diane benson: Someone collided into my car whilst parked outside the house smashing up the front passenger side. Collected the car today from IRG Swansea who have done an amazing job of bringing it back to good as new.The staff were professional as well as welcoming and friendly. Really pleased with the job they’ve done.Not so pleased with my insurance company who prior to getting the car to IRG it sat in a scrap yard for 2 months. When I collected the car today there was a scrape along driver’s side door which I pointed out to IRG. They confirmed with photographs that the scratch was there before it was delivered to them which I had no doubt about. Simon was happy to fix the scratch for me, didn’t have to do that so very impressed with the overall service from IRG.Thanks to Gail on reception also who was accommodating when I wasn’t able to collect my car as previously arranged.All round landed with how this business treated me, very pleased.
