Chris Griffin: Recently purchased a Mauser M12 Impact in .308 and the level of service was beyond what you normally get from anywhere, let alone a gun shop, thank you so much for your time and care. I hade to wait a couple of weeks for my next shoot before I could fire the rifle but it was well worth the wait, it fires beautifully.Also, their prices are very reasonable so I will definitely be going back again.Thanks again
Marc Adair: Having struggled to decide what I could get my son for his birthday...I popped into W.R.A.G for a browse of current air rifles. Admiring the great selection in front of me and a no pressure very friendly chat from Tony. I went away armed with lots to research. A few weeks later and I'm back...having researched that something 'different' would be needed for that wow factor. I ended up being introduced to Robin and Callum with Tony on PC duties in the back ground. The purchase...? A Brocock Concept XR 0.177 PCP air rifle. Before you knew it Bipods, cases and pellets. A fantastic whole package deal was done and a great buying experience. Ralph Taylor: I went to Wiltshire Rod and Gun as the had the air rifle I was after in stock and only an hour's drive. Sadly the gun did not work out BUT Tony and his team were excellent in helping me resolve the issues I had, took the gun back no problem and organised for two other air rifles I had been considering to be provided. When they arrived I was able to try/shoulder both with Tony adding constructive comments which certainly helped, and I ended up with a gun I was very happy with. Thanks so much to Tony and the team at Wiltshire Rod and Gun. Excellent service.

Paul Godfrey: Had to take my BSA air rifle in for an issue. They found the issue but could not fix on site, had to be sent for full service and repair. Said it would take approx 2 weeks but i needed a gun for my job, they very kindly lent me a gun whilst mine is in for repair. Cannot thank them enough for this and would recommend them to anyone.

George Green: What a day. It was our first time at FAO today and it was amazing. The place itself is An amazing mix of open fields woodlands and CQC buildings. The games are incredibly fun for everyone and the marshal team are not only professional but they can have a laugh too. I did some research on this place before booking and looked at other reviews and honestly the other 5 stars don't do it justice. It doesn't matter if your a veteran or a newbie the site is for everyone definitely worth going for the day 100% we will be back.
