James Owen: Took my IPhone 12 in to fix. The speaker was fuzzy and it wasn’t charging. They suggested to try and clean it first. It worked. Phone fixed for £15.

They identified the appropriate cables, but I wanted to be 100% sure, so they opened the boxes, and then tested the cables on my phones to be sure they would charge. They also tested my old chargers, just to be sure. They offered to dispose of the old ones, and the cost of the two new cables was just £14.00. One very happy customer.
