Celia Smith: I had been recommended to contact Holly by the Unfiltered Bride podcast. The ring has been gifted to me by a relative who recently died and it just needed resizing. It holds no real money value but Holly got how important it was to me. She did a fantastic job and made sure I got it back in time for the memorial service. She is professional, friendly and understands the personal aspect of her clients. Her personal note that she sent back with the ring was a wonderful final personal touch. chloe lovell: Holly has been an absolute superstar from start to finish! We just received our wedding bands this week after first meeting with Holly in Jan. Her communication over email is amazing, giving loads of detail and staying in contact throughout. When we went to see her, her office is so lovely, she wanted to know all about us as a couple, didn't rush us at all and was so welcoming, then showed us so many options, talked in detail about what we liked and didn't like and was so knowledgeable about all rings. Jodie Mitchell: My [now] husband and I had been together a long time and decided to get married. Neither of us had experience with buying or wearing jewellery. We had no idea what we wanted in terms of rings. After a few visits to jewellery shops, feeling overwhelmed and out of our depth, thankfully we found Hollys details online. During our initial video call, Holly set us on the right path, asked the right questions to get us inspired! She visited us in our home, arrived with a huge selection of rings to try and great advice about quality, comfort and durability.
