My fiancé's ring was too small so Julie reordered that for us and matched the online deal that we saw. I sent in a 2 year old quality watch to see if these guys could polish out some scratches that had built up over the clasp and strap, Ive just had the watch returned and it is absolutely like a brand new watch! Genuinely thought they had swopped it for a new one except the serial number proves its mine. Amazed. Also they had it back to me within 5 days and kept me informed and notified of its dispatch and to let me know it would be with me this morning. We called Spencer Morgan, superb service over the phone, asked if we could make an appointment to have it looked at. They said, come down anytime. Got there, got served straight away. We needed to enlarge our wedding rings and we went to 2 different jewelleries before Spencer Morgan and we were told that it couldn’t be done as the rings are made of 2 rings of different gold. We almost lost hope to recover our rings, but Spencer told us that he was able to do it there and then. As we waited in the store all personnel was really friendly and we left the store with our rings enlarged and looking like new. Recently took 2 rings one was a wedding band which belonged to my mum for re-sizing my daughter is going to use it for her wedding. Two rings done and ready and polished they looked like new within an hour. First class service at fair prices......
