Kim Hopkins: After not being able to have my nails done since lockdown they were in need of some TLC, so I made a long over due appointment on 01/08/2020 with Georgia at Nailed ItGeorgia was dressed in full PPE - plastic visor mask and gloves -which was very reassuring - I also had to wear a mask - but we still were able to have a gossip.I had my own personal folder, which contained my contact details, and even my own nails files.Cuticle scissors etc were disinfected with barbicide and all areas were disinfected between clientsGeorgia helped me chose the right colour for my new long awaited flawless nails.Overall, it was easy to adhere to the new guidelines and the process was pretty seamless.Booked in with Georgia for an infill in 2 weeks .. and more appointments for a long awaited pedicure and an overall of my wild eyebrows ... can’t wait ...

Alana Davies: I would like to say that I found my fairy god mother tonight but I'm afraid that I am older than Georgie so I'll call her my fairy God sister! 👍 I tried all salons from Sketty into and around Town this afternoon for my nails and eyebrows done last minute but got turned away from everyone as they were fully booked. I then stopped outside Nailed It thinking that I would be turned away again but Georgie was lovely and said that she had her last client in but I could come back at 6.30 and she would help me although she was closing at 7.00. I went back and she happily done a full set of nails for me with no rush and an eye brow wax, she finished just after 8 .00 still with a smile although I had kept her an hour over her time. I now have the perfect eye brows and an amazing set of nails which I totally love. I cant thank you enough for your service and despite the fact that I live in Bridgend you will be my go to girl from now on. Nothing beats excellent service, massive well done 🤗 x
