Jade Marie: Staff were lovely, didn't buy anything due to not having my colour but they were amazing and helpful and friendly even though we did not have an appointment they treated us great the moment we walked through the door, I would have got bridesmaid dress there as they looked good if they had my colour
Amy Jones: I've been to Wed2B twice to shop for bridedmaid dresses, once as a bridesmaid and more recently as a bride. They have expanded their colour range since I visited the first time last year, so I was able to purchase the colour I wanted.My bridesmaids are really happy with the dresses they tried on and chose, and I've received great customer service since visiting. We needed to urgently amend the order details within the 48 hour amendment period and it was done quickly and smoothly thanks to the telephone customer service team and Daisy at the Swansea store.Would definitely recommend Wed2B to anyone looking for beautiful bridesmaid dresses at an affordable price.

Sally Walters: I arrived at WED2B Swansea Branch so nervous and anxious that i wouldn't find 'the dress' but Jess made me feel so comfortable and confident that we'd find something to suit me, she pulled out so many options for me to try. I went in with an open mind of not knowing exactly what i wanted and she tried so many different styles for me, i can honestly say it exceeded my expectations of how i thought the day would go, both Jess and Daisy made me and my family so comfortable the entire day giving honest opinions and helping me with what would suit me. The first dress i tried on ended up being my dress but Jess was so good at getting me to try on others to make sure that first dress was 'the one', i couldn't of hoped for a better experience and i can't thank the ladies enough for making it the best experience.
Isobelle Jacobs-Coote: I found my dream dress at the Swansea store a month ago when visiting my mum. I couldn’t get the dress out of my head so I called and popped the dress on hold until I could return. I finally bought my dream dress this weekend and Daisy remembered me from my first visit and was the most kind and helpful store assistant! She took her time to help me find the right accessories and feel comfortable in what I was purchasing. She went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful for her fabulous expertise!
Megan Richards: Had the most amazing experience wedding dress shopping yesterday, Anna and daisy was with me and they was just incredible! Made me feel so welcome, I didn’t feel rushed at all, I tried on a few dresses and they went back and fourth with me trying different belts, veils and headbands, just all in all made the entire experience so enjoyable, I can not fault them at all. Very glad that she was the one that assisted me in finding the perfect dress. if you decide to give this store a try, definitely ask for Paige’s help. Abbie matthews: Went for my first wedding dress shopping experience here the first weekend of 2023. I believe the woman who assisted me was called Jess. Honestly I cannot praise her enough! She explained everything so thoroughly, she worked with me on what I would like/dislike and was just amazing with me and my group. I nearly said yes to a dress that Jess picked out on my first time! I do want to look around at a few other styles, but failing them, i'll definitely be back in for my dream dress and all the trimmings😍. SOPHIE helped me and made me feel very welcome, I had a choice of 4 dresses to try on 1 was my all time favourite "mermaid" dress. And now I have found my dress! Angharad Jenkins: What a beautiful intimate shop. I was recommended this place and it really didn’t disappoint. Linda was exceptionally prompt in getting back to me when I reached out to make an appointment and within a few days I was there trying on dresses. I fell in love with the first one I tried and said YES there and then. With 6 months before the big day Linda ordered the dress with plenty of time for me to come back for two fittings for alterations. Alterations were included within the initial price which was a bonus. The dress was stunning! Linda is clearly an expert and was born to dress brides for their wedding. I will recommend this shop to anyone who asks.

I went to Linda in search of my wedding dress. I had only given birth 6 months prior so wanted to see what dress suited my new body shape. Linda made me feel so relaxed and at ease through the whole appointment, I bought my dream dress that day. It felt like she knew just by looking at me what would and wouldn't work for me which meant the process was super easy, super fun and enjoyable! I got my dress and veil here! Who knew I even wanted a veil! The whole experience was awesome. I found my dress, cancelled my other appointments and brought this one. The bottom of the dress was taken up as I'm vertically challenged and I collected it a week or so later. Linda is super,she put me at ease, got me a beautiful dress and gave me a confidence boost too!I recommend Linda to everyone, go straight here don't bother anywhere else in Swansea 👍Thankyou so much!

Jessica Richards: and the dress had RBA protection which you definitely need this day and age! My alterations were done in house so I haven't had to cart my dress around, and everything has been done to the best standard, and they even invited me to an accessories night where there was a discount on tiaras and veils. To say I am absolutely over the moon with how my experience has been is an understatement! The women are warm and friendly and nothing has been too much trouble

Angharad Morris: I can not thank all at cariad enough, having originally booked my wedding for November 2023, we had to bring the wedding forward to May 2023. Cariad bridal was only given 6 weeks notice and they pulled it out of the bag to ensure I had my dream dress, my dress wasn't off the peg and I knew that I wanted a few custom alterations, and they made this happen. Heini Mai Holmes: Being a plus size bride, the thought of going wedding dress shopping was very daunting for me, but Vanessa and the whole team at Cariad Bridal were fantastic and made my experience amazing. From the moment I walked into the shop, myself and my mother and grandmother were welcomed so warmly and were shown to a very large selection of plus size gowns. I told them my preferences and they pulled out some beautiful gowns that were suitable - 4 dresses later, I'd found my dress! I explained that I would possibly like to add some sleeves and they pulled out some different materials and helped me envision what the dress could look like. Once the dress had been ordered and delivered, I needed some alterations and Sue the lovely seamstress was amazing. All in all, my experience with Cariad Bridal was brilliant from start to finish, with the staff being very kind, understanding and knowledgable. Thank you to all of you lovely ladies xxx

