Urban Zen Yoga & Movement Studio: what do users think?
corina roberts: I attended a class on Thursday evening while I was in the area. I was welcomed with such kindness and enthusiasm by the instructor and other attendees. I wish there was a yoga studio to this standard in my area. Thank you 🙏
Anthony Bullock: Great class, Alex was very welcoming to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our first yoga class. Highly recommend
Rhiannon Cartwright: Love this place!! Such a great studio. Lots of different classes and all the teachers are so friendly and welcoming. I mostly do Emily and Rebecca’s classes which are just fab! They are both so supportive and helpful. Can highly recommend their classes ❤️
Alfie Stroud: I've practiced yoga in many classes, in many studios in several countries, but I have really never found a studio as good as Urban Zen. The quality of instruction, the value for money and apart from anything else the friendly welcome and sense of community is amazing. So Swansea! A happy place.
Tim Mitchell: Very popular yoga classes for very young to very mature.
Rachel Davies: A fantastic place for yoga and other classes in the centre of town. Plenty of choice of styles and teachers, so you will find something you enjoy. A unique place with a lovely atmosphere. I've done a number of classes with the different teachers and really enjoyed.
Jennifer Baker: Superb setting and fantastic classes which cover everything you need. I see Kathryn for reflexology who is incredible and I highly recommend.
Bryony Hipkin: Really enjoying the classes I've been to so far, the Barre class is perfect for a more of a workout that includes lots of yoga and pilates too. The rooms are really well decorated and maintained and it's so easy to book.
bunt El: Excellent food with a creative flair. Organic, fresh and seasonal. However, the bad.. seating is hard to sit in and not very comfortable. An attempt at rustic decor comes across as simply cheap. Menu choice underwhelming. An over abundance of babies in prams in the cafe while charming, is kind of a nuisance (but somewhat unavoidable, as the middle-class yoga mums populate the cafe haphazardly, babies in-tow after a session). Heard the cafe is closing 16th December which is sad.. :( but too be honest, I think it would do better if it focused on what it probably does best - Yoga. Thanks for some yummy meals Urban Zen.
Freya: Incredible food, lovely vibes, I frequent this place far too often and have no regrets!
Pam Mayf: Lovely place, great yoga sessions and amazing food...it's really worth visiting and easy to book the classes via the website
Jen Graham: The cafe part of Urban Zen is a little slice of heaven in Swansea, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere with delicious nourishing foods, teas and coffees. The yoga studio offers a diverse range of styles of yoga and is light, clean and spacious (at least for the classes I have attended there). I would recommend to anyone wanting to practice or just to pop in for a bite to eat away from the bustle of the streets. Thank you :)

Hotpod Yoga Swansea: what do users think?
Sara Barrento: Amazing people - very caring. The hop pod environment creates an ideal atmosphere to practice deeper and focus on your body and mind. The facilities are great - have everything you need (showers, changing area). So, if you like the heat, this is a great place to practice yoga.
Joan Williams: Outstanding as always. Great to be able to go to the pod especially in these uncertain times. Great nurturing class with Ana plus great heat to help muscles plus some very relaxing music.
Joe Peach: Great place and very friendly and accommodating team. Best yoga option in Swansea.
Catrin Nicholls: Absolutely love going to Hotpod, so relaxing and cleansing and you feel amazing when you come out. All the instructors are so helpful and welcoming, they make you feel super comfortable and create a great atmosphere. Can’t recommend it enough!
Abigail Macnamara: I love coming to the pod, all of the teachers are so knowledgeable and just lovely people! I love everything about it, from the the purple glow, the heat, to the funky music and amazing flows that get me sweating and feeling great!I’ve learnt so much about my body since going to pod and would recommend it 100% to anyone who’s interested! Much love, Abi x
Helen Besley: I don't have much to say other than I just love this place so much. I wish I could spend all day everyday in the purple pod! Winter is coming which is the perfect time to get in the warm and relax!
cherie adamson: The best yoga class, the atmosphere in the pod is amazing. The moment you walk through the doors you are welcomed by the smells of relaxing aromatherapy oils and always a smile and hello/chat from Ana and all the teachers. The warm heat(38degrees I think)in the pod perfect to relax and help get deeper into stretches. Classes are always different flows and put together with a lot of thought and love. Everything is clean and organised. Booking through the app is super easy. Highly highly recommend. For a free class use code HKGT7U. Enjoy, warning once you have been once you will want to go back again and again!
Rita Griffiths: Always a great place to go for a good workout, stretch and reset of the mind.
dawn Richards: A beautiful space to reset and balance mind and body. The purple pod is so zen like and allows me to really embrace my practice with the most amazing teachers led a fantastic director Ana. Definitely recommend HotPod Swansea and all it’s offerings.
