The Appliance Guy: . After the diagnosis from the AA's partnered company, I ended up phoning round several other companies, and no-one seemed to want to take the vehicle on, bar Autoelectrix. Arrangements were made with the AA, and it was dropped off there. Customer service, price and timescales were all excellent by todays standards. All back and running perfectly - very pleased.

Nathan is the guy he went above and beyond to help us to find the problem of our car which was engine oil leak and had problem with gearbox so the drive was lost.Obviously we couldn't bring our car to the garage but he was willing to visit our place and diagnosed the problem. He helped us to find the problem and made a invoice for the issue without any cost, Good sign of honesty. First impression is the last impression👍Will definitely visit them again.

A detailed quotation was offered same day , parts all ordered promptly and work carried out on the agreed day. Throughout the process I was kept informed and a few days later I collected my vehicle all ready to go. This is a highly organised and efficient operation yet still has time for good old fashioned customer care. Now my "go to" garage for any works.

Although very busy, they managed to fit me in within a couple of weeks. The job took them the hour they had estimated and price was as quoted.
