Remember 3 mobile has its own network so no piggy backing on other networks and playing second and third fiddle when traffic on the network is high.

I couldn’t have solved the problem myself but Jonathan and Donna couldn’t have done any more to help me plus all members of staff gave me encouragement. The issue has now been resolved and my gratitude goes to all who helped me.

Tegwen Malik: Simon was exceptional. I found Ss on Google trying to fix my phone that wasn’t charging. I noticed Ss not only had hundreds of reviews it also had all 5* ones which is very unusual. I decided to call Ss and spoke with Simon who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came within 20mins and fixed the charging port within 10mins. He was respectful also of my property and very polite too. The cost to fix my phone without me even leaving my house was very reasonable and the service first class. I have no hesitation to recommend Ss and Simon. Brilliant! Keep up the great service!