Allison Jones (Allie): I didn't ever think I could like, yet alone love, Yoga - I have the attention span of a flea and am not remotely flexible. However I have been attending Hotpod for about four years and I love it. I love the dimly lit environment (so nobody can see me wobble and fall over) and the heat and the music help so much in keeping me focused. I travel a round trip of two hours to attend Hotpod - which is an indication of how great the experience is.Personally, my flexibility has substantially improved - I will never be great (my flexibility and balance is beyond awful). However, my strength has significanly improved and my body feels SO much better. All the teachers are fantastic (without exception). Classes are similar whoever takes the class but I do enjoy the variety of personalities and focus and each person brings something different. Finally, everybody who attends is lovely and friendly. I have never been made to feel uncomfortable. You will be offered friendly advice and kind words yet nobody is intrusive.Yes I love HOTPOD very much!! :-)
Samantha Dewitt: Absolutely amazing!!!. Lovely staff, clean and covid compliant.
Karen Chazen: Welcoming..and a hot pod 🙏🙏
Jude Lewis: Hotpod yoga is an experience I wish I had sooner, I love it, amazing place with amazing instructors, it’s truly addictive, try it once and your mind body and soul will be hooked!
Stephanie Dalton: Hot Pod Yoga came into my life 4/5 years ago, I can't remember exactly because it feels like I've been practicing all my life! Every class is different, meaning you never get bored! Everyone is on their own yoga journey, and the teachers support and guide you to challenge yourself every lesson, or take it easy if you need to. You're never frowned upon if you have an off day, or can't touch your toes! The warmth of the pod is a cucoon of loveliness, and the beautiful ambient lighting, smell and music allows you to really relax and feel away from the rest of the world (This isn't a random gym hall, oh no!) It's the only place I enjoy practicing yoga in Swansea, and can't recommend it enough to everyone! Everyone is welcome, age, gender, ability, nobody is turned away!
Jessica Fay Hook: It’s a place I go to unwind and forget about the world for an hour. The teachers are amazing and worth every penny! I make sure to go every week.
Courtney Grove: Simply the best form of exercise and relaxation on the planet, went to one just after the hotpot opened in Swansea 7 years ago and I cant imagine my life without it now, what have you got to loose by having a go !!!
Kathryn Trussler (Sculpture): Great central venue, friendly and experienced teachers and always looks and smells good in the pod. An amazing yoga experience where you can do whatever you can without judgement. Addiction is guaranteed. I can’t get enough. I feel new every time I leave. The heat is an absolute pleasure on those dark days.
Emma Gill: I have recently come back to doing yoga at Hotpod and it's far and away my favourite place to be! All the instructors are excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic.
Dave T: I discovered Hotpod yoga recently via a friend and thought it would be good for my lack of flexibility. Having dived in the deep end I now realise it's far more than simply about being flexible in body. All aspects, physically and mentally have improved. I can't speak for the other Pods but the Swansea Pod is brilliant. Ana and the team have been superb and show great knowledge and caring (very useful for newbies like me), helping to make the experience what it is. Can't fault it!
Fran Williams: I went to a class 2 years ago pretty terrified and feeling seriously awkward, not having done ANY physical exercise in years, and to say I was not very bendy or flexible would be an understatement....but i loved it.After only a few classes I was hooked.I felt instantly at ease and the rewards became obvious extending way outside of the pod....yoga has become part of my daily routine, and that's something I'd thought I'd never hear myself say.The teachers are all brilliant and in particular Ana who has encouraged me no end......sounds cheesy but its true,it's been a life changer....get yourselves down there!
Jane Simpson: A wonderful experience. An amazing cocoon of warmth and lovely smells. Im always thrilled but what a fantastic diverse group of people are in the classes, it really is for everyone and everybody. I teach yoga and I love going to these classes too. You might get addicted like me!

Awaken Your Soul Yoga: what do users think?
Jade Lanceley: Ruth's has an incredibly humble yet powerful way of guiding me to connect to myself through the path of the heart. Her retreats bring a beautiful combination of Yoga, Meditation, Chanting and Fire Ritual and the depth of her experiences and wisdom flows forth with Ease and Grace.Ruth is also a very talented poetess, her ability to capture the emotional undulations of our human experience has helped me to process and release old patterns and blockages that prevent me from moving forward.I would recommend Awaken Your Soul to anyone who is on a path of healing and interested in delving into the mysteries of the heart and the expanse of the Yoga Tradition.
Jenny Cole: Ruth's class is always deeply nourishing, amazingly relaxing and I always leave the class feeling calm, focused and energized. Fully recommended.
