Sian Jones: It's wonderful to still see this place in business but I'm not surprised. Great selection of board games and friendly staff, games are reasonably priced, even undercutting the big corporations which is a huge bonus! Whenever my partner and I visit Swansea we always tend to stop in.

Red Fox: Been going to this store since they were originally opened in the first location. Always friendly, good selection of products and a great amount of play space.

Aulon Pashoja: Great shop for parts, can't believe I didn't find it sooner. Purchased compressed air at a good price and a Bluetooth dongle to sort out an old PC I took off a colleague's hands. Was even given cable ties which greatly helped.

The electronic service of the Swansea Indoor Market has earned a special distinction in my eyes as a singular best in Central Swansea. Their eloquent conversations, quick thinking, extravagant wit and superb service have led me to belief as if the demigods of Greek Mythology came down to earth in order to brighten an already radiant place that is Swansea, performing on par with the best specialists I had pleasure of knowing over the many years of computer and phone repair.I could not operate anymore in the world of electronic repair without Mike-o-Soft. Dull seem the days from before I had met the professionals in the shop which provides so much for the community and its clients without asking for anything but fair payment in return.And so, coming back to the principal question of whether I would recommend Mike-o-Soft or not; yes I would. To give any alternative to such an answer would be to undermine the rightfully proclaimed best electronic service in all of Central Swansea.

Dan Joyce: they'd sell me the USB stick and allow me access to a PC to set up a recovery device. Apparently, they can't allow people to do this in store. While very polite and helpful, instead, I was offered a £45 fee but they informed me if it's not WIndows, they send it offsite.In a panic, googled and called Mike-O-Soft who were local to me, spoke to someone called AJ who *instantly* recognised the problem, knew exactly how to help and he explained if I popped down in 15 mins, he'd have a new USB device formatted and ready to be used with the relevant stuff downloaded. Sure enough, I arrive, he has the device ready, we test it on the laptop and it worked. They charged me £12.In summary : avoid big high street retailers -- they just don't have the knowledge, expertise or flexibility to help. There was no need to send this device away for fixing, it just required either some knowledge outside the usual Windows-oriented "one size fits all" retail world, or the flexibility to help a customer
