4worldlovers: Could you provide a loving new home for a cat in the Swansea and surrounding areas? During the process of adopting a cat from us, we’ll consider everything from your potential pet’s personality and how this fits with your lifestyle, to your home environment – creating the perfect match for both cat and owner and the start of a wonderful feline friendship.

Before re-homing all our cats and kittens are seen by a vet, given flea and worm treatment, are micro-chipped, fully vaccinated, and if old enough will be neutered. Adoptions include four weeks free PetPlan insurance. When an adult cat leaves Cats Protection the costs will be approximately £200. A kitten will cost almost the same and sometimes more! We do ask that if you feel able to make a donation on top of the fee that would, of course, be gratefully received. We are able to claim Gift Aid on additional donations if you pay tax.

Our current adoption fee is £65 for an adult cat and £85 for a kitten

Home Visits: Our branch carries out virtual home visits prior to homing which are undertake by our volunteers over the phone. This is an opportunity for any questions or problems to be discussed.
