They have expanded their colour range since I visited the first time last year, so I was able to purchase the colour I wanted.My bridesmaids are really happy with the dresses they tried on and chose, and I've received great customer service since visiting. We needed to urgently amend the order details within the 48 hour amendment period and it was done quickly and smoothly thanks to the telephone customer service team and Daisy at the Swansea store.Would definitely recommend Wed2B to anyone looking for beautiful bridesmaid dresses at an affordable price.

Sally Walters: I arrived at WED2B Swansea Branch so nervous and anxious that i wouldn't find 'the dress' but Jess made me feel so comfortable and confident that we'd find something to suit me, she pulled out so many options for me to try. I went in with an open mind of not knowing exactly what i wanted and she tried so many different styles for me, i can honestly say it exceeded my expectations of how i thought the day would go, both Jess and Daisy made me and my family so comfortable the entire day giving honest opinions and helping me with what would suit me. The first dress i tried on ended up being my dress but Jess was so good at getting me to try on others to make sure that first dress was 'the one', i couldn't of hoped for a better experience and i can't thank the ladies enough for making it the best experience.

I couldn’t get the dress out of my head so I called and popped the dress on hold until I could return. I finally bought my dream dress this weekend and Daisy remembered me from my first visit and was the most kind and helpful store assistant! Emma Eynon: I had that looking forward but not looking forward kind of feeling. What if I looked terrible in every dress and what kind of dress do I want, I literally had no idea. If you are feeling in any way like this then make an appointment with Abbey at White Orchid Bridal. I cannot speak highly enough of her. From the moment I arrived Abbey greeted me with a huge smile. Abbey asked what I liked and what kind of dresses I would like to try, I explained that I had no idea. White Orchid Bridal have rooms and rooms full of dresses, where to start ! This was not a problem… Abbey said ‘let’s just try as many dresses until we find the one’. Abbey also recommended dresses she thought might suit, I definitely wouldn’t have thought about trying those styles. Abbey really knows her stuff !Nothing was too much trouble. Abbey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I tried on so many dresses. I dread to think how long it took Abbey to put them all away afterwards. Abbey is so patient and so invested in making sure you find your dress. Her knowledge of accessories from sleeves to belts to tiaras was also invaluable. Abbey even helped me put my hair up so that we could really get an idea of what everything would look like on the day.Several hours later we found the one !I couldn’t have done this without Abbey and her super skills.

CHARLOTTE DEGENS: I would highly recommend White Orchid Bridal the whole experience was amazing 😍 Abbey was fantastic she is so lovely and patient and really made me feel at ease with the whole dress search. After going to a number of other shops it really put me off the whole experience but after going to White Orchid Bridal completely changed my mind. Abbey helped me find my beautiful dream dress! I absolutely love it and can’t wait to wear it next year😍 I enjoyed both my appointments with Abbey the first one was with my Maid of Honour and one of my Bridesmaids and then I went again with my Parents when they came to visit and they all commented how helpful and kind Abbey was and made the whole experience very enjoyable The shop itself is gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and a really welcoming feel with so many stunning dresses to choose from 😍 you certainly won’t be disappointed!

I then fell pregnant January 2020 and they were so accommodating around making sure they would do everything for the dress to fit me. However covid then hit and my wedding was cancelled. I was looking for a outfit for my daughters wedding, as soon as we walked into the shop we were welcomed by Llinos who made us feel relaxed. Llinos was really helpful and experienced at helping me find an outfit that suited me and made me feel special. We were not made to feel pressured to purchase an outfit. My mother who is 86 really enjoyed the experience and ended up trying on some outfits herself. I would recommend a visit to this shop. I was very pleased with my outfit and can't wait to wear it.
