Emma Brynymor Travel: We had a good in-store experience. But having them ordered something online we had an even better customer service experience.I ordered some snow boots & they arrived quicker than expected. However it turns out the wrong size boots had been put into the box so I received a size 6 instead of a size 7. I filled in the online form for contacting customer service on Friday evening to explain the issue and asked what was the quickest way to resolve the issue. I had a reply later that evening which apologized for the confusion and told me they had dispatched a new pair of boots with express delivery. The correct boots arrived on Sunday and I couldn't be happier with them. Overall I've been really impressed with the speed of response and of the quality of the boots and the customer service!

Andy & Maggie Bromley: Great customer service. I bought a bike there last week even though I live in Bristol as they had the model/size I needed. Had a problem with the power-meter and tried to get it sorted at Giant in Bristol who wanted payment for labour. Swansea stepped in, swapped the defective part and threw in a free bike jersey. If I lived in Wales I would go there every time!

Wayne Thomas: Emma was really helpful with the purchase of my Giant Fastroad, no hard sell, which always helps. Great bike, too. Swapped the tyres but was just a personal preference.
