Kevin Eastment: Just a quick one to say thanks very much to the lady assistant at Argos, Bridgemead for her help today. Without her dedication and observation I wouldn't have got my motorbike boots. They were addressed to Sainsburys Supermarket Not the Argos in Sainsbury's!! She went out of her way to find them. Give her a pay rise as we need more helpful, happy people like her in shops. Thank you.

Keith Anderson: My grandson bought a gaming disc for his Xbox unfortunately it would not load so we took it back and Tyler gave us a replacement unfortunely again it would not load so must be a problem with the Xbox took it back and explained the problem to Ethan who felt it best to issue a credit note a very acceptable conclusion to the problem as my grandson will probably want another game
