Pinnacle Performance Swansea: what do users think?
Ross Bambridge: I have had a massage for a rotator cuff injury with David. He is very knowledgeable, professional and skillfull. His background in a wide variety of training styles helped him to understand my issue quickly. He is very easy to get on with and the shoulder is much better after just one session. I have booked a course of sessions now and feel that I am on the road to recovery. A strong massage to be sure but a very effective treatment!

JD Gyms Swansea: what do users think?
Rorie Rigdon: Can be quite busy morning or afternoon and some equipment out of service for a couple of weeks but other than that it's fine does the job.
Adriano Risica: The price is very good for what the gym offer.Although I would suggest to add more machineries because during the peak time is almost impossible to use what you want. There is space but is not 100% optimised. The staff is friendly and the Gym is very, VERY clean.
ZimmerFrameHero1: Re signed back up recently after not being for a while, the gym has improved alot has alot more equipment etc and friendly approachable staff and some friendly members some won't help at all even if they are asked so not the greatest members some are really tidy, it can get super busy at times and can be hard to get equipment you need but that's the same in most gyms, only really infuriating thing is hardly anyone re racks any equipment or weights so you have to hunt around the gym for plates and equipment it's not hard to re rack equipment after use and can be very annoying but the gym it's self is really nice but most plebs leave the machines loaded as they are too lazy to re Rack weights and leave machines broken or in dangerous positions for others to sort out instead of trying to fix the issue themselves very commercial environment not a professional gym environment at all unfortunately this really needs to be curbed down as many of times the equipment has been left in dangerous positions for others to fix or re rack equipment it's really not that difficult I re rack after top set deadlifts it's quite easy to do .......
FIZZ JUTY: Good luck cancelling, they need 30 days, ignore your support tickets, charge you further then send debt collector emails. Scumbags. Don't bother, go to a normal modern gym which allows direct debit cancellation, not these con artists who make you jump through hoops to leave. As far as the gym goes it's okay I guess?
Aliyaa Alhabash: I would recommend adding more machines and equipment in the Ladies’ area.
robert owen: Happy times, a time for self modelling, no excuses
JEFF PUNCHARD: much quiter in the mornings, very busy in the afternoons & evenings
Morgan: Very good gym no good shoulder machinesMissing lateral raise machine that they used to have
Milo Doody: Really good gym, quite a lot of the equipment needs basic maintenance like oiling and weight labels need replacing
Elliot Morgan: I’ve been coming here for years, on the whole it’s a pretty good gym. However, the blonde girl who works there has a horrific attitude within 15 minutes of the gym closing, and shuts all the lights off as soon as the clock strikes o’clock (or before sometimes). I’ve worked retail jobs before and it’s just part of the job that people will try to hang around for an extra 5 minutes (I leave at o clock, personally). It’s an annoying part of the job but you can’t be rude to people who choose to stay until o clock since it’s their right and part of what they pay for. Fair enough kick people out who are still working out past closing time but some people like myself come to the gym just before close when it’s quiet and don’t appreciate being barked at from quarter to onwards. They also shut off all the music at that time too. Just my thoughts :)
Kieran Needle: Too overcrowded with rusty machines.
Mathew Evans: Great equipment and very large but it has a terrible culture, people hogging equipment for eternity while chatting and texting, no staff to monitor behaviour I've literally had my equipment stripped of weights while walking across the gym to get a weight plateIf you love Instagram and have 3 hours to train a day this place is for you
George Costanza: It is huge but some of the machines are very little numbered. I have ADHD and noise sensitivity. It is too noisy. My cancellation earphones are not able to completely stop it..super annoying..I suggest the management to reduce the volume of music. This is not disco nor they are not running circus in gym. This music is not motivating but exhausting people.
Roland: Brilliant gym. Too bad it's not 24 hours open. And it's only 2 hours free parking.
Rob: I've used this gym for year ,lately its become very overcrowded ,way to many members and this causes the place to smell very bad of body odour and a very unpleasant smell this with inadequate aircon is tough to bear ,this is in no way a reflection on the cleaners who are the best I've seen just to many people using the place .If anything breaks it takes an age to fix,go smell for your self.
Luke Lyons: Great gym, some of the cable machines are in a bad state, missing pins, carabiners and need some general maintenance. I also wish they had more cable attachments and better D handles. Some better benches in the dumbbell area would be great, ones where the seating pad moves when you adjust the height.
Steeve Lodina: I like this jd gym not going to lie, the atmosphere colour is dark and you can use this to grind and to achieve your goals.
M D: Gym itself is great, trying to contact jdgyms regarding direct debit issues on the other hand is a nightmare
Kelly: I have been using the gym for many years before JD took over and have found it not to bad.The women only area is very small room with very little equipment or space. Lately everytime I have gone it has been very busy that this room has everything being used.I have unfortunately had to leave without doing my usual routine. Its such a shame as I am in the process of looking for a new gym.
