Patricia Spiby: We had a meal here. Very nice place. Reasonable prices. Plenty if choices.Nearby activities: This is Old Swindon. Plenty of shops to check out but quite nearby is an outlet complex with many shops including M and SWalkability: A lovely park nearby with kiddies activities, fishpond, aviary and beautiful flower beds. Cafe for snacks in there too!

Grace Nabus: The location, the grounds, it's gorgeous.... There's so much beautiful space outside. Lovely garden... It's so peaceful and relaxingThe breakfast is also very good and good value.The rooms that we had are the basic standard double rooms . It's very clean and has good use of space, although for larger people, they might need more space and need to upgrade to a bigger room . The bathroom is large though and nice and cleanThe bed is comfortable and also large.There's a lot of parking space .Hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and is just next door to Stanton park.

Filippo Caminati: Clean, really good breakfast, very friendly.I stayed a total of 3 weeks and I didn't feel the desire to change, which is not to be underestimated.

Lisa McKnight: A budget hotel that offers everything you need for a short to medium length stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Big plus is that my room has a bath as well as a shower, well stocked with tea/coffee supplies. Plentiful towels supplied. Staff were friendly and the restaurant food was good although pricey but that's a given with hotels.Rooms: Family room was large and the beds were comfortable. Spare pillows supplied as well as tea/ coffee.Nearby activities: Theatre is close by as well as the bus and train station.Walkability: Town centre is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel. All level.Food & drinks: Food was high quality and tasty although quite pricey. Pint of on tap lager 5.05Noteworthy details: As the hotel is on the main road taxi's pull up around the back of the hotel. Hotel has not got its own car park.

R H: 5* service from the Delta Marriott in Swindon. I booked in for a spontaneous stay and with just x1 day notice, the hotel staff left a wonderful treat in the room free of charge! Full use of pool, sauna and steam included - towels all provided. Buffet full breakfast was delightful, and they made omelettes on demand too. Discounted rate on parking - just £5 a night! 10/10, would highly recommend!
Ali Sutcliffe: We booked a spa day. The spa staff were excellent- welcoming and polite. We enjoyed welcome drink and great treatments. The private room was rather tired looking and could do with a makeover as was very dated and didn’t feel very ‘fresh’. The food was ok, although not all dishes on the menu ended up being available which was a shame.The pool was clean and quiet and the sauna was fab. Sadly the steam room wasn’t working and we weren’t told. There wasn’t even a sign up to say it was not working so I presume staff hadn’t even noticed it wasn’t working which is worrying!All in all it was ok. The treatments were the highlight.

Barry Blackmon: Nice afternoon tea
Ricky Fallon: First time staying on business, have usually stayed at Alexandria as I travel with my dogs, it can be hard to find truly 'pet friendly' hotels but Chiselden does meet the bill on that note, the dogs were met with a fuss on arrival and permitted to walk the grounds. Lovely modern yet still inkeeping room with shared balcony overlooking the garden. Highly recommend, will be staying again soon.

Bhavan Ravindra: The rooms are obviously cleaned by people who know what they are doing and the odd blemish you'd find is the wear and tear any hotel will have - nothing unhygienicAs for the staff I was especially impressed by how 1. The young man who's there mostly at night finds the way to relate to any guest, including me, to the point where he's soon standing around with them as they were old mates! No.2 is the lovely young young lady who is on reception during days. She even remembered to ask after mum who she [mum] rang looking for me last time I was here several months ago for a few days & broke my phone.For business or for pleasure, the Campanile is a truly the most financially viable choice in a cos of living crisisFood & drinks: KFC, MCDONALD'S, SAINSBURY'S & MARKS AND SPENCER all in walking distance

Julie Lord: Modern, clean, spacious, great location. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Have stayed a couple of times to visit family with our teenage daughter who loves her own room and the huge TV with choice of all the channels including Netflix! The kitchen is great with very good complimentary coffee and the team are incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was the best it could be including helping us with early check in and late check outs. We will be staying here again.
