Michelle Banks: Tried to get roof tiles from several builders merchants but what l was told to ask for by my roofer just seemed to confuse the assistants. Thankfully l rang Robert Price & was lucky enough to speak to Steve Wright & he was so patient & took time to try & get the correct tiles. He told me the exactly what l needed to ask my roofer but in the end when l suggested taking some photos he even gave me his mobile number so l could send them easier via Whatsapp. Once he had the photos he was able to tell me what l required & then ordered the tiles, which l hasten to add didnt sound anything like my roofer had told me! Excellent customer service & just a shame there aren't more people working in shops like Steve.

I honestly must of spoken to this guy close to 20 times, and every time he has been courteous & helpful. We had a few hiccups where company’s had delivered slabs for our patio and we couldn’t get a skip then to fit on our drive, Robert Price came and moved it for us without any fuss and with no charge. We then ordered too much builders sand as a quote we had from a company lied to us about how much we needed, Robert Price came back again to collect it, no fuss and refunded us in full!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know if they ever need building materials, and will always return to them in future. Can’t praise them enough, if only everyone had customer service skills of the same level! Thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
