Kaspa's: what do users think?
Jo Weller: I'm not a great fan of the prices in Kaspas. Its definitely overpriced. You could quite easily spend £30 just on a couple of drinks and some pancakes.Didn't overate the smoothies they were tasteless so I exchanged them for slushies which weren't much better!!Overall I think you could make cheaper at home. We always look for ice cream and waffles for Birthday treats but this one was a bit of a let down !
AJ and Family Adventures: Love it ere Any one with a sweet tooth would love this place also do cold and hot drinks ere
Mark McIntosh: Expensive for what it is
darren horton: very sweet experience great waffle and sauce then doloped with the most tastless of icecream apart from that relaxed clean and well presented
Angela Wilson: Very expensive to the tune of £48, 3 ice-cream, 1cheese cake, 2 bubble drink and 2 coffee's.. Slow service and each dessert came at different times so we didn't eat as a family!
Joseffini: Ordered a bloody fruit shoot and nearly took a bloody hour to come, I’m telling you if you want to go to a desert restaurant don’t go here 😡🤬
Rachael Greenslade: Group of 3 girls 2 friends food came immediately I waited 35 minutes. They then realised they forgot my order waited another 15 minutes to then recieve wrong order. Food wasn't great quality either so just wanted to get out of there.
Letitia Vaughan: Always a good place
Alex Turner: Absolutely delicious, made from fresh. Always worth a visit ☺ 🤤
Robin: A bit pricey, but food was decent enough!
Mark Lewis: Friendly staff, fantastic deserts and hot drinks.
Sarah Parsons: Omg. Soooo delicious 😋 🤩🤩🤩
Rebecca Kirwan: It was OK nothing to fancy for the price you'd expect it to be amazing
Bob JOE: "King of Deserts" ... more like the King of Chavs. We were out and fancied a milkshake and had to wait 20 minutes for just a milkshake, and while we waited there it was full of young immature adults that were literally fighting each other. The staff did nothing to stop their childish behavior and has put me off revisiting for good ... perhaps this is just the crowd they attract in the night?I went to this Kaspa's when it first opened, and it was really nice at the time. Sadly, it's become tiresome since visiting yesterday and could do with a redecorating. On a positive, the 20 minute milkshake was tasty. However, the price did not reflect ...
Rachel Jones: Brilliant service
Gareth Cottle: Shockingly bad there today, no milkshakes, no ice cream that usually comes with waffles .... if we wanted alternative ice cream, we had to pay an extra £1 each. Then, when they arrive, one portion of ice cream is alright and the other is a shocking not even a spoonful
shaniece hoole: Would definitely recommend for anyone to go to kaspa’s. Staff are so friendly and quick service. The food is incredible especially the brownie waffle, it’s amazing. Can’t wait to go again. My family loved it and the staff are amazing with the children especially at keeping them entertained. Couldn’t fault the service.
Nina Alroshoq: Desserts were 10/10. customer service was incredible!!! Highly recommend this place for family/friends and even birthdays!
Rabia Alhammoud: Had a good time and thanks the works as they put an amazing effort towards the customer service and shout out to Ghina and Nancy ✌🏻✌🏻
Darren Hoole: After visiting the establishment I was greatly impressed by the level off service. The staff were extremely polite and appeared to be very organised hence the time taken for myself and family receiving our order. I have run my own business for many years and understand the importance off keeping a well motivated team. Credit to the the management and supervisors at kaspers it was the first time that I have visited this restaurant and i look forward next visit
Solomon Johson: Really nice place to go. I go every weekend and the staff are amazing even remember my order which I find amazing

Treatz Desserts: what do users think?
Natalie Williams: Really disappointing. Ice cream tastes awful, even my son didn’t like it and he’s usually easy to please. Overpriced. Place could do with a deep clean and tables and seats could do with fixing as a lot of them were missing strips so had sharp/rough edges.Won’t be returning.
yasir Faizi: Came at 9:30 to shop , didnt serve us inside and offered a take away as they close at 10 . Unprofessional . Thier machines are always broken. Would take them half in hour to clean Mr whippy machine as it never works in there . Won't recommend to anyone .
Sadik Miah: Poor staff, have our food away to the customer who came in AFTER us, sending racist vibes
Carwen Davies: Delicious, well-presented desserts and a huge choice!
It's Me (Exarcaris): The food is lovely if a bit overpriced. They have a wide selection of the classics like waffles, crepes, pancake, cookie dough and sundaes. Also some interesting sweet takes on tacos, a brookie and dipping selections.I have eaten from here many times and the food is always good but I must say the service from the staff when we went in recently was almost non-existent. Four staff members and we were the only customers. You would have thought it'd be easier to give great service.
Jodie Farr: Beautiful place. Great desserts and always friendly staff.Large chain place, so multiple locations around the country! They have social media too…so great advertising.
sahar hasheminia: Awful costumer service! This is how they bring coffe! No trays! And they brought wrong order and was trying to avoid to accept their mistake!
Dylan Jones: Food was over cooked, staff stood around and talked, when busy, and worse of all gave me a fork with my ice cream?
Dominique Williams: We entered this place at 8.15 p.m placed our order then waited. We ordered two waffles and two milkshakes which came to £30 pound. We were due to watch a film at 9.00 p.m and by 8.55 p.m we still had not had our waffles. In the end we had to take them away with us and by the time we got home the ice cream had melted and waffles were obviously cold. £30 for poor service won't be visiting again
Charlene Powell: Really poor service. Been now 3 times in total, and service has been awful each time. Desserts all came out one at a time, with a long wait between each. Only 2 people went last time, one dessert and one hot chocolate was ordered. Dessert had been eaten by child before the cold hot chocolate was eventually brought out.No problems had with the desserts at any visit though, apart from the hot chocolate on the last visit. The service has put me off going again now.
Aaron Field: Lovely
Mark Whitney: Helpful and polite staff
Ceri Lobb: The ice cream looked well past its best, and to top it off they then want to charge you extra just for a normal cone! Thanks but no thanks.
traci zaman: The only place for the most amazing deserts. My whole fam loved it. It really is the best Treatz EVER!!!
Sydney: I was a little bit let down the first time I visited as I received something different to what I ordered from the menu but put it down to potentially a messup on my end ordering. However upon second visit and reordering the same thing I received the right food this time and it was delicious. A little pricey but overall a fun visit.
Len Pugh: Spoilt for choice of deserts
Andrew Carridge: Lovely treats and service. Children really enjoyed. 😋
Bec Phillips: Service was terrible. Cleanliness was poor. No hand-drying facilities in the toilets. Menus falling apart. Tables sticky. Overpriced. Will not return.
Katie Demery: We went to treatzs at 8:30 on a Friday night and the service was appauling. We were pushed out by staff and were blatantly rude in front of us to other members of staff. They made snide remarks such as “i just hate people” qnd they made it very obvious that we were not welcome there even though they were not closing for another hour and a half. I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service, if you can even call it that!
Elliott Hughes: Great food, best desert's in Swansea better than kaspa's
Georgia Day: To start things off, the restaurant was open yet the sign said closed, rather confusing. First impressions it smelt awful, ice cream was inedible, never tasted anything like it! I’ve had a better brownie in wetherspoons, the cookie was dire. Do not recommend…
