Joanne Hillier: 2nd time for my old boy Rosco who is a Spaniel X. Rosco can be dog reactive, this is taken into account at drop off and collection. We like him clipped short and he looks amazing. Very neat, shiny coat and smells lovely. Thank you Zoe and team,
Helen Littlechild: We took our 8 year old Westie to the girls today as I could no longer manage his clip due to ill health. We were very apprehensive but the girls did a wonderful job. We have never been able to find a groomers that would take him before , however the results were excellent we are so pleased withe the results , thank you scrufts
Georgina Yule: I took my nervous miniature dachshund to Scrufts this week after having an awful experience at the Groom Room which made him terrified of being groomed/having his nails clipped. Zoe worked her magic and for the first time in a year and a half, all of his nails were able to be clipped and he came back home calm, happy and with his tail wagging. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of using them for my King Charles Spaniel, Charlie for the last few years.. Excellent for shampoo, nail clipping and even Anal Gland cleaning which was something they offered and, at a very good price with a happy waggy dog after. Well done would recommend you in a heartbeat, thank you for everything. You are a wonderful friendly local service.

sharon ashmore: I’m a dog groomer offering toothbrushing to my clients but was disappointed in the results, so decided to look for further training which is when I found Stuart Kent @ BelMar Pet Services, I attended a 1-1 interactive hands on course, Stuart was a great teacher, very knowledgeable, experienced and approachable, the course was well organised, interesting and informative and included useful information on how to integrate teeth cleaning into my business, pricing and appointment structure. I left the day with enthusiasm and much more confidence to sell this service to my customers knowing that I can now achieve the results that I was hoping for and reassured that Stuart is there if I need any further help or support, so thank you Stuart for helping me, 100% recommend this course for anyone interested in teeth cleaning

Joanne Russell: I have a very picky Chihuahua and she hates having her paws and mouth touched. Stuart was incredible! After 25 minutes she came out with clean teeth and nails nicely clipped. He is incredibly intuitive with fur babies and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his practice to any of my fellow dog owners! Rosie’s welfare and stress levels were constantly first priority throughout, I am really impressed with the end result and will be recommending too friends and family to go to Ben.The quality of the cut and groom process was apparent be the calmness of Rosie when she left and was given sound advice on how to upkeep the groom in between cuts.The whole team were welcoming when I arrived and made to feel at ease from start to finish so thank you woozle bear team and thank you Ben for an enjoyable experience

But the staff here are so kind and patient, they really took the time with Bailey and explained everything.Bailey was really struggling after surgery, but since going to Woozelbears, he is doing great, and going on long walks again.Bailey really enjoys his sessions, and I cant thank them enough!!
Carla Shailes: Fantastic, easy to get to and plenty of parking. I take my 5 yr old + 8 mth Springers here. Both love the staff, and the feelings mutual. Their treadmill is amazing, and the results of even a few sessions are wonderful. My 5yr old has been going for a long time, pups started recently following a broken elbow, healed nicely + gaining muscle around the area. She went swimming for the 1st time today + loved it. The staff know your dog's likes + dislikes. Have a very gentle approach + are really knowledgeable + friendly. Can't praise them enough.

The booking system is great. Love the ease of dropping her off round the corner too. Really friendly and helpful team and Betty always comes home clean and happy.
