Mandy Lowe: Moved here as Rowlands in the coop closed and also Boots in old town.This pharmacy is far better than both previous pharmacies.Prescriptions ready within 3 days of ordering, previous pharmacies I waited over 2 weeks.Staff very helpful.Highly recommend
Pam Nayar: We had to move to a different pharmacy as Rowlands in Old Town closed. Reading some of the reviews for Jhoots we were a litttle worried about the service we would receive. We are so glad that we ignored the reviews and decided to try Jhoots ourselves. We have had nothing but polite, extremely helpful service from the excellent Pharmacist and his staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do everything they can to help and advise on medication. We are happy to give Jhoots Okus Road FIVE stars. Thank you Pharmacist, please keep up the good work.

Ruth Parker: Wanted to thank Rob and the staff at this pharmacy. Having been referred to the pharmacist by the doctors, I was very surprised by the amazing service they gave. From the phone call with Rob, to being asked to go and see him, within 2 hours, I had my medication and last night I had my first full nights sleep in 6 months. From the second I walked in the door, the atmosphere was such a pleasant one and everyone was beyond respectful and polite to me. Thank you so much for everything. I am beyond grateful. You're all a credit to the community and the NHS.

David Wain: I had an excellent experience and can't thank the doctor enough for his help. The only problem I had was when I called the doctors the first time I got through they put the phone down on me and then I had to call about 16 times more to get through and then had a bed connection and the receptionist had to call me back because the call dropped out.

The welcome from reception certainly wasn't overly friendly, but I was there to see George the First Contact Physio, who I have to say was outstanding. At no time did I feel rushed or not listened to. He took on board everything I said. He explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions. I feel so very lucky to have been able to have been seen so quickly. Thank you so much for providing me with such excellent care.

Charley Louise: I moved to ridgegreen surgery after moving home within Swindon and the quality of care offered by this surgery is so much better than others.I’ve visited for various problems over the years, both routine and investigatory. The doctors and nurses have always taken my difficulties seriously and compassionately and have referred me to appropriate care routes. So different to my previous surgery which dismissed me with a leaflet that made my problem worse, after speaking with my gp here, I was referred for an x ray and they immediately noticed what was wrong. This has been done quickly and I’ve never had to wait more than two weeks for an appointment - sometimes I’ve had some the next day! However this practice organises their appointments is how I wish all services did - the online booking system is really helpful and once you know when to call I’ve always been able to get an appointment. To all the negative comments below I wonder if they are calling at the right times or booking online as this is so vastly different to me and my partner’s and our friend’s experiences.I dont have any conditions that would mean I’m considered ‘priority’ either.Overall an amazing surgery!
Dale Jones: Not for me, but thought worth a review as lovely lady behind reception got the patient seen due to red mark on neck. After wrongly being sold itch cream by a pharmacy it turned out to be an infection, the receptionist wasn't asked for an appointment did it off her own back. Fantastic service.

Don Wells: with helpful receptionists and professional doctors and clinical advisors. The ‘patches’ system is brilliant and more often we have managed s same day appointment with a by phone or face to face. Personally I moved here from another surgery and that was 10 times worse than here.
