Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Massimo Prizzon: Huge supermarket there is also a toilet and the currency exchange service I really liked because there is a wide choice of vegan food. I really found everything. From cold cuts to cheese Burger meatballs which are the classics but many other things see for example the Venaria ghioza. Sweet ice cream three types of vegan pizza and also three types of similar vegan panchetta. At the automatic cash machines it is easy to pay both by card and cash. Maybe having such a supermarket close to home... a dream.
Keith Wells: Good range of products
James: Tesco Swansea city Marina Has Lots of good stuff at Great Prices and Staff. Best in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Thank you.
MuKuL Rahman: The parking system is completely nightmare!!! If you park there for over 60 minutes then it's crazy because non of there parking machines are working outside the store!!!!And even if you are lucky then one find one is working then the shopping receipt will not work!!! You will have to get another voucher which doesn't comes in self checkout!!!! It's better to not go there instead go in retail park where you can get two hours of free parking without any hassle. The management should reinstate the previous two hours free parking which was without those hassle. This parking hassle may reduce their business in coming days.
nigel hurford: Always well stocked with helpful friendly staff
Corrado Redaelli: Grande supermarket con prodotti di qualità più costoso della media paragonabile a Esselunga
Mahaila Samuel: Just Went Into The Tesco, Swansea Marina. And I Was Served By This Lovely Staff Member Named, 'Tracey'.She Actually Left What She Was Doing To Help Me Out And Showed Me Where It Was.I Say All That To Say This; When You Get Someone To Assist You In This Kind Of Setting. It's Refreshing!Thank You 'Tracey' And Thanks To Tescos For Your Customer Focus Training! WELL DONE 👏 ✔️ 👍🏾 👌🏾 😀From A Very Happy Customer 😊 😃 😀
Jane Mathias: I don’t normally shop here but we were here on holiday and had booked for the first time ever a Tesco online delivery to the holiday apartment. I was annoyed to start with as the driver came 15 mins early and stayed 1 minute past the booked time and I missed him. But the revelation was that after speaking with 3 customer service staff the later being very helpful it was past the the manager of this store. He tried to get the shopping back out on another delivery truck but this was unsuccessful, so this manager who in my opinion deserves a medal shut up the store at closing time and then drove out to deliver our shopping, I can’t thank him enough he turned a sour situation into an incredibly kind deed. I can’t thank you enough and you went above and beyond.
Uzochukwu Ekenna: Always a good shopping experience. Clubcard points are great
Kiran Rongala: Nothing much different. Same like other tesco
Marisol Orellana: It is a very clean and pleasant place, everything is found
Bernard Dubois: Good
Megan Hunter: Amazing help from Nigel today:) went above and beyond. Thank you so much !!
Col_Grisoat: Quite the average Tesco Superstore, has a large range of products, however absolutely heaving.
Sam Davis: Nice spacious Tesco, clean, nice staff. Shame about the *people* who sit outside. Decided to eat chips and sausage outside the Tesco when an old man (obviously high on god knows) came and stole the sausage off of my 6 year old daughters food tray. He continued to wave the sausage in her face before eating it. Shameful these people shouldn’t be walking the streets otherwise great shop
Anthony Barnett: One stop shop for any thing
Евгений Молчанов: Cashiers dont care about the queue, they just keep talking to each other discussing their pets etc. The queue was more than 10 ppl. One man asked cashier politely to provide service instead of talking. The manager was called and manager told the man that he is not the one to tell them what to do, manager called security guy and asked that man to leave the store and never come back threatening to call the police. The man didnt use any abusive words and his behavior was very polite. So it is just terrible service, they spit on customers and are busy doung their own things and talking to each othet instead of working.
Elfyn Richards: Good stock
Lona K.: We love Tesco, regardless of what other people think. There are many special food that I can buy there which are not available in other shops or stores. Such as free from dairy products, Polish products and other countries' products. It is definitely not the cheapest by far but we can still afford it.
Artur Matych: I recommend to others

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Ffi: great clubcard prices and the staff are always friendly and helpful
Jakub Mach: Really good store, great employees!
