Taco Bell: what do users think?

Lona K.: Or maybe it's OK to vape inside and we weren't told??? It remains unconfirmed.Anyway it targets the younger generation, under 30, and unfortunately they are the ones who are most addicted to vape...

Maisies streetfood & bar: what do users think?

Laura Freeman: Other half loved his steak, my Vegan fish and chips was bland. But overall lovely place and would go again, just try a different meal, staff lush and prices good.

Peter Hart: Friendly placeFood very goodReasonable price

Bill Ryan: Nice venue, great food and staff. See you soon.

Robert Smith: Best brunch in the Uplands

Amna Tasnim: Amazing food… definitely recommend to everyone who love the waffles. I ordered the Egyptian waffle and it was so delicious

Francesca B: best brunch I’ve had in Swansea by far, there’s so many different savoury or sweet options and they are all so so good. my favourite place in Swansea!

Sue Bowden: I've wanted to visit here for ages and I wasn't disappointed. My dish included a burger patty which was the tastiest one I've eaten in a long time so I enjoyed my meal immensely. The cocktail I had was tweaked to my taste and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rob Hart: Very good menu, something different. Very friendly staff. Chicken with waffle was fantastic. Pancakes menu for dessert is tremendous. Not sure how the rating is worked out on Google but this place should be well up, one of the top places to eat. Cocktails were also a bit excellent, a bit different. Thanks for a great meal. Can't recommend this place enough, we'll worth the walk from town. Probably the best meal I have had out in a long time. Would love to go back.

Lizzie Lewis: Lush food! We went for dessert which was amazing. The menu looked amazing so will definitely be coming back for food soon. The decor is lush too.

Graham Roberts: Nice cafe only called for coffee, will call back when in the area.

Robert Kerby: Despite the power cut food was great and the staff were friendly . Will definitely go again.

THE ANCHOR SWANSEA MARINA: what do users think?

kirsty reynolds: and the chips like old style home cooked chips. I don’t eat fish but my friends ordered the fish cake and said it was out of this world!!! Would recommend to everyone I know and anyone reading this review!

Faruk Mutlu: Our visit to The Anchor was an absolute delight! They serve some incredible Italian meals that left our group of university students thoroughly impressed. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly by the staff, especially by the gentleman named Huseyin, whose hospitality enhanced our dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, providing the perfect setting for enjoying a delicious meal with friends. We felt right at home amidst the inviting atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply divine! The Italian dishes we tried were prepared with precision and bursting with authentic flavors. Each bite was a culinary journey to Italy, leaving us craving for more.Huseyin's attentiveness and knowledge about the menu added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. His friendly demeanor and excellent service truly made us feel valued as guests.Overall, our experience at this restaurant exceeded all expectations. The quality of the Italian meals served here is exceptional. If you're in Swansea and craving some delicious Italian fare, be sure to visit this hidden gem. A big thank you to Huseyin and the entire staff for a memorable dining experience. We'll definitely be back for more!

Jessica BACQUET: "Hey! Bonjourno!"I was walking quietly in the Swansea marina when a gentleman, whose Italian origins I doubt but with a lilting accent, unusual during my stay in Wales, called out to me!Someone takes me out of my reverie and kindly offers me a piece of pizza! A pizza ?! In a marina??? sacrilege I tell myself! Then, here I am, continuing on my way to stop a few meters further on to wait for my husband and put my Pomeranians in the shade... 27° on September 5th here, it's incredible! The gentleman, who I imagine to be the owner of the Anchor Swansea marina, interjects me again to offer me and my canines some refreshment, an offer which I very politely decline. The long-awaited husband finally returns from the parking lot and finally, this little restaurant on the edge of the marina, in the shade and calm, whose frontage doesn't look like much but with a friendly manager, tempts us well 👍 and it must be said that There are not only pizzas on the menu but also fish and chips! This is the typical dish we were looking for 😁 and with the price of this very local dish on average £3 cheaper than elsewhere, I want to say: “let’s go for it!” Out of curiosity, we still let ourselves be tempted by a pizza, in addition to fish 😋 the conclusion? For the pizza, no big surprises, a vegetarian one with a dough that is neither too thick nor too thin, a tasty mozzarella and above all fresh vegetables!!! And not frozen, waterlogged horrors 😱 for fish and chips: perfecto! Hearty, with taste and always the freshness of the ingredients including a generous and fragrant fish... In short, nothing to complain about except that if you are looking for a place without pretension or hassle to eat simply, go there eyes closed.

Lisa McKnight: Local cafe in swansea Marina that is used by locals and tourists. Not the cheapest place but that's a given due to the location and service is great.Wheelchair accessibility: The marina is generally wheelchair friendly and the Anchor is level access including the toilets.
