They post lots of pictures of the bikes they sell along with a very detailed video.Could only come down to collect the bike on a Saturday afternoon and they were more than happy to accomodate that. Jewel Starlight: Purchased a Triumph Tiger 885i a few months ago. We had a unforeseeable fault when I got it, was collected, fixed and returned very quick.Other than that, it has been great.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants a good value motorcycle, to purchase one from here.They really do give great customer service and if I ever need another bike I will definitely go back here.

Unfortunately, a week after I took it home the generator died on me while on the M4 and the owner himself came to the rescue within 20mins

Jules: I bought a Yamaha XJ6s from Budget Bikes in May this year. I have already given a 5 star review as the bike and their service then was brilliant. Recently a minor fault occurred on the front fork, which although was out of warranty, they repaired it free of charge. I was very pleased they honoured the repair cost. Adam in the store was great and sorted everything out very efficiently. If I could give 6 stars I would. Budget Bikes is an excellent company and I would always recommend them. Thank you again Budget Bikes for a fantastic service! Especially to Adam and the owner.

Tobias Quaschny: I made a trip to the UK, came from Germany, and my front tire was done. I called and told them my situation. They told me to come over the next day to get it done besides being super busy! They literally saved my butt. Besides that, during my wait, everyone was absolute friendly, and gave me recommendations for my trip. If I'm near by the next time, with an issue, for sure I'm stopping there again!Ps: The coffee is really nice there ✌️