Vixx O: Always got what I need when I need it. Good prices especially with a club card. Staff always friendly and ready to help.
Howard Jones: Do most of my shopping needs there. The points/reward scheme is good as are the Xmas saver scheme and stamps which come in useful at Xmas time.
Diane Thomas: Friendly and helpful staffClean and well laid out store
Carol Truitt: Nice local store
Carl Lee: Typical Tesco store. Has the usual stuff Tesco has
Rod Smith: Great
Ash R: Fuel price here used to be good. Now just as expensive as Shell at the end of the road. Save yourself the miles and detour. No cheaper here
Matthew Barrett: Brilliant store, large car park, huge selection of everything you could possibly need, very reasonable too 😁
NotOceania Ψ: Me and my boyfriend couldn't go in because apparently only 1 person at a time out of me and him could go in, he said that we have been in 4 times when It was only my second time and I only had a little time left before it closed!!!!!
Dave Simmonds: An excellent Tescos with an efficient layout
Michael Davies: I like it
Philip Hopkins: Clean, well organised
TheRadarOReilly: Good food and other necessities. And an excellent adherence to enforcing mask and distancing rules on the idiots.
Norman Wilkinson: The most friendly Tesco store, the staff excel in their customer relations. There is always a smile and greet when you enter, the manager is nearly always at hand to help and answers all queries. The store is always clean and goods displayed for you to easily see. This store makes shopping a happy experience.
Phillip Davies: Great friendly staff but Tesco is a very expensive store compared with Asda Lidl and Aldi
Marc Johnson: Great store with a wide selection. well run considering current pandemic, staff very helpful
石川和也: 安くて品揃えが多い!大好きTesco!関係ないですが、disclosure がTescoのロゴを真似てDiscoと書かれたTシャツを着てました。私もTシャツ欲しいです。
Barrie Wells: The store manager went out of his way to find a 95 year old favourite a box of walnut whips which have been discontinued.
Bobby Turton: Tescos in Bont has been an absolute god send during this pandemic, staff have been friendly, nice store & very grateful.

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Paul H: Always cold in this Tesco.
Gwilym Bray: Clean
lee taylor: arrogant staff and an awful place to shop.No organisation and very unfriendly staff
michael conniff: Best supermkt this side of swansea
Naomi Miller: I would love more variety in vegetarian food, not only vegan. Also, most of the tills are now gone, so queues are crazy, and people are losing jobs. Also, people going through robotic checkouts are often hanging around waiting for assistance. The staff are BRILLIANT there though. Xx
Raymond Williams: I would like to know why they have not dropped the price of petrol, tesco llansamlet 141 tesco neath 141 petrol garage in trebanos 142. If it's down to the manager in the shop then please get rid of the manager.i would like to say that tesco as now dropped the price 3pence, that's a lot better. Hopefully they'll drop the other 3 pence soon to be the same as the other tesco petrol station.
Nick Knowles: Well stocked, typical Tesco
Bernard Dubois: Tesco is the best store in UK but now a little bit expensive
ryan farr: Its a small tesco
Shanna Sweeney: Tesco store - plenty available
Michael Feathers: What on earth are they doing! Removed nearly all checkouts. You need a map to go around the place. They have moved all the products around in a way that defies logic. A shopping experience that took 30 minutes now takes an hour. Sorry take my custom elsewhere where shopping is a more pleasant experience.
Ancel John: Pleasant store, plenty of choice
Laurence Meynell: Fantastic staff and a chilled shopping experience.
John Mills: Good choices
Adam Nantel: Long queue times as they've removed all the tills and expect you to scan everything yourself. If you wanted proof that self service kills jobs take a look in here
David Jones: Not the cheapest retailer but good quality well known products and friendly and helpful staff.
Mason Williams: I work in mc donalds in morfa and I love Tesco
Kath Jones: Love this Tesco, perfect size not overwhelming. Fantastic staff 😊Just a suggestion, to all Tesco stores really, with disability issues and being short; I find it difficult to reach top shelves and bending to lower shelves. Maybe there could be some sort of change aound sometime in the future?