Due to being pregnant my size always changed throughout the pregnancy, Sue is the amazing seamstress that took her time, numerous fitting arrangements and measurements right up to 2 days before the wedding to ensure that my dress was perfect!These ladies went above and beyond any bridal shop that I have been too and ensured that everything was perfect for the big day. Unlike most brides dress shopping was at the bottom of my list, I was worried I’d lookAwful in everything and was really anxious about trying on dresses that probably wouldn’t be in my size.I had been to a few other stores before I went to cariad bridal, as soon as I walked through the door I felt at ease, there was many dresses in my size that I was able to try on, and to my amazement I actually loved every single one.I went into to the shop looking for a plain no fuss dress and came out with a big puffy sparkly number 🙈 I was able to alter my dress slightly which was amazing.I also had my veil from the shop at one of their accessory events.All staff members are warm and friendly I would recommend the shop to anyone

Emma Eynon: I had that looking forward but not looking forward kind of feeling. What if I looked terrible in every dress and what kind of dress do I want, I literally had no idea. If you are feeling in any way like this then make an appointment with Abbey at White Orchid Bridal. I cannot speak highly enough of her. From the moment I arrived Abbey greeted me with a huge smile. Abbey asked what I liked and what kind of dresses I would like to try, I explained that I had no idea. White Orchid Bridal have rooms and rooms full of dresses, where to start ! This was not a problem… Abbey said ‘let’s just try as many dresses until we find the one’. Abbey also recommended dresses she thought might suit, I definitely wouldn’t have thought about trying those styles. Abbey really knows her stuff !Nothing was too much trouble. Abbey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I tried on so many dresses. I dread to think how long it took Abbey to put them all away afterwards. Abbey is so patient and so invested in making sure you find your dress. Her knowledge of accessories from sleeves to belts to tiaras was also invaluable. Abbey even helped me put my hair up so that we could really get an idea of what everything would look like on the day.Several hours later we found the one !I couldn’t have done this without Abbey and her super skills.
CHARLOTTE DEGENS: I would highly recommend White Orchid Bridal the whole experience was amazing 😍 Abbey was fantastic she is so lovely and patient and really made me feel at ease with the whole dress search. After going to a number of other shops it really put me off the whole experience but after going to White Orchid Bridal completely changed my mind. Abbey helped me find my beautiful dream dress! I absolutely love it and can’t wait to wear it next year😍 I enjoyed both my appointments with Abbey the first one was with my Maid of Honour and one of my Bridesmaids and then I went again with my Parents when they came to visit and they all commented how helpful and kind Abbey was and made the whole experience very enjoyable The shop itself is gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and a really welcoming feel with so many stunning dresses to choose from 😍 you certainly won’t be disappointed!

I then fell pregnant January 2020 and they were so accommodating around making sure they would do everything for the dress to fit me. However covid then hit and my wedding was cancelled. I'm so happy with the service I received and how good they were with keeping hold of my dress until I was finally able to get married June 2022. I would highly reccomend!

Angharad Jenkins: Beautiful stationary and decor supplied by Simply elegant for our wedding this month. The brief was “black tie, black/ white” but surprise me! And boy did they deliver! They gave us everything we dreamed of and more, they completely transformed the venue giving us dark, candle light vibes as it was an evening wedding. They went above and beyond even providing some additional items just to elevate the room and give us the look we wanted on the day - if that’s not great service I don’t know what is. Everyone was blown away, and seeing it all for the first time as I walked down the aisle made it even more magical. Thank you Liz and the team from the bottom of our hearts

Our daughter and son in law had to rearrange their wedding 3 times due to covid but simply elegant were patient and understanding and also of my daughter changing her mind from original ideas. I got my dress/head piece and veil from here, my mother's complete outfit, mother in law's complete outfit, bridesmaids and my junior bridesmaids. We mainly dealt with Eiriol, who has an amazing eye and vision and she knew exactly the style I was after and the look, she just got it. Will miss coming to the shop!! I also found my dress here which was ordered in my size . I was dubious at first because it was different to the style I would usually wear but it was definitely the right choice . I was looking for a outfit for my daughters wedding, as soon as we walked into the shop we were welcomed by Llinos who made us feel relaxed. Llinos was really helpful and experienced at helping me find an outfit that suited me and made me feel special. We were not made to feel pressured to purchase an outfit. My mother who is 86 really enjoyed the experience and ended up trying on some outfits herself. I would recommend a visit to this shop. I was very pleased with my outfit and can't wait to wear it.
