Shane McDonald: A nice hotel in an excellent location with great staff. I have to say the room is comfortable and the hotel is very quiet which is a big plus for me. The food in the restaurant is very good.The rooms needed a little attention in the areas of maintenance but nothing major. I have worked in hospitality for over 10 years so I might just be seeing these items. We are returning to this hotel in the next 2 weeks and hopefully it was just a glitch.Nearby activities: Good walks and attractions such as museums nearbyFood & drinks: Excellent food and great staff

Julie Williams: . Food is all fantastic, brekkie, lunch, dinner, post alcohol munchies, all catered for! Half price menu on weekdays during term time 👍Gateway has an arcade, onsite shop, indoor play area, swimming pool, park, fairground rides and even an ice rink during the winter months. Proper ice too, not those fake floor ice rinks. I really do love this campsite, as you can probably tell 🙈🤣

Ruth Swaby: Despite being surrounded by scaffolding we still enjoy staying here. We have stayed here many times in the past. We find it an ideal location. The marina is interesting to walk around. We cycle around the bay to visit Verdis. We also use it as a base to go around the Gower visiting the bays.Swansea has altered greatly over the years but is still a great place to visit.We have always found the staff at the Waterfront to be helpful and friendly.There is a secure place to leave electric bikes etc .One warning though, parking around Swansea is not cheap and using the machines can be a right pain if it is dark, raining and the machine instructions not clear.Nearby activities: The marina is interesting to walk around. There are beaches nearby and a long cycle/ promenade around the bay.Many places to eat.On the Gower peninsula there are several stunning beaches to visit. The bus service to these beaches can be patchy so a car is best.Walkability: Walking around the marina is easy. It is also feasible to walk into Swansea itself visiting the shopping centre and market.There are great walks around the coastal path to different bays but these are too far to walk from the Premier inn. A car or bus is needed to get to the starting points.

Natasha Hirst: A wonderful hotel with lovely rooms, totally steeped in history. Lots of original features and great details.Great service and a really nice atmosphere. The room was very comfy and quiet with everything I needed. Delicious breakfast and a great bar. Close to the beach and town centre and arena.

Karen Pettigrew: Superb location. Excellently appointed suite. Very good communication as to how to find and how to enter. Private parking outside. Very well appointed kitchen area and lovely touches of tea, coffee, milk etc. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Extremely clean. Apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.Perfectly situated to explore the Gower Peninsula. Helen White: Wow, where do I start. The apartment was perfect for my mum, our little dog and I. When we arrived, it was really easy to get the keys. The location is perfect just a 1 minute walk to the local beach. Perfect location for jumping in the car and exploring local areas. The apartment itself was very clean, lots of room and great facilities, milk and tea and coffee provided which was very kind of the hosts. The double bed was very comfy. Superb communication with owners.Noteworthy details: The location is not exactly clear unless you know. It’s at the end of a short road/lane with lots of potholes and it can be a bit daunting. But keep going, you’ll find it!