Justin Somerfield: Wow an amazing service first lost from Birmingham and met a lovely tesco operative wow what amazing service I got all the goods I needed pleasant shopping name Mared Smith thank you 😊
Lindsey Williams: Always enjoy shopping here ☺
Boosted 2000: Staff are generally good , just every time I use the store or my family do it’s something happens to disappoint.

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Tracey Davies: Very unhelpful staff on self service till tonight at neath AbbeyVery ignorant and rude
Free Dumb: Kalergi plan in full swing, replacing the natives white welsh with ferals.
Des osullivan: Great service again from the staff and the car wash was working.. Brilliant news
Lee Rodgers: It's Tesco's
Samlar and Wendy :] Simmons: Lots of food.
Rhys Beynon: This Tesco always has the best songs on their radio. Shoutout to whoever made that playlist.
David Brock: Same as usual, they had what I wanted
S B: Absolute nightmare.Queues often backing up into the aisles. Too many self service checkouts. Empty shelves are a common occurrence. Often staff are blocking access as they drag their roll cages around.Prices seem to rise every week.Avoid!
john lloyd: Just a warning to tesco.Sometimes you can't get at the shelves in store because staff are busy filling them. This used to be done overnight. Sometimes you can't get the products that you need and staff say it's because the produce is sitting in the warehouse because there's not enough of them to keep the shelves stocked. Tesco certainly does seem to be very understaffed compared to a few years back. The self service area has expanded and most tills are now closed, there's sometimes quite a long queue at the self service area too.I went to the local Aldi's in Neath for the first time this week, I saved £12 on my shopping compared to tesco, no self service and plenty of tills open.It was like a breath of fresh air and I honestly can't see me doing much shopping in tesco again.Cutting staff and bringing in self service may save tesco money in the short term but it's a false economy because long term it will continue to drive customers like me away.
Angela Wilson: Ok, but very expensive
Margaret Jordan: You can not get through on phone all i want to know where in store the covid tests are as I need to send my disabled son in to get one and he will not ask a member of staff. Why do you no longer answer the phones
Stephen Roach: Always busy but friendly staff helpful good choice of products like shopping there especially they have improved the exit in and out
Simon Evans: Quick and convenient.
Trevor Challacombe: No problems all products in store.
Kath Fay: Good value and range of products, but a very tiring experience, poorly set out for someone who doesn't know the store, difficult to navigate with a companion in a wheelchair, too many staff blocking isles restocking shelves. And not enough checkouts manned.
Nick Durham: Parking6am-9pm 3hours free9pm-6am 1 hour freeI will get a better photo
Robert Sims: 5pm, on a busy Friday afternoon, September 2nd, only 3 checkouts open, 1 lady covering the self checkouts, and the new self checkout section was closed. The queue was right the way back to the last Isle. Plenty of staff walking around though. Awful
Bethan Morgan: A huge amount of products not available.... cereal that I like out stock for 4 weeks! Things got worse since they stopped the night staff
J Wales: Today Aug 16th 2022 1 person on checkout, 3 on self service where there were NO customers. I was in a line of 5 people. Went to see member (had to interrupt her chatting) of staff to open another till and was told to use self service. Went back to queue where there were now 10 people. Left shopping. I have a disability so do not use self service. I thought Tesco would accommodate customer preference. Abviously not. Also petrol prices much higher than others in the area. I have been coming here since it opened. Not anymore
Robyn Louise: Still dictating what brands are made available not impressed
RAMADAN Ali: Very nice

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Jeffrey Thomas: Basic
Robert Sims: I am 41 years old, and was refused when trying to buy alchohol by the old dingbat at the checkout, purely because my 17 year old son just happened to be with me doing our shop, and he did not have ID , for the shopping I was paying for on my card, in my trolley. Pathetic old woman thinks her job is so much more than it is. 17.35, Wednesday 28/06.
