Emma louise Green: Love that my children can visit the shop for food for there gecko and always comes out happy .... we brought my daughter her 1st breaded dragon yesterday and we all fallen in love with him or her not sure on the sex yet 🙃 I liked the way he or she was literally waving to be taken from there like he was saying pick me pick me lol even when the glass opened we thought he would run off and hide but nope he or she was more then happy to come home and after that when we got home he was all over his new viv and he's been happy to be handled very friendly.The staff are very helpful and answer any questions. And very keen to interact with the customers 😀My son also has had fish 🐟 very good place all round thank you team

Joe Salter: It's the best pet shop in and around Swindon. They always have an amazing selection of birds and all you need to keep them happy. I keep birds myself and the guys there are happy to answer questions and really know their stuff. I have seen budgies etc. in chain pet shops in the area looking really unhealthy and ill - I wouldn't go anywhere else than Paradise Pets for animals.

jgsunday: This is a great place for all your pond/water garden items, with indoor tanks and accessories, rocks soil etc. . Quality of stock is commendable. Well laid out. Not a large place but seem to have most things. Family run lovely team. Lots of knowledge. Good prices on mostthings. Also sell fish for both pond and aquarium .. good selection. Tanks very clean. Plants are good value compared to other places. Wish I'd found them first but it's now my 'go to' fish place. If I ever have a pond I'll be there for stocking it too.
Robert D: After calling 6 other garden centres looking for some pond plants, I called the water garden who had lots in stock. I arrived there and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who was able to identify exactly what was suitable for my small water feature and gave the advice needed to ensure the plants are submerged to the right height. He even helped me to my car with the items, though not heavy there were a few and difficult to carry altogether.Very pleasant experience and well worth the visit if you are looking for aquatic supplies.

Jim Seed: Ordered bait on line and came the following day. On checking my order I found a tub of pop-ups instead of the wafters I had ordered. I rang to get my order checked, and openly admitted that I may have clicked the wrong box by mistake. The order stated that I had in fact ordered pop-ups instead of wafters, but was immediately told that they would send me a tub of wafters at no charge. This was totally unexpected, especially as the error seemed to be mine, and I have now received said tub. Great customer service and I will most definitely be using Hinders again.
