site and other lodgers. Price are rising as the demand is high for a good site.

Andrew Hamilton: Just spent another week at Lake Springs after a 5 year gap. Things are constantly evolving as they've cleared the evergreen wood behind lake Springs and have planted native deciduous trees. They're always improving on what I think is perfection. But the highlight was that the Kingfisher regularly sits on our boat and tree fight in front of our window and I've got within a few feet of an otter which we saw quite often. I love this place no matter what time of year. It's amazing

Lynzi Gilbert: This place is just amazing, a real gem. If you're looking to get away from it all and have pure relaxation this is a great choice. We visited as a family of 4 with our beloved dog. Our chosen cabin was lake springs and this, in our opinion, had the best view of the lake. The rowing boat was fabulous fun for all, and the hot tub a welcome treat. I even braved a swim in the lake, being October it was freezing but so clean and wonderful. The lodge never felt cold, and so protected for the elements, it was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment and also supplied with j cloth, dish soap, towel etc so you're good to go! Outside the lodge the tree swing chair was a fav for our girls and the area around the cabin fabulous for our dog to roam and sniff. Also there are blankets supplied for outside, round the fire pit or snuggling up with a cuppa to watch the sunrise.A truly wonderful break, and we will definitely be rebooking for another restful holiday! Thank you Anthony, James and family.Rooms: The beds were comfortable and so so quiet, lovely restful sleep.Safety: Log house holidays main gate is shut at night and opens again in the morning, you have access via a code. Meaning it's safely locked up at night. All the doors of cabin triple lock.If using the boat there are lifejackets which are a must regardless of ability.The cabin has smoke detectors as standard.Walkability: We took a walk right round the lake itself, which was pleasant and had a path making it easily accessible. To get to the venue itself you would need to drive as its not close to public transport.Food & drinks: Self catering, we ordered a tesco shop to arrive the day we arrived. It turned up without issue and a great way to ensure you have all your supplies for the week.
Margaret Brown: Such an incredibly beautiful, serene location. Highlights include watching the changing colours as the day unfolds over the lake, having a BBQ on our log cabin deck, rowing silently out on our boat to watch the sunset, eating marshmallows around our firepit, gently swinging on our private seat overlooking the lake. This is the best holiday location I have ever visited in England! It is, quite simply, superb.

Linda Knights: We have just returned from a long weekend in the smallest cabin. Immediately booked again for next year. Stunning views and a luxury cabin, so many little details made this such a special stay. Blankets to use outside, a pair of binoculars, marshmallow and shortbread.i could go on and on. It is not cheap, if fact it is the most we have ever paid for a short break but you definitely get value for money.

jayne Webb: Absolutely loved our stay here. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was so lovely, he gave us a room upgrade, and the room was stunning. They also sent a complimentary drink to our room for us. Thank you so much. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. I couldn't fault it. Sadly, we didn't have the chance to use the pool facilities as we were off to Bath shopping the next morning but will most definitely come back and would absolutely recommend it. Thank you so much