Tom “ADH DRONE” Talbot: Food, junk food, booze, fags. Seem to have all the things a family needs
Zingyyellow: Nice enough for a Tesco store
Robert Messam: Customer service OK, plenty of space
Alwyn Roberts: It's good.thanks
Jacek Krzemien: Monday 22 of May. I tried to make some small shopping at 23.55 but shop attendant informed me the shop is closed. In my opinion this was not all right.
JULES JONES (JJ): Do all my shopping here
Paula Jones: Was wrongly accused of stealing in this shop by a blond female tesco worker.I was waiting in the line and the self serve check out in question was empty, I approached and noticed there was an ERROR message on the screen and also the red light above it was lit up, I didn't even put the items down on this check out, I moved to another available self serve checkout where I then put my items down. The blond female tesco worker who was absent up until I put my items down on the working self serve check out, loudly accused me of stealing the items."EXCUSE ME THE PAYMENT HAS NOT GONE THROUGH, YOU HAVEN'T PAID FOR THEM ITEMS""I haven't used that check out" I replied to her, instead of accepting that she again questioned me"WELL IF YOU HAVEN'T USED IT WHO HAS THEN" there were a few people standing around now and watching this incident unfold."I don't know" I replied, which is true I didn't know who had used that check out. She again questioned me.Moments later when I was finished paying for the items, I went to walk away and then heard the blond female tesco worker slandering me to another customer who had just approached the self serve check out, she clearly knew her."That girl over there in the jeans and red top with the red glasses and the long hair" she said clearly describing me, there was no one else around who matched that description "I caught her trying to steal a few bunches of flowers, yeah she went to walk off without paying" she continued not noticing that I was standing right behind her so could clearly hear the slander. "Have a look maybe you know her" she said to the other customer who did indeed know me.The other customer then turned and looked at me and said "Oright" to me and then turned back to the blond female tesco worker and told her "Shut up shes right there" The blond female tesco worker then turned around to look at me and I told her"Instead of slandering innocent people because you are not doing the job you are paid to do, but instead gossiping to your co-workers over there, go and check the CCTV" I said this very decently. The slander was later put on Facebook by the other customer, which I saw and took screenshots of and then later showed to Tescos. The other customer even said the Tesco worker was the source of the slander.I went down to Tesco Port Talbot and put in an official complaint about this issue. I requested on that day the information on how to get the CCTV. I was told by the person I was speaking to they were not 100% sure on how to get this information and the store manager would get back to me with that information. It took the store manager 1 week to not give me the information I wanted, and after that 1 week the store manager basically said she was going on vacation so someone else would be dealing with this. The person who everything had been dumped on did give me the information I wanted and was better at dealing with the situation than the store manager.I later that same week requested the CCTV from Tesco Head Office for the first time, so another person was involved.I requested the CCTV through Tescos protocols. I had sent my letters recorded delivery, I sent about 6 letters.Tescos only acknowledged the last one sent, but I checked through the post office that my letters were actually getting there, all 6 were received and signed for by Tescos.Tesco claimed the 1 letter it had received had arrived past their 28 day time period, and because it had arrived to late the CCTV footage of the incident had been deleted.I told the person from Head office who was dealing with the issue that I had proof Tescos had actually had every single one of my letters, and then proceeded to send him copies. He basically said well we will give you £50 as a sorry, but he denied everything that had happened.I contacted the ICO who investigated the issue. Tesco contacted me back and apologised for everything, and offered me £250 compensation in Store credit. I did accept this but only because I was having an operation the week after
Andrea Jones: Great products and well stocked
Shalini K V: A place where you get everything under one roof. There is an ample amount of parking space. There is a neat and clean toilet. There is a Tesco bank which can be opened to learn about savings. The staff are friendly and clarify your doubts. Sometimes the price of items match the aldi price. You can purchase the meal and have inside the tesco
Huw Richards: As a supermarket very limited stock... Far more choice in Swansea or Bridgend
amir pizza: Prices are low and you can always count on friendly staff and amazing customer service ☺️
Daniel Iancu: Can find everything you need for home and cooking.
