martyn randall: Haven't been in a couple of years has definitely changed , used to be a massive stack em high sell em cheap type of mail-order shop, has been transformed into a very slick multi dealership with assorted accessories and clothing , if your in the area I'm sure there are still some bargains to be had , and the cafe is a pretty good place to eat.Gone very upmarket , and a very slick operation.

Andy & Maggie Bromley: Great customer service. I bought a bike there last week even though I live in Bristol as they had the model/size I needed. Had a problem with the power-meter and tried to get it sorted at Giant in Bristol who wanted payment for labour. Swansea stepped in, swapped the defective part and threw in a free bike jersey. If I lived in Wales I would go there every time!

Straight to the point and sorted my bike with a new wheel and serviced the breaks and gears at a fair price and had it back the same day! Would highly recommend and definitely be going back!

Wayne Thomas: Emma was really helpful with the purchase of my Giant Fastroad, no hard sell, which always helps. Great bike, too. Swapped the tyres but was just a personal preference.

Only came across them on a Google search for an Airoh Commander helmet after visiting the usual big sites.Dropped them a message on Friday evening receiving a response same night.
