We’ve splurged on some slick new kit including two new Air Assault Bikes to build resistance the harder you work. Plus two Ski Ergs to work those legs, core and arms in a smooth, continuous motion. Tackle a new lifting platform with bumper plate pack and a new functional strength unit.


Out with the old, in with the new, as we replace your old studio bikes with the latest new model of Technogym’s group cycles. Built for athletes, designed for comfort and packed with top tracking tech.

Some of your tired old cardio kit will be replaced with new, plus we’ll be sprucing up some areas of the flooring to ensure your workout space is in top condition.

Yes, we have a 25m heated indoor swimming pool which is ideal for a cool down following a hard workout, or for a workout in itself at our aqua classes. Plus, we have a whirlpool, sauna and steam room for a post swim chill!

Our swimming pool in Swansea is open from 6am - 10pm during the week and from 8am - 9pm on weekends. Perfect for early birds and late night swimmers!
