I bought three items in a size large, 1 fit perfectly, 1 was too large and the other didnt do up. The item i took back, they said i should recieve the refund almost instantly, and 2 days later i still havent recieved it.

We could not find what we were looking for, but a young lady came to our assistance was very helpful and polite and could not do enough for us. She searched for them on the computer and came up with what we wanted, she went out the back and got a sample curtain for us to look at.
