They were friendly, professional and excellent ambassadors for Willoby’s.Not only did they build the bed which looks amazing but they also put the mattress on it and took away all of the packaging.I would recommend Willoby’s to anyone, throughout the whole process the team excelled and nothing seemed to much.

Jordi Moles Blanco: My experience hasn't been perfect, hence the 4 stars but I'd still recommend buying furniture from them.I bought a dining table and 6 chairs. I went to many places and they all told me that due to Covid, Brexit and other reasons, wait times were 3-4 months.Manor Furniture were the only ones that said they had everything in the warehouse ready to be delivered in 2-4 weeks when they sorted the issues with LGV drivers. Very soon after paying the deposit, it turned out that only some of the chairs were in the UK and the rest had to be imported. I found that a bit disappointing but in the end it didn't take longer than it would've taken elsewhere.When the furniture was delivered, it all was ok for a bit, but a couple of chairs started chipping away around the legs very easily and without doing anything special with them. It was frustrating after the long wait, but I contacted them and they replaced them quickly and with no fuss, delivered to my door.And that's why I would recommend them again.

Hayley Lawrence: Amazing service by this company. After being let down by another furniture company and waiting 12 weeks for it to be delivered I really wanted a sofa before Xmas. Found one on Not on Sofas website and called them up to enquire. The lady was so helpful. Ordered that day and they promised me that it would be delivered in time for Xmas. And indeed it was!! Delivery guys assembled it for me and placed it in place in the room. Amazing company would definitely recommend
richard bostock: Not super easy to find, you certainly wouldnt stumble on it by mistake. Some cool bits in here though, some are slight seconds so sold as seen, but priced accordingly. Definitely worth a visit.
