There was a minor issue but Ian sorted it all out for me. He even paid for the issue and sorted it all out with no problems. They told me it comes with 6 months warranty which is really helpful.I didn’t have any problems communicating with them, the team were very friendly and helped me a lot.I would 100% recommend these guys if you are looking to purchase a car, they will help you out and you will leave that place with an excellent experience.

Then it was booked in for new jet washes ordered from Honda. They fitted them . Quoted for an hour labour but it only took them half hour so it cost less. Amazing saved me money as they were so honest. Would not go to any other garage. Thank you Jason that was written on the bill to who repaired my car. Thank you all so much the receptionist is also lovely. Highly recommend.

They were not pushy at all in the sale and allowed me ample time to go through all the checks I wanted to do.Enjoyable test drive and allowed me to perform braking procedures, test the performance of the car and generally get a good feel of the car before committing.I left a deposit on the car with an aim to fetch the following weekendAs part of the agreed price for my piece of mind they put the car through an MOT and performed a complimentary service even including a valet and new window wipers. Upon the service and MOT the radiator was found to have a hole in it and was causing slight coolant loss. Upon returning to purchase the vehicle this had already been swapped and the car was ready to drive away.Being a bit picky with buying my cars I felt they accommodated me well and overall the buying experience was great. chris munday: Low cc cars not only offer great value cars but also offer absolutely fantastic customer service!Both of my parents have brought 2 cars through low Cc's and both myself and my wife have also brought 2 cars from them.The customer service received from all members of staff, especially Kieran and Hector were second to none.They are friendly and informative and do not 'Pounce' on you when you arrive like most places do.They let you take your time and ask you to come get them if you require assistance.The cars are all mot'd and checked before you drive them away and so far have been very very good quality cars.On one vehicle we had a couple of small issues with the heat shield where it kept dropping.It was absolutely no trouble at all when we spoke to Kieran who offered to sort it in which he did straight away free of charge100% Will definitely be going back if we require any more vehicles
Lewis England: Got a car from here a few months ago, good little runner as a stop gap, quite old but cheap to run with very low mileage for its age, had a misfire on it recently and couldn’t drive it and got it stuck in Devizes, being a four cylinder engine with a misfire it was almost impossible to get it back to Swindon.I called Low cc cars as it was still under its warranty, Kieran was extremely helpful and a nice guy to talk to, he arranged a flatbed to pick it up from Devizes and it was fixed the very next day, I would recommend low cc cars to anyone, this place is perfect for people buying a first car or in my case as a stop gap and the warranty has proven to be extremely useful in this case.
