They also tested my old chargers, just to be sure. They offered to dispose of the old ones, and the cost of the two new cables was just £14.00. One very happy customer.

Had issues with my Samsung Galaxy A40 as it was not charging despite the cable being in working order. They recommended I return in 1hr and a half to collect the phone. The guys took the back off and looked and it to see if it was an issue with the charging port or the battery. They took the battery out and put it back in and it worked again and would charge perfectly fine once more. They had also left it on charge for me, while I was away. As there was nothing wrong, they said they would not charge me for their time. Great, friendly staff and it's rare to find honest, good, service in this day and age. Would definitely recommend and would use them again in the future.