Shell Burton: Brilliant gym and excellent staff keep the good work up guys
Eddy Cooper: I've worked and trained here the members are great the management are awful

Village Gym Swansea: what do users think?
William Davies: Way overpriced.
SHEIKH AHMED: Getting worse.Has the essential equipment and leisure facilities. However, most of the time unavailable - over exploited due to excessive memberships. It’s a flooded, wild gorilla 🦍 zoo. Cleanliness is a major concern too - sauna and steam room are filthy (floors, walls, doors and benches; stinky and mouldy).Solution; the price needs to be at least doubled to filter out the tr**h (which is possible given the demand) and then followed up by regular membership surveys for improvement. Stop begging, start valuing, learning and move into the 21st Century.
pat Barker: Lovely relaxed atmosphere and helpful enthusiastic team x
Fahim Sam: They are a scammer, carefully when you sign up read their terms and condition for cancellation. They add terms which you are not aware of it afterward they will sue you.
Kevin S: It's small but there are enough facilities to make up for it. Not for if it's worth the £40 monthly fee.
Nathan Johns: Excellent gym at decent prices
noah redfern: always a great atmosphere. Sam the manager has made huge improvements. definitely recommend it. I go everyday and my day isn't complete with out it ,friendly staff and good facilities
Hugh O'Hare-George: I used to be a member here and now when I'm in town I attend using their day pass option at a reasonable price. Go there workout then relax in the sauna and steam room, can't beat it....staff are amazing also, welcoming and professional.
Gavin: Been a member for 12 years now can't complain has everything I need and for the price you will not beat it. Definitely a good place to be
Adrianovich Adrianovich (Klark): Awesome
MARCOS Felipe: Perfectly to rest in Swansea
luke donovan: Gym is very busy now it’s the beginning of the year. Despite this their PT’s are double setting machines for their clients. The gym is too busy to be hogging two machines at once, extremely poor gym etiquette, especially by their own staff.
Nickolas Stanley: I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. If you have an issue with payment or follow up and you actually manage to get through to a human on the phone they are of no help and can’t think outside the box. You naturally answer the phone frustrated due to the extended time it takes out of your natural day to speak to someone. I tried 3 x yesterday and the line just rang our continuously each time. Today, I was fortunate and they answered within 10 mins. The staff in the gym were pleasant but the facilities are not worth the price. For the money they ask, the equipment in general isn’t kept up to speck. E.g. dryer in the Men’s broken for months.I left my house due to renovations and wasn’t in the area. A freeze was agreed on my account. I was told to make contact again in the future when I was able to attend the gym. This would have been around Feb 2023. Sadly, I have received notification I am in arrears because I haven’t contacted them and that there was an email I received in July stating the freeze was until December. I never saw said email and didn’t know to look out for one as it wasn’t explained to me on the phone. Further, the arrears are for two months payments. So instead of contacting me in the first instance or when they didn’t receive money, they strategically waited to charge me more?Average gym, pleasant staff. AWFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Could probably run it better using WhatsApp.
Joanne Israel: Best to go early in the morning, food is awesome, swimming pool lovely temperature. Toliets/showers lovely and clean, lots of classes to choose from also , something to suit everyone, really enjoying it. Forgot to mention someone is always on hand to help with equipment if your not a gym person like myself very handy
Kimberley HARRIS: Brilliant also a lovely place to chill
Tommykin57 soproniuk: Only used the Starbucks cafe while i waited for someone who had an appointment there. The facilities of the village looked very nice but as I couldn't find a car park space that was a free or short time one...I had to park elsewhere
Gareth Richards: Great staff, gym is OK.
Gavin Koo: The main gym is very small, however, it has everything I need. Nice and clean swimming pool, although it is only 1.2m deep. The sauna and steam room is clean, and also has 2 Jacuzzis. The staff are always very friendly here as well as the people come here. Always have a very pleasant experience here
Suzanne Bujega: Heated swimming pool, lots of classes , friendly staff and clean facilities
Dylan Holland: Scammers who steal money by making excuses that they are paperless so they get a secret signature for a contract you never agree to. Glad to be rid of such a horrid place. Avoid a membership at all costs. I should sue
K T: Swimming lessons are a major problem with the pool as they take up half the pool every weekend and most evenings (bar a Wednesday). The swimming tutors will throw users out of the swimming lane when it's their turn (private arrangement and not part of the Village Leisure Club). The leisure aspect is non existant when it's like this. I've been a member for over a decade and have never seen it as bad despite promises from management that they'll resolve it. If you like a swim then you are restricted as you'll end up in one busy lane with other mixed ability swimmers - fast and slow. Sauna is okay but does need an update and regular cleaning. Steam room is currently really cold with hardly any steam and a gap under the door letting all the hot air out. Worst steam room in the Village chain, but nothing new there. The least the Village can do is stick to the their own rules - if kids are supposed to leave at 5pm on weekdays, make sure the swimming lessons finish at 5pm too.