Jul: Good store on price's staff are friendly.
Derek Salisbury: It's Tesco what else can you say
Vassilis Pangratis: Not so super but big enough.
Sharon Edwards: Always got everything I want
gareth rees: Plenty of room and good stock
Clayton Armstrong: Another good selection of things that you expect from Tesco
Jamal Miah: Very helpful staff

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Constance Coombs (Connie): Classic Tesco
Reuben Hughes: tesco good
Anthony Jerrard: Always good to shop here
Jordan Davies: Great store
Gareth Holst: Customer service non-existant
Kelly Woodward: Love Tescos.
Sherrie O Connor: The peaceful shopping experience is to shop at 11 pm
Donna Morris: Love Tesco, always able to get some lovely clothes/gifts
Alan Hammond: The bread and bakery department is the best around, staff are cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately their produce has gone downhill lately. Meat counter and fish has gone, not that it was the best anyway. Bought a steak the other day, 28 day matured? So it said, tough, sinuous and little taste. I've shopped at Tescos around the UK and this is the worst. Would love someone from Tescos to tell me why? Are you sending 'also rans' to people who you think don't care , well we do! I'd like an answer, please?
Ashley Griffiths: Always here to get my weekly shop.
Robert Maus: Always a good place to shop.
Lloyd Howe: Good aye
Mark Townsend: I visited Tuesday 4th May at 6am. There were at least four members of staff including a manager not wearing a mask or face covering. Poor standards. I left and waited for ASDA to open
Phil Harris: Staff very helpful, it's Tesco that's the problem. This is a Tesco Superstore, we are unable to order on-line what they have run out of in the store. As this store does not have Click & collect (they want me to travel 8 miles to Bridgend and collect my goods, and then pay £1.50 for the privilege of doing so). Of course I could agree to pay £4.50 and have it delivered at some time in the future, think I'll try Aldi.
Peter Dodge: Choice, space, reasonable prices, easy parking. Hard not to like, unless you try hard ☺
Jack Rivers: Cheap and easy to get around
Virginia Rees: Good layout of the shop. Helpful staff. When Mon and I visited the shop was quiet. Found all of the things I neeo
Pauline Wilcox: I just wanted to say how fantastic my local Maesteg Tesco is. We are so fortunate to have such a well managed, clean and friendly store nearby.I have heard such awful stories of empty shelves and bad behaviour during this difficult time. I have visited several times since this virus started and I've seen very hard working staff refilling shelves as quick as possible and I've managed to get nearly everything I've needed and I haven't been tempted to buy extra.Well done to you all, Maesteg Tesco is the best. x
Aula “Aula” Curtis: A supermarket
James Smith: Sadly this store has deteriorated lately. Tesco have closed the Deli and Meat counters at the rear of the store so its pre packed only now the range of meat is not what it was. Staff have been trimmed back and as a result service has suffered. On my last 2 visits there has been no baskets available to shop.I am considering taking my custom elsewhere.

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Emma Jones: It's got everything you could wanted in shop. Got food, phones, clothing very helpful staff. If u can't find what you are looking for. They got cafe to
Karen earle: Shop is going to waste as scan shop is a joke, what’s the point of scan shop if they check everything at checkouts
Leigh Jones: A large store well laid out
Sarah Holly (Sminxie): Plenty of low price deals on items out of date on the day reductions always a great help to buy and freeze or have on the day. Well laid out and planned supermarket and always someone nearby to help if you can not find something and go out of their way to help find a product. Great food in the cafe reasonably priced and lovely staff.
David Evans: Had breakfast in cafe was delivered in minutes and good quality.
