Tristram McNeil: Very fast delivery, pay monthly option. Hyundai generator is excellent so far. Starts first time, runs very quietly and produces more than enough electric for what I need. 230v three pin socket, 3v USB socket and a 12v cigar socket. Runs in eco mode in order to save fuel, but so far I’ve found it to be very economical. As long as this generator is well maintained and looked after, I’ve no doubt it will last for many years. After ordering this generator I phoned HWB and spoke to a member of staff who was more than happy to provide me with tips and information on looking after it. Excellent customer service.

Mr James: I have just purchased a new, pre-registered car from this dealership. I live a long way from the dealership so everything was done by phone and email and the car was delivered to my home. My first contact was with Rowan, one of the sales staff. He was very friendly and helpful. I was then passed onto David, the sales manager with whom I finalised a deal to purchase a new, pre-reg car, putting my car in part exchange. I was told that the car was not yet in their stock and they would keep me informed on the progress. They did keep in contact and the car arrived to their premises, from Citroen, about four weeks after my order.I was contacted by Scott, the handover specialist, who told me he would be dealing with everything from then on. He told me that the car would go through their workshop for it’s pre delivery inspection. The car was delivered on the agreed date. Unfortunately the workshop had not been thorough with the pdi; the screenwash reservoir was bone dry, also the nearside plastic sill protector, cover was loose all along it’s lower edge. Also the number plate fixing screws were incorrect. It is disappointing that the workshop had not found these issues and put them right before I took delivery of the car. It makes me wonder what else they may have missed. I have contacted Scott about these issues. He said the screws are the correct ones supplied by Citroen, but admitted that the workshop manager does not usually use them, but fits the plastic caps type instead. He, Scott, said the washer fluid is filled at the factory but said it should have been checked. He did apologise for the sill cover being loose and said he was going to refer the matter to the Aftersales manager. I await a response.

The updates from both Nathan and Scott were valued and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend buying a car from here. I will be next time.

Robert Crocker: I recently purchased a Foxwell NT680 and have found it intuitive and straight-forward to use. I have used it to diagnose and fix a faulty electronic brake control at a total cost of £14 for the replacement control unit. If I had gone to the local Peugeot dealer, they would have charged £144 + VAT for investigating the problem plus the cost of repair. I have also been able to identify the source of a fault with the parking assist system and replaced a faulty sensor at a cost of £31 for four sensors as opposed to £475 + VAT for a dealer repair.Prior to ordering the unit, I asked Gendan to confirm that the unit would report faults in all the systems on my car. I received a prompt and helpful response from Gendan. When I ordered the unit, it was delivered by courier the next day.Very pleased with the service I received from Gendan and the product I purchased.
Mark Lowry: A great company to deal with.My wife bought a Fiat 500 and noticed the odometer mileage flashing. Turns out the previous owner had replacedA fault speedo but did not get a proxy alignment procedure done. After some internet research I discovered Gendan and used their website to purchase the equipment needed to fix my problem. Unsure of what parts I actually needed I filled out the help section for and I was told what parts I needed to fix the problem. A special shout out to Mike West who offered great after sales support. I got the flashing odometer fixed and I now own the OBD reader and software in case in needed for future faults. Still cheaper than going to a Fiat dealer for the fix.
