Our piercers are able to assist with a jewellery change for a small fee. A standard jewellery or microdermal change is £10 and a genital jewellery change is £20. We can also assist with a microdermal removal for £20. *Piercing not available with this jewellery material.

Please ensure you bring a valid form of photographic ID with you to your piercing. We accept passports, driving licenses or anything with the PASS logo. Failure to provide valid ID could result in refusal to pierce. Parental consent can only be given by a parent or guardian who comes into the store with the person looking to be pierced. **This piercing can only be performed with ID.

You don't need to book for a piercing, we operate a walk-in appointment system with the option to have a text-back if you want to return later at a quieter time.

To avoid long queue times and too much time spent waiting in store, our text back system allows you to join the virtual queue and be texted when you should return to the store for your piercing.
