Disney Store Pop Up: what do users think?
Kevin Alonzo: A great independent toy store with a great selection of educational toys.
Rhys Williams: Really enjoy visiting The Disney Store it’s always playing favourite Disney songs, friendly helpful staff and enjoy looking through all the items and it does make me feel very happy.
Divina Hill: Freindly staff found items in store room that wasnt out . Helpful friendly and always have a smile
Steve Kingsbury: I can't rate this plase as I have never used I just got fed up with being asked all the time
Andrew Williams: Very friendly service
Sophie Earland: Good place, expensive but expected
Barry Gunner: If your a Disney fanatic like my wife you will be in your elements.
Sian Thomas: Fab
KL Chan: Good for older kids who love Disney but nearly nothing for toddlers. Bit expensive for some toys but the staff are really friendly and helpful.
S. Palpatine: Tbf the store is tiny and they don't have a lot of stock
Kirsty King: It is an okay store, great to have a disney store and very spacious. But does not have the greatest selection of products.
Ilse Jones: Love this store. Sorted loads of birthday and chr presents out.
Theresa Williams: Love this shop I could spend all day and night in there and their manager is a little gem she is so helpful and will help you all she can
Stephen: The pictures do not show this store as I saw it towards the end of January 2020.The branch looked and felt like the shop found in Cardiff, albeit a little smaller, it still had a good range of Disney stuff to look at, the branch also sold the limited edition Minnie collection that was released this month, and the staff were very helpful, nice to talk to and enthusiastic, even though by the time I got there it was the last hour of the day, when staff are normally fatigued and wanting to go home.I saw another review saying the entrance was hidden and nondescript, maybe they were refurbishing at the time, as the entrance I had was a grand one opposite the Post Office, with the usual Shop Disney colourful logo (not the bland blue one shown in the pictures), and an internal display similar to other Shop Disney stores. The only problem I had, there wasn't any lapel pins on display. The staff had the two I wanted under the counter, but that doesn't help if you want to browse for something.
Sarah Thomas: I called in last week and was not disappointed. They had a great range of products and the cast members were helpful, friendly and welcoming and just what you would expect. The store decor itself may be lacking a little Disney magic but it's a pop-up store. I'll be visiting again very soon and hope it stays in Swansea xx
Ashton: I love Disney and want to work for the company when I'm older so when I heard there was a Disney store coming near me I was incredibly excited to check it out before I got there I was watching videos about other Disney stores but when I got there I thought I must of entered in the back entrance but no that was it. It didn't give me the Disney vibe as it had barely any decorations inside there was blank white walls and a few signs on the shelves saying "Disney pop up". If I was going to a Disney establishment for the first time I wouldn't be "We need to go to the parks and go to the store again!" The store re was very small, no theming and not a lot of merchandise for the older audience. There is also a place up stairs that they could use at least some of it, I'm not sure if there is storage up there but the already have a room downstairs for that and there isn't allot of things to store. There was a Disney store in Swansea before but that has been closed down so I don't know if this is a phase of the actual store coming back or not.
Michael Roberts: been to Swansea one about 2 to 3 day ago got be honest was excited at first to look and excited about buying present for Xmas but was disappointed this Disney shop is so boring not much there and u can tell they didn't put much money into like other Disney shop around UK let u want a buy teddies there not and u can tell it not planning to last not at Swansea
M E: Centrally located in the heart of Swansea.Obviously, being in the Quadrant Shopping Centre is very near the Swansea Bus Station.Pay and display car parking is available within easy walking distance.Easy disabled access.Wide range of Disney related products opened in plenty of time for doing Christmas shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On the downside it is an expensive shop.

Smyths Toys Superstores: what do users think?
Chazluv newman: Soooo many toys xxxx
King of Cod: Great place to buy toys and consoles for all occasions
Riyad “Riyad Uddin” Uddin: Never Pre-Order games from this company ever. They won’t give you a valid tracking number so you won’t know if your game will actually arrive on the day.
CC's Castles Cardiff PartyHires: Great friendly and accommodating
Craig Gosney: We love this store, always great customer service and loads of choice
Julie Llewellyn: Excellent customer service today from a sales assistant named Paul who helped us with our new baby buggy we purchased he was very helpful and very polite he is a credit to your store will definitely be asking for Paul for help again he deserves a big thank you
Lyndon Price: Can find just about anything, but not cheap, staff helpful and friendly.
