Haydn Tugby: OK I read mixed reviews about this place, but as I always make up my mind from personal experiences I feel like I am justified by giving 5stars as I wanted to buy a caravan awning and received good advice and made a purchase at a fair price! Before I left I was made aware of a check list of items I may possibly need as a newbie caravanner many of which I was aware of, having had a caravan years ago and lived on a narrowboat for 12 years. However I did purchase 2 items I hadn't thought of! Many thanks 👍 would I recommend blazers, yes, they are old school and very helpful in my own opinion

Carrie Brine: We have recently purchased a motorhome from Ennis Caravans and we cannot recomment Ennis enough! The end to end service was what can only be described as a Platinum Service. Both Shaun and Kiran were informative and supportive throughout the whole process. The handover of the Motorhome was thorough taking us thorugh every aspect of the Motorhome ensuring we went away with a good knowledge on how to use everything to inlcude, heating, fridge, cooker etc etc. We had booked a local campsite for the night of our first ownership and were given a contact number should we have any issues, its the little extras such as this you will get from Ennis, if you are looking to purchase a Touring Caravan/Motorhome from this family run business then be assured you will get great service. Andy: We have just bought our new caravan from Stowfords after trialling with a cheaper caravan last year. We were looking for something bigger and newer and Stowfords had the exact one we were looking for. Tom, Steve and Alison were all fantastic throughout and we’re genuinely impressed with the service as it’s friendly, non pushy and very helpful. Tom called us a couple of days before to say they’d found a minor issue with the paintwork but they will contact Swift to arrange sorting the warranty claim on our behalf. The staff we had dealings with are a credit to the company and made the decision very easy for us. Thank you.

Colin Rees: My A-Class motorhome was recently in for some warranty work as well as some body repairs caused by driver-error. The whole process which included an insurance claim was handled very smoothly by Stephen Cook at 3As. He sent me progress photos as the work progressed so I knew what was going on at all times. I was even collected from Carmarthen railway station when I came to collect the 'van. Couldn't fault the service. 10/10.
Vicky Davies: Excellent service from beginning to end. We took our caravan to have insurance work carried out, we are pleased with the service provided we had weekly updates on the work that was being carried out. We are very satisfied with the standard of work that has been carried out on our caravan. Will definitely be returning for future servicing of our caravan.
Simon Baldwin: Had a couple of issues last weekend with the Alde heating and a water leak on our new Coachman caravan. Called 3A's and had excellent customer service from the start. Discussed issues with Lee in the Warranty department, solved the heating and was was then booked in today to investigate the water leak. Lee met us himself and then rectified the problem with the water pump, and fully checked the Alde system as well as a faulty light. Discussed the problems and solutions with us to explain what he had done. Very professional and thorough. Have to say it was great customer service throughout. Many thanks to the reception staff and Phil as well for their help in this matter. Great stuff.
Ryan Prince: Ordered a new coachman caravan and arrived within a week and received it on time. Great hand over with Wayne and he even printed new numbers plates for me. Steven we through all the paperwork and warranty information and we also purchased a new blowup porch awning off him at the same time.Mike and Steph at the sales team were so professional from start to finish.
Laura Turk: Somebody attempted to steal my caravan in December and as I purchased my caravan from 3as I contacted them to see if they would do the repairs. Stephen Cook is amazing and responds to emails so promptly and kept me up to date throughout the works being done, made the claim through my insurance was dealt with and I hardly had to get involved. Mt caravan was also fixed and delivered back to me within less than a week. I couldn't fault the service and would definitely recommend Stephen if you have to have repairs done.

Jim Lowe: We have just picked up our Coachman caravan from 3A's Leisure after it had been there for some insurance repairs, as well as an annual service and a new TV aerial.The service manager, Stephen, could not have been more helpful and got everything completed in the allotted time and to a high standard. We were kept in the loop with several phone calls from Stephen informing us of the progress of the work.We did not buy the caravan from 3A's, but can highly recommend the service that we received from them.We will definitely be using them for future service work.
