You can book a gp online for a routine appt which is usually only the next week or even the same week which is absolutely amazing and the phones get answered SO much sooner. Thank you so much for really turning it around I love how it works now. Also any admin queries are answered so quickly.

Receptionist I spoke to was lovely and really helpful arranging an urgent prescription whilst we await a medication review. Opening hours fantastic for working people.

Susan Reid: I cannot understand the negative reviews, particularly concerning the Reception team who I have found to be EXCELLENT. I agree you may have to wait for an appointment but that is due to the general state of the NHS, not by the people working within the NHS. Nationally they are all trying hard to deliver a great service within a broken system- my experience is that at Moredon Health Centre they are doing it very well. We moved here 6 months ago and have had lots of dealings with Reception - always courteous, always helpful. Maybe we've just been lucky. I only give 4 stars because of the wait for appointments, but that's not their fault.
