Lisa Barnes: Westleaze Cat Hotel is absolutely wonderful and takes all the stress out of leaving your cat when away, knowing they will be in expert and caring hands. The cattery spaces are very well structured and equipped, with a great outlook and view of the cattery 'garden' and the standards of hygiene, care and veterinary expertise are impeccable. margaret Simms: I have been boarding my cats here for several years and have always found Toni and all the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. The cattery is always spotless and there is usually the “resident cat” wandering around waiting for a stroke when you arrive. I would not take my cats anywhere else andhighly recommend this cattery to anyone.
David Biggins: We have two thoroughly loved rescue cats. Older boys, with some medical requirements. And they need some attention, and regular company.There are few places and people we'd be okay to leave them with. We are very happy here.The people are friendly, helpful, and love cats.When the cats come back, they are clearly well cared for, fed, brushed, and contented.As you drive up, take it gently - there's a lovable cat who turned up and adopted them some years back, and is now a fixture of the place.It's nicely organised as lots of well-made made wooden and mesh hutches, each made up of an outer area where they can move about and stay cool, with a shelf for them to climb up and sit on, and an enclosed inner area with a cat-flap where they can get some privacy when they wish and stay warm.There's a good isolation gap between the hutches, meaning that cats are protected from any disease, and they are quite strict that all vaccinations must be up to date on all cats they accept - even indoor cats.
Sharai 77: The ladies are so knowledgable about the cats, and the lady who showed us around was hilarious. Lovely pens looking out onto a courtyard so I know my hunter cat will be constantly amused by the birds.

Laura Shimili: We had a great experience with Chimneys Catery. We had our cat stay there for five nights over the Christmas period and he was a very well looked after. He looked happy and contented when we picked him up and he enjoyed being back home. Fran was very communicative. She answered my questions, and she sent me some pictures of Rocky while he was with them, so all in all a great experience, and I’d definitely use them again and see recommend them.
David Mallinson: Chimneys Cattery were great! We used them when we were moving house and didn't want unnecessary stress put on our cat. The communication, flexibility and price were brilliant from start to finish. Updates were placed on Facebook so that we could see how our pet was doing during her stay. I would highly recommend Chimneys Cattery, and we'll definitely be using them again.

Nicola Sturmey: Kenma went here in April and was looked after by Brad. Fran and Brad are a friendly couple who treat your cat as if it was their own. She will be going back there later this year when we are going away on our next cruise and I have no hesitation in that she will be well looked after as before. It was her 1st time in a cattery but we knew she'd be safe there due to location and viewing before we booked her in.

Neal Mansell: We always take our dog, Diesel, here and he loves it. As soon as he sees any of the workers there he's tail starts and he's off without a look back at us. Highly recommended.

I spoke through Alvin’s problems with them and they assured me that they were very experienced and would not push him and only handle him when necessary.All my worries were gone once I dropped him off and I got regular updates through Facebook with photos.A very professional, experienced and friendly team. The whole inn was very clean. Clean towels when we needed.Swindon itself is also a lovely little town. James Ross: Now renamed as Redlodge country club.I send my dogs here for doggy daycare and hydrotherapy. The staff are warm friendly and take top care of my dogs; they have a thorough vetting process which is very comforting and care is customised to the particular needs of my different dogs. I've been using Lucy's for many years looking after my rabbits and dogs and am very pleased with them and have no problem recommending them to anyone needing good quality care at a reasonable price.The online booking system and website take care of the majority of queries and they normally respond to text enquiries quite quickly
Brigid Harkness: Really caring and lovely people; every time my dog is given a warm welcome and treated as if she's doing them a favour by being there. I like the way it's more of a playgroup for dogs rather than the older style prison system; the dog gets plenty of exercise and social interaction.

A local business giving chances to young people for whom school learning is a real challenge. As a result of this work experience, Lucy just won an apprenticeship dog grooming job with a different business that she could never have got without the opportunity Lucy Pet Carer offered. She loved working there, was treated so well by the team and she loved those dogs big time, especially the huskies! Always covered in dog hair from all the cuddles. I can see from her accounts of each day there, how much care and attention those doggies get. Thank you.

My dog goes weekly and it’s always a pleasure, drop off early in mornings and late collections, always get a briefing of their day when you collect them. Friendly staff always chatting to you and you can see the love for all the dogs, which makes you feel reassured leaving them there for the day! Highly recommended!!!!
