Megan P: I was sick with a cold on my overseas travels and the shop ladies helped me get supplements that kept the cold at bay so I could enjoy the beautiful countryside of Wales. This store is awesome. They have a ton of skin and beauty products and I spent way too much money there. I got a face wash that in two days cleared up a breakout disaster, call Ayumi turmeric face wash. It was such a trip highlight that I took the time to write this review. I wish we had these stores stateside. Cheers, ladies.

M E: Perhaps, Jen Jones is unaware that Dog Oil, can be used on both humans and animals. Holland & Barrett do sell Dog Oil and it seems a reasonable question.The Neath store is centrally located, in the town centre, within easy walking distance of both the bus station and train station and various pay and display car parks.Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff.The main downside is that they are on the expensive side, but regular promotional offers offer some compensation.

Oak: this was my first visit to a lush properly and wow was I blown away, such friendly staff who walked me though the products that might work for me and my dry skin, I got demos glaore and left with a hefty supply of goods that I'm loving using.my skin is doing so much better, I thoughtly recommend their sleepy body lotion and the massage bars.Big thank you to the person who helped me, sorry I didn't catch you but I do remember you saying you decended from pirates!

So I am looking forward to using my tofu shampoo. He also showed my husband the beard care range. And explained the benefits of the products. My husbands beard needs a lot of TLC so he was happy to buy the beard and facial wash.Overall a great experience in lush today!! Thank you Jay! X

Laura Jones: I didn't plan on going to Lush when I was shopping in Carmarthen, but I'm so glad I did. I met Poppy-Jo who was ever so friendly and helpful. I explained about the problems I was having with my skin, and as I didn't have a skin care routine, Poppy-Jo went through suitable products, which I bought, and have been using for 2 weeks. My skin feels so much better, and I'm having far less break outs than before. Poppy-Jo even wrote the routine down for me to follow, and gave me a sample of moisturiser in case it didn't suit my sensitive skin. Would highly recommend going there. Thank you for your time and help 🙂
laura requena: Amazing service from a lovely staff member called. Nettle. They were so patient with my daughter and gave great advise on suitable products for a child who has premature acne. Nettle was very knowledgeable and gave my daughter samples to make sure the products worked before we bought full sized ones. We also enquired about Birthday parties too and again couldn’t have been more welcoming and full of knowledge. We will definitely be booking a party for sure and returning to buy lots of lovely products again. Thank you Nettle you are an asset to Lush