Mary Sandwell: Had the products I wanted
Kaden: I've shopped here basically all my life. 5 years ago I left a 5 star-review. But unfortunately the shop has slowly worsened itself. This review is going to be very in-depth from a customer who's visited multiple times a week for years.MEAL DEALS: The meal deals have gone up a lot, whether you have a clubcard or not. I'm a fan of having more options to choose from including sushi, however it's not worth the spike in price. During COVID the shop went through major changes, including it's usage on plastic utensils. Plastic cutlery is no longer included in the meal deal pasta box, you need to get a wooden one from the meal deal aisle separately, however most of the time there are none available and you have to get some from the café.FRESH POULTRY: The fresh poultry area shut for good in Summer 2022, which is disappointing as there are not a lot of fresh fish services in the Aberdare area. The fresh poultry aisle has now been replaced with a YO Sushi kiosk.CARDS: They have a lot of cards available. For birthdays, weddings etc. The card aisle hasn't changed much, so nothing more to comment on it.TECHNOLOGY: What will be available in the technology aisle is unpredictable, sometimes you will find video games, laptops, printers. The technology aisle has gotten worse over time as more people move to shopping online for technology.GENERAL SHOPPING: The shopping experience is overall good, other than the fact that the aisles and items are moved around every summer.
Victoria Gore: Great shop
David G: The ginger (male) shift manager at night has a stinking attitude to customers.
Marc: It's Tesco.
James Murphy: Staff very polite and helpful
Geoff Newman: What a place this has become!Don't sell fresh meat, don't sell fresh fish, stopped selling cd/dvd!What's next. WE DON'T SELL FOOD?Tesco you are a waste of space!
Geraint Lewis: Strolled over this morning as opening time stated as 8am on website. Got there to be told by a cleaner that the store won't be open until 9am. Very poor management.
Charlene AE: Like any other Tesco
David w: Tried to contact Tesco customer service today buy phone, absolute waste of time.
alan wason: Goods easy to find
John M: Why people shop in Tesco I never know! Extremely expensive. There are many other shops selling the same products for far less.
dean power: All the products you want under 1 roof
Vincent Webb: Great supermarket friendly staff and good club crad deals
A SA: what a scam. Beware using cash on one of their machines. turned pence into euro cents
Asl Asl: Slowest service ever seen

Donna Russell: Easy parking great for you weekly shopping Easy payments aswell.
Sarah Li: Go their regularly no complaints
sonia thornton: Got all I needed and helpful staff
Corey Holloway: Had everything I needed
Gillian Connolly: A huge thankyou to Sharon on self service today. My mother-in-Law is in hospital and wanted her daffodil pin for today, St David’s day, which we couldn’t find. My husband couldn’t find one in store either and asked her if you sold them as she was wearing one . He explained why he wanted one.She said no it was her own. He said no worries. After he paid for his shopping she came over and handed her OWN daffodil pin to him and said it’s for you mother in hospital.Such a kind gesture and my 93 year old mum-in-law will be thrilled to have it. Many thanks again Sharon.
David Tovey: Much more pleasant to shop at than the big Tesco Extra on Cowbridge Road. Despite size can buy all the items required for a weekly shop and often has some bargains that you won’t find elsewhere. Staff are more friendly here in my opinion and store can be navigated so much easier than big Tesco.
Janet Williams: Bought everything on my shopping list at a reasonable price. The staff are really friendly and know some of them really well as I have been going to this store for years.
James: Excellent staff, good value, safe to shop, good range of products including some very good quality global products.
Alex Dicklich: Staff always helpful places to sit inside good variety of products and quite cheap I never go anywhere else now
MrMcfetrich: The staff is what makes this store. Always so friendly and attentive.
Jordan Davies: Great little store with lots of variety and excellent quality products.
Rosemary Nutman: Love a sale...especially this close to Christmas
Andrew Porch: Got what we needed
Margaret morgan: Love it here
Natalie Dos Santos: Would just like to say thank you very much to the security guard and young lady on customer services today I had lost my purse and they went above and beyond to help me look for it and to then find it and contact me to say they had found it . Fantastic customer service. And thank you.
Mazz Ozzy: Overpriced, I put loads back as cheaper in Aldi and bread is ALWAYS STALE!!!
Rhys Thomas: It's a tesco superstore - tech, clothing, homewares and a good selection of locally produced beers etc