Dragon Born: I was hoping to buy a spare booster seat for my nephew, (who wasn't with me at the time) so my daughter wanted to see which was the most comfortable and try them out to be the judge of which was the best one for him, when a woman member of staff come over to make the statement of "she's not heavy enough to use that seat" in a snotty manner to which I replied " I know yes" my polite way of saying Leave me alone, I didn't ask your opinion and don't just make assumptions without asking me who its for first.Unconvinced with my answers she proceeded to tell me "if you get stopped by the police you'll get a fine" to which I reply"Right OK whatever yes..." I don't appreciate being implied to be a liar for a question that was never asked of me and don't appreciate your continued assumptions. Not feeling she is deserving of a reaction, I then walk off without saying anymore with the seat in hand to buy it, my partner spots her going to tell another member of staff (probably not to serve me) and they both start following us towards the till, I put the seat down at this point and am ready to leave without buying anything but my partner convinced me to atleast buy the toys we had,We get to the till and watch as the woman member of staff goes to talk the manager and they both pretend not to be talking about us but both cant stop looking over at us as if they where planning to refuse the sale of the seat. This woman member of staff needs to learn how to talk to and how to approach customers and if she's going to be a grass, atleast don't get caught talking about the customers infront of the customers, I will be refusing to shop in smyths swansea because of her bad attitude from now on. She single handedly turned what should of been a happy experience and I expect better of staff in a toy shop.
Erin manning: Uh
Vanny Evans-Jones: I've gone to Smyths for over 10 years. Super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable.
David Harris: Amazing selection of toys.
MinduTheHindu: *Unreal customer service*Love this store, been coming here for years. Some cracking deals but the reason for my review today is for one employee in particular.Leanne from the Swansea store was not only spreading nothing but good vibes throughout the store. But I misplaced my phone and wasnt able to collect my items due to not being able to access my code. She allowed me to borrow her device to access my emails for me to get the code rather than travel 40 mins back home! Absouletly 10* customer service, we need more people like this in the world. Its made my day and even got on the computer tonight just to write this review. Shes a brilliant human
Samantha Davies: Busy but loads of choices! Kids love it. Haha
Mike: Great service. The wife sent me a requests for Xmas presents for the kids via WhatsApp as images. I arrived in the store and there was a very helpfully man who welcomed me in and asked if i needed any assistance. Explained I was on an errand from the wife, showed him said pictures and he directed me with pinpoint accuracy to where I needed to go. In and out in 10 mins, didn't catch his name but great service and clearly knows his store layout.
Craig Grey: Leanne was a really big help thank you so much
lil’ family: Staff are always helpful and willing to get something from the back or above the shelves if it’s in boxes. thanks for always helping my daughter get Squishmallows
Michelle Sloots: I always use Smyth's toys in Swansea for in-store and online collection never any problems. Great selection of toys and always plenty of everything.
Laurence Anderson: Great choice for the children's presents
philip lewis: Purchased many items like child seat, stroller and travel cot for grandparent duties. Becky in the Swansea store was very helpful with advice and with excellent customer service. Thank you
Ian Thomas: Hi, I would like to make a formal complaint about your Swansea store and store manager Ben Kelly. I picked up a Nintendo switch last week where it has developed a fault with the sd card reader. After 20-30 mins the switch will say “no sd card”. I have spoken to your customer services and Nintendo where they confirmed it was ok to return. I have taken a day off today to return the console to be told by Ben Kelly, a so called manager that was too cowardly to come and speak with me, that the fault needed to be seen. Although I was told by smyths customer care that as they confirmed the fault, there was no need to wait 30mins to show the store. The Swansea store has actually proven its returns policy is fraudulent, and I’m sure trading standards would be very interested to see that they do not follow their guidelines, and in fact I was entitled to a replacement or refund. I now have a faulty Nintendo switch thatcan only be sold as spares. I would like a formal investigation and disciplinary action taken against this store. My sons birthday is now ruined. I would advise anyone reading this that although smyths is a cheap store with some good offers, be warned that once you have an issue with an item, they will give you zero customer after care and will not want to help. Avoid smyths at all costs and buy online.
Cari Hughes: I cannot thank leanne enough in llansamlet store. Our little boy is autistic and she genuinely couldnt do enough. Came down to his level and treated him so well. They're very lucky to have her.
